Hotel in zona Dwadash Jyotirlinga द्वादशज्योतिर्लिंग मन्दिर, Jaipur

Avoid at all costs. The Hotel has pathetic service and customer handling. I am staying there right now and they are simply making a fool of customers with charging extra tariff. To my astonishment, the front office staff Deepak Yadav is Incharge of the hotel. He never bothered to pick up the call when dialled and right now off duty. Heard this for the first time from Harsh who himself is front office executive and calling late at night demanding extra charges. Inspite of booking directly with the Hotel on their website and paying in full upfront for 2 nights an exhorbiant amount of Rs. 16356/-, they have a different voucher in hand with extra amount. How can a Hotel charge 2 different amounts? Harsh is arguing with me for extra payment late at night. When asked for individual email id's, generic id is being sent to file a complaint. This is the disgusting service given by the front office executive Harsh. Rubbish attitude. I made a mistake of my life booking this Hotel that to when i am a returning customer. Stayed there for 15 days in 2020. Never again.

Raccomando completamente questo hotel, è nuovamente ristrutturato. I letti sono comodi, grandi e la camera è abbastanza grande. La TV è anche grande. Il cibo è grande, delizioso. La doccia è grande, ma l'acqua esce perché non c'è una porta di vetro. Le tolette necessitano anche di aggiornamento. In generale, ci è piaciuto il soggiorno. Il personale è davvero attento alle nostre esigenze, molto accogliente e utile.

The rooms and bathrooms are well maintained. Morning breakfast needs to be more elaborate. Complimentary water bottles will also help. The tea they serve is in sufficient quantity. Centrally located with proximity to Railway Station and business hubs.

The Hilton hotel in Jaipur, oh my my.. thank you very much….the staff is extremely couteous and helpful in every manner. I travelled with my family and my daughter is gluten intolerant (celeac) and they made sure she had safe and best gluten free food. I took an option of breakfast as well as dinner and lounge access so that we could have gluten free options for our daughter. I emailed them before our stay and informed them about the gluten allergy pf my daughter. They served us with best food and my daughter was extremely happy. They made sure she had best tasty food with so good desert options as well. Yummy pasta, chocolate moose, sabudana kheer and what not for my daughter. Mind blowing food. They pampered us with best of the options and comfort. Not only they served us best gluten free food options but other options at the hotel were also awesome. The chef, Mr. Rajesh who was super amazing and extremely professional took great care of our food with best care. Our room was on 9th floor (910) which has great highway view. Also, the staff member at the lounge bar, Arif was very humble and treated us so well in the lounge. Arif provided us top class service and attended us with best care. Couldn’t have asked for more :) Mr. Deepak from the restaurant was amazing too and took great care of my daughter’s food. They used to ask food preferences and prepare special food especially for my daughter and it was completely gluten free. If you are gluten intolerant, just visit Hilton Jaipur blindly :) Many thanks, Middha Family from Gurgaon

Check-in veloce, accoglienza alla reception piuttosto fredda e distratta, personale al desk poco reattivo. La card apri-stanza si smagnetizzava di continuo. Stanza di modeste dimensioni, moquette al pavimento, arredamento moderno, prese elettriche internazionali, insonorizzazione scadente; bagno sufficientemente ampio, ottima illuminazione, water con doccia per bidet, no specchio ingrandente, no ciabatte né accappatoio. Pulizia complessivamente discreta. Disponibili 2 bottiglie di acqua gratis a persona al giorno. Colazione e cena con formula buffet in un'ampia sala panoramica, bevande calde e caffè preparate con macchinetta dispenser, modesta scelta di dolce e salato; sempre presenti piatti della tradizione indiana, generalmente molto speziati e piccanti. Piccola piscina al roof. Piccola palestra.

Anche se la proprietà è ultra lussuosa, ma manca le strutture che si aspetta da un resort 5-star. Non ci sono attività ***y da fare. La cosa peggiore è il loro servizio. Il personale è senza formazione. Lentamente in azione. Parcheggio aperto.

I stayed at The Lalit, Jaipur with a group of 10 people, including 4 senior citizens and 2 children. We booked 5 rooms (4x Deluxe King, and 1x Super Deluxe Twin) for 2 nights (16-18 Dec 2023) and I must admit we had a wonderful experience. All the rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The Super Deluxe room was facing the pool. The exception was one of the room (661) which was a bit run down condition - floors uneven, TV panel chipping. Apart from that, rest of the rooms were great. The beds were comfortable and all the amenities were provided in bathroom. Even though we booked the rooms in advance, and we reached about 2 pm, we had to wait for almost 30 mins to get our rooms ready. The service was exceptional. The staff was courteous, attentive, and always willing to help. They made sure that the senior citizens were comfortable and had everything they needed, specially during the breakfast. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of choices, and the quality of the food was excellent. Though we didn't enjoyed much of the hotel facilities, but the pool area was clean and well-maintained. The Lalit is conveniently located. Not exactly near the markets, but not too far even. Overall, our stay at The Lalit, Jaipur was memorable. Apart from one of the room, where it does not match with other rooms we booked, it was a great stay for us. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jaipur, whether for leisure or business.
