Jacksonville: hotel a 2 stelle

Un hotel medio in una posizione decente. Il servizio era buono. Il colazione è inferiore alla media, ma non mi aspetto molto da questo tipo di colazione. Rimarrei qui se passassi.

Amo questo hotel, è fuori nel taglio non vicino alla città del fiume occupata ma ancora convenientemente 3 minuti a piedi. grande luogo! amatelo qui!!

Quando camminai in personale, era molto accogliente e ci accorsi che eravamo soddisfatti della stanza. La stanza era pulita e buon colazione. La piscina era anche bella e pulita. Avevano una guardia in pattugliamento notturno. Grande esperienza generale. Tornerei senza problemi.

Very clean. Location wise, it was about 3-7 to a beach… depending on which beach you wanted to go to. The front desk peeps were helpful and nice. Thank you to the lady who serves breakfast, very kind and helpful! The bar was fun- full of locals. The towels could use some updating. Quiet for the most part. There is a Walgreens next door - for emergencies. I slipped on the wet sidewalk outside my room. Be careful.

Although the hotel was under construction and making improvements we really enjoyed our week long stay. Ella, Melissa and all the staff were amazing. I wish I could remember the lady’s name at breakfast but she was personable and hospitable. Melissa was knowledgeable and helpful with restaurant choices and very friendly. Ella was very compassionate and helpful when we had to book an extra night because our son’s homecoming from deployment was delayed. She was such a blessing to this momma who was having a tough week. We had our room booked before knowing what hurricane Milton was going to do and they made everything run so smooth, especially with a full hotel! They were always kind and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to visit!

First and foremost: The lady that checked us in was amazing. Her name was Grace. So friendly and helpful. I sure wish more hotels had employees like Grace. The hotel was very nice overall. Neat and tidy, clean, modern. The breakfast was good. Really enjoyed the fact that they had the heart healthy breakfast option with egg white omelettes and turkey sausage and kept everything well stocked and fresh. Our room was clean and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was Great! Two little things that kept me from giving a perfect score: 1. A lack of easily accessible electric outlets near the head of the bed on each side; one for CPAP and one for phone. It worked out by pulling the mattress back a little to reach the wall outlet. The lamp only had one place to plug into. 2. The only milk available for breakfast was in gallon containers. I would prefer the small cartons rather than finding room to set things down to pour milk in the line of people. Overall though, I highly recommend this property!!!
