Hotel in zona Publix Super Market at Roosevelt Square Shopping Center, Jacksonville

I have been a guest of this hotel in February, March, June and July, 2022. The hotel is modern, clean and welcoming! The check in is always first class! Ivonne is amazing, so efficient, professional and kind! Alli has helped me too! The rooms are very clean, organized and very quiet. I have stayed on the 2nd, 5th and 6th floors. Housekeeping is very efficient. The $1 breakfast is fantastic! Mila and Nina and the cook ladies are wonderful! The food is very good and a good selection too! I have been in touch with Mr. Lowe, the General Manager on several occasions to touch base prior to my many stays. He is the ultimate professional and it shows in his staff and leadership. I am SO very grateful to Mr. Lowe, the amazing Ivonne, Alli, Mila, Nina, Housekeeping and others as well! I will return soon to my home away from home, Holiday Inn, Orange Park, Florida! Thank you! The absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered and I have had some bad experiences…. I’ll try to make the long story short but let’s start off with Carrie… her attitude, professionalism, did not coincide with someone who made sure I knew that she had been in the hotel business for “20 years” and at this property for “14 years”… my card was compromised on 5.12.2022, on Friday 5.13 of all days I call the hotel around 2:30 in the afternoon to indicate that I would be arriving late… and the worst attitude proceeded… the card on file needs to be updated or this reservation will be canceled… I call my cousin being the fact I have no card at this time because it was compromised to ask for his card information… when I called back I was advised the reservation had been canceled when I was already advised it’s okay to call my cousin to get the details updated and this was all done within 30 minutes… I call Marriott reservation who was able to book the hotel keeping the original rate terms… called back hotel to let them know inwilk be arriving late as my cousins flight will be inn be late and was advised I was banned from the property for no other reason than for Carrie to essentially have the last laugh and last Say… furthermore, that is not the expectation originally communicated… the original communication was that I would need to book again which i did… this was not the most joyous occasion if you know what I mean… and I ended up being in route to Jacksonville with no place to stay that night at a rate that would have worked for both my cousin and I. I can only assume that if and when the business responds it will be from none other than Carrie the general manager who I’ll warn you in advance will try to make every negative review sound like the customer is in the wrong and she is in the right… she also advised her front desk manager Morgan that I was using profanity and had poor etiquette and that is defamation of character… no one was belittled, insulted or anything she was just having a bad day she chose to take it out on me after I did exactly what was asked and updated my reservation… I hope others have a more positive experience but Carrie needs to take a look at the woman in the mirror and improve on her hospitality ASAP

L'hotel era bellissimo l'attenzione spettacolare come la pulizia non c'era un dettaglio la vista della piscina era bella e accogliente respirava pace e tranquillità nel ristorante la cena era sciistica e la colazione nel buffet era abbastanza ampiamente anche se il prezzo era un po' alto ma mi piaceva perché tutto Asia un completo era coperto in dettaglio e era situato all'interno e la stazione ferroviaria era a 4 minuti quindi q ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative

Una volta che abbiamo controllato, siamo andati in camera 517, non appena siamo entrati e siamo accenduti, c'era un vivace roccio sul desk. Questo critter non correva nemmeno quando ci siamo accenduti alla luce.Sono andato al desk front e ci sono trasferito in un altro locale dopo avergli mostrato una foto di roccia, ovviamente l’ho ucciso. Dopo aver trasferito in un altro locale, la maggior parte della notte sono andato in quel locale. La persona del desk front era molto scusante.

Sempre io vado a viaggiare in aeroporto.Lo amo 🦑 Se avete bisogno di un hotel vicino all'aeroporto, questo è il... gatti economici, puliti e carini.

Thank you so much for the incredible staff at the hotel, they were so kind and accommodating. Definitely enjoyed my stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel if your are near the airport. They also provide a free shuttle service to the airport. Once again the Staff are amazing

Le strutture dell'hotel erano soddisfacenti. Tuttavia, l'hotel non ha comunicato pienamente lo stato della prenotazione. Anche se era un appuntamento con colazione, l'hotel non ha incluso colazione, e l'alloggio per colazione è stato fatto. Poi ho potuto cancellare il pagamento per colazione, prendendo atto che il pagamento per colazione è stato effettuato separatamente, mostrando il buono e chiedendo di cancellare il pagamento per colazione. Non so dove il sistema è problematico, ma la situazione di prenotazione è stata inconfortabile a causa del problema che l'hotel non è stato correttamente collegato.
