El hotel es muy cómodo con instalaciones nuevas y prácticas. Muy ordenado y limpio. Una estadía muy agradable. El personal de recepción siempre muy amable, me ayudó a movilizarme en forma segura, cuidaron mucho de mi, igualmente atendieron todos los servicios de lavandería, q era un sistema nuevo para mi. Agradezco mucho a Yogendra, Arti Kumari, Bijaylaxmi y Paramiject. Cada uno en su momento se esforzaron por atenderme.

The Hilton hotel in Jaipur, oh my my.. thank you very much….the staff is extremely couteous and helpful in every manner. I travelled with my family and my daughter is gluten intolerant (celeac) and they made sure she had safe and best gluten free food. I took an option of breakfast as well as dinner and lounge access so that we could have gluten free options for our daughter. I emailed them before our stay and informed them about the gluten allergy pf my daughter. They served us with best food and my daughter was extremely happy. They made sure she had best tasty food with so good desert options as well. Yummy pasta, chocolate moose, sabudana kheer and what not for my daughter. Mind blowing food. They pampered us with best of the options and comfort. Not only they served us best gluten free food options but other options at the hotel were also awesome. The chef, Mr. Rajesh who was super amazing and extremely professional took great care of our food with best care. Our room was on 9th floor (910) which has great highway view. Also, the staff member at the lounge bar, Arif was very humble and treated us so well in the lounge. Arif provided us top class service and attended us with best care. Couldn’t have asked for more :) Mr. Deepak from the restaurant was amazing too and took great care of my daughter’s food. They used to ask food preferences and prepare special food especially for my daughter and it was completely gluten free. La struttura è andata oltre le nostre aspettative, personale cordiale e disponibile, pulizia all'ennesima potenza, hotel veramente interessante. Da fuori è bellissimo ma dentro è veramente incredibile, ogni stanza ha la sua particolarità, letti super comodi e stanze silenziose nonostante non lontano da una via principale. La colazione viene servita o nell'area comune o viene portata in stanza e vi fanno scegliere ogni giorno il menù, c'è un'ampia gamma di offerta, sia prodotti occidentali che europei. Posto veramente magico

Lo uso per fare un giro per Pur. Posizione: ci vogliono 25 minuti per guidare alla vecchia zona, ma è molto conveniente perché ci vogliono circa cinque minuti per guidare all'aeroporto. Il centro commerciale e Starbuck sono a circa dieci minuti di auto dall'hotel. Facilità: pulito e confortevole.Un altro guaio!Una cosa che mi interessa è che l'acqua nel guaio è marrone, non molto pulita.L'acqua è trasparente, quindi è strano. Piccolezze: questo è un piano con colazione, ma la colazione è molto buona.

Ho vissuto due notti.In generale, è molto buono, ma purtroppo ho raccolto i pannolini il giorno dopo, ma non ho aggiunto i nuovi pannolini, e non posso usare il frigorifero. Ma gli altri sono molto buoni.L'interno è molto pulito. Il giorno dopo deve essere circa le cinque e mezza mattina. Preparano la colazione e poi si preparano il caffè. Grazie!

Cosa dovrei dire .....AMAZING sarebbe solo una parola molto piccola. Ero qui per due notti. Il soggiorno era in effetti una memorabile. Ogni aspetto di Trident era il NELVARE NEL NIVELO, quindi sia l'Ambiente, sia i decenti interni, le lussuose lavanderie, sia il Benvenuto, il Dining in camera, il tipo e gentile personale e il modo in cui si salutano in ogni punto di interazione. La vista di Jal Mahal dalla stanza ha bisogno di una SPECIALE MENZIONE. Sono molto obbligato a ciascun membro del personale di Trident per rendere il compleanno di mia figlia un giorno speciale e un GRANDO GRATUITO per il regalo speciale di mia figlia. Grazie ancora a tutti i membri del personale di Trident che non hanno lasciato nessuna pietra intorno per rendere la nostra permanenza un unico ricordo speciale grazie al signor Rishi e al capo Ajay per essere gentili e per rendere entrambi (mi e mia figlia) più confortevole.

NNicolas BEQuando ci siamo iscritti, c'era chiaramente un problema, ma nessuno ci avrebbe detto nulla mentre parlavano in hindi. Dopo aver chiesto più volte che cosa fosse il problema, ci sono stati accusati di aver fatto una prenotazione sbagliata. Poiché avevano una sola stanza di occupazione per noi mentre eravamo due, dopo aver mostrato molte conferme e il nostro biglietto di check-in che tutti dicevano ”2 adulti”, ci hanno continuato a dire che eravamo sbagliati. Molti ***attori sono stati chiamati e alla fine abbiamo avuto una stanza, ma ci hanno ancora voluto fare il loro lavoro e contattare Trip.com. I uomini alla reception hanno continuato a parlare di me e non ascoltavano affatto, la ragazza è stata utile e scusata molte volte. Una volta finalmente salita in camera, ci erano tinture sulla foglia. La mattina, il mio amico aveva anche modellato pane dal buffet... non è una grande esperienza, ma la stanza stessa era buona.

AAngelagiramondoÈ stato tutto perfetto! Mi discosto dai commenti negativi. Hotel moderno ed estremamente pulito e profumato. La stanza altrettanto, il bagno non enorme ma giusto, mentre la doccia era davvero molto ampia e comoda. Il personale parla inglese ed è estremamente cortese, specialmente quello adibito al servizio ristorante e colazione! Tutti molto disponibili a fornire supporto, consigli e ad accontentare il cliente. Ad esempio io non mangio piccante ed essendo io cibo locale sostanzialmente molto speziato, mi hanno fatto preparare delle portate a parte, qualsiasi cosa avessi voluto. Nessuna nota negativa ma, giusto x completezza di informazione, segnalo che siamo stati due giorni na la stanza non è stata rifatta. Tuttavia per noi questa cosa non ha rappresentato assolutamente un problema.

When I stayed here, when I was struggling to buy a train ticket by myself, the staff member dhanya helped me by helping me buy the ticket. She was a very kind listener and cooperated quickly. She is a cute and clean woman with a beautiful smile. She will gladly support your journey when you stay here. The inn itself is clean and functional, and the rooftop has an open feel that allows you to stay freely. Please stay here when you come to Jaipur. recommendation!

Dopo aver viaggiato in tutta Europa e in India come turista britannico, non mi sono mai sentito così benvenuto da un gentiluomo. Mi è stato mostrato in tutto il luogo, dato un tour privato e poi dato tutte le attrazioni che avrei bisogno per un soggiorno confortevole all'hotel. Mohan Singh è stato un molto utile *** anche nel mostrarmi le attrazioni turistiche intorno a Jaipur, mi ha fatto sentire confortevole e sicuro intorno alla città, e ha abbracciato le mie differenze culturali e mi ha aiutato a rimanere al sicuro nella città di Jaipur. Gautam mi aveva invitato a cena a tempo di notte, il che significava che non dovevo prenotare niente prima di rimanere. Dopo ore di turno, mi ha invitato a rimanere dietro e a vedere un gioco di cricket in piedi al bar.
