1. Good location(a bit outside the city but just on road side) 2. Very nice and helpful staff members 3. Rooms are quite spacious and were clean and hygienic

Service provided by the hotel was really poor, they didn’t able to maintain the services like cleaning or providing things.

Earlier i visited jaipur with family i stayed at florence resort and i really enjoyed their service receptionist and all other staff were very humble and friendly cleaning of entire resort were good rooms were neat and clean food was great

The overall experience is good. Clean room, sound sleep, all basis require things available to stay with family. Recommended for tourists. Just check the distance from the city.

3. 4. 4. 3. 4. The hotel was clean, interiors were good, we were allotted a room in the same class we booked, staff was good. Makemytrip makes bookings hasslefree. The staff in hotel was attentive and mannered

Good hotel but no detail to contact reception in front of landline and i had problem of fever and cough, they had no medicine. So request these medicines please. The hotel is the best and the staff manner is superb. The restaurant is especially superb.

The stay was okay but the ac was not cooling the room properly and water was leaking on the floor. There was no doormat in the room. The toilet seat cover was broken.
