El hotel estaba bello la atención espectacular al igual q la limpieza no había un detalle la vista de la piscina era hermosa y acogedora se respiraba paz y tranquilidad en el restaurante la comida estaba esquista y el desayuno en el bufé era bastante amplio aunque el precio estaba un poco alto pero me encantó porque todo Asia un completo todo estaba cubierto al detalle y estaba ubicado en el dentro y la estación de trenes quedaba a 4 min por lo q cumplió mis espertativas

The staff was friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean, there’s parking on the premises, location has everything you need nearby, and the complimentary breakfast surpassed my expectations. I will recommend this hotel!! Can’t wait to stay there again!

Very nice stop for us. The complimentary drink card was just what my husband and I needed for a good night of relaxation. Pool , hot tub all wonderful.

Our group had a great stay. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Our only issue was with check in. We arrived at 4, and was told our room was not ready. We were not able to check in until after 7.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property and staff were A plus. Especially Pamela at the front desk, she was more than helpful and helped make our stay perfect!

Rooms are large and good but bathrooms to small and not very clean .bathroom fan won’t stop and makes noise all night , found a bug in bathroom.

Disappointing for an Embassy Suites. This location needs updates. Our room smell like cigarette smoke. Breakfast was still decent like other ES. Staff was nice n friendly but not as welcoming upon arrival or entering like other ES hotels I’ve stayed in.

The property is beautiful and the suites are spacious.The breakfast is delicious. The indoor pool was divine!!

We arrived after 7pm and they still didn’t have our room ready. They put us in a double full size room instead of a double Queen.

Wow. Exceeded our expectations, especially the omelette bar. We were so surprised by the free breakfast.

This has been mine and my family's "go to" hotel when visiting Jacksonville but unfortunately we will be needing to change that decision. Between my two booked rooms and two other rooms booked by family, only one room was adequate. The family that stayed multiple nights said the cleaning done daily was basically non existent. Check in was over an hour late and after driving 6 hours for the first time with my 4 month old, that was the last thing I wanted to hear. After finally getting into the room and taking care of my little one. This mama was tired and hungry so I decided to stay in and order room service with a few of the like minded fam. We were estimated 30-35 mins and after an hour I tried to call for a status but no one was answering. I called the front desk and they transferred me to the bar which no one answered there either. I then waited a bit and tried calling room service again and when they answered they said "oh yeah, we got the rooms mixed up. your food is here. Do you want us to bring it to you?" I was baffled but said yes. And finally got our food after almost an hour and a half after ordering. Not only that but one of the rooms had an overpowering air freshener smell to the point I had to leave the door open to air it out for a bit. Once the scent dissipated I then learned the reason for it. The room smelt like cigarettes which being a non smoker and with an infant, it wasn't fun to smell constantly for the duration of my stay.

Overall great place to stay! Not so good when something going on in the city room may not be ready at check in! But great customer service very friendly staff!!

Hotel was nice. Breakfast was great with made to order omelets. Happy hour was disappointing
