We booked this because it has Tesla charging points and we needed two rooms and parking. Had we realised it is a Best Western we would have gone elsewhere. It was snowy and icy and the staff were too lazy to salt the dangerous paths. Breakfast was dire and the waitress (who appeared to be doing everything on her own) gave the impression that she would rather she, and we, were anywhere but there. Inhospitable. The bin outside the main entrance was full on arrival and stayed that way. The male receptionist had nicotine stained fingers, which seemed rather off putting for some reason. You get the measure of the place at breakfast. Every chair is worn out. Typical worst Western. The food was inedible: powdered lumpy scrambled egg, grey mushrooms that looked as if they had been refreshed in hot water, juice made from concentrate. It all looked a bit grubby. Tesla chargers were fine - but nothing to do with the hotel. It's about a 20 minute drove to central Bruges. My advice is use the chargers but stay elsewhere. On no account use the restaurant - they can't cook for toffee!

We liked the hotel from the moment we arrived. It's completely new and has realey nice vibes with the suf team in the whole hotel. It's close to the beach and magnificent dunes of Bredene, with public transport we where in 15 minutes in the center off Ostend to do some nice shopping. The breakfast is nice presented and from good quality. I diffentley go back in spring and can't wait to go surfing in the Twins surfclub to be in the vibe off the hotel! Not to forget the beds are really good.

Il personale della portineria è molto gentile e cordiale. La camera è pulita e il letto è comodo. Il soggiorno è stato nel complesso buono. Tuttavia, la donna delle pulizie è entrata nella mia stanza due volte al mattino anche se avevo programmato di fare il check-out quel giorno. Anche se non avevo dubbi sul fatto che stesse solo cercando di fare le pulizie senza ulteriori intenzioni, ha sollevato il mio allarme sui protocolli di sicurezza dell'hotel. Il personale addetto alle pulizie non dovrebbe seguire una politica di ”chiedere perdono piuttosto che approvazione” quando si tratta di entrare nelle camere degli ospiti. Anche il deposito bagagli era di auto-aiuto e aperto al pubblico, il che significa che chiunque poteva portare qualsiasi bagaglio senza fare domande. Potrebbe essere più sicuro se si potesse fornire un'etichetta per i bagagli del negozio.

Il secondo soggiorno all'hotel. La stanza non era così grande come le stazioni precedenti, ma era pulita e aveva tutto quello che ci serviva. L'hotel stesso è bellissimo, un servizio eccellente e il colazione è uno dei migliori che abbia mai avuto in un hotel. Naturalmente non è un soggiorno economico, ma per un 5* è molto buono e io sarò certamente di nuovo. L'unica cosa che vorrei commentare, e che mi sembra molto particolare, è che i servizi igienici complimentari non sono contrassegnati. Sarebbe bello avere L'occitane, Molton Brown o Elemis soprattutto in un 5*.Ma come dico, un hotel molto bello e non sarà il mio ultimo soggiorno

We were in Burges for 3 nights, and booked this hotel as part of a Eurostar package. Firstly, location is *excellent*. About 3 minutes' walk from De Markt, with all its bars and places to eat, it simply could not really be better located. Stay here and you can walk round all of Bruges, no need for any kind of transport, public or otherwise. We arrived at 12pm (much earlier than standard check-in time), hoping to be able to leave our luggage, but were told we had been given a free upgrade to a better room and it was ready already! A fine start. A lovely receptionist showed us to our room - in an annexe just round the corner - and the room was very good. Decent size, with a large window and a generous bathroom. the beds were 2 singles pushed together but that meant more room and no fighting over the duvet. Breakfast was included, although we hadn't opted for it. It was buffet style, continental, with some cooked items (scrambled egg, bacon, sausages, baked beans and mushrooms). Also cold meats and cheeses, a range of breads and pastries, fruit juices, tea/coffee, cereal, etc.. Very filling and the dining room was pleasant enough and not too busy. The room was also equipped with a well-stocked min-bar, and tea/coffee making facilities. There was a TV and reliable, decent Wifi. Chambermaids came back and serviced the room both days as we were still lounging around when they first came around 11am. The did a great job. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and I slept very well. Overall, a delightful, central, clean, pleasant, reasonably priced hotel. Most warmly recommended.

Hotel is located very close to the highway, creating a lot of noise. Place is a bit outdated. Our family room was fine. Beds are OK. Everything clean. TV with international channels. Bathroom with shower in bath (curtain) so be careful as slippery. We liked the breakfast which is in buffet form including pancakes; good bread etc Terras with snack and beer offerings. Some are a bit pricy. Parking at hotel at 5 EUR/day Little half hour by bike to Bruges center or 15 minutes by car. Very friendly staff at reception.

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel, mit angegliedertem Parkhaus (ca. 6,40€/24h), 5 Minuten Gehweg zum Bahnhof, Gehweg Altstadt ca. 15 Minuten. Unkomplizierter check-in und check-out. Zimmer sind zwar klein aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Keine Extras wie Wasserkocher und Co vorhanden. Für einen Wochenendtrip völlig ausreichend. Bei Bedarf Frühstücksbufett buchbar.

Situato a pochi passi dal centro della città e attrazioni turistiche. Molto facile da trovare. Ci sono un parcheggio pubblico di circa €15 al giorno. Dritta ai negozi locali, caffè e ristoranti sono a pochi passi. La pulizia è buona, anche se le mie labbra sono state spazzate e prurito. Aveva prenotato un letto Regina ma è stato detto che non potevano soddisfare questa prenotazione e non ci erano altre camere disponibili, quindi aveva un stile europeo Twin che si muove se si muove così tanto quanto si muove le coperte. Non il letto più comodo da dormire perché si è spostato e non c'era alcuna opzione per assicurarsi al muro o l'uno all'altro, così c'era meno movimento. Il servizio è OK. Il personale sembra occupato ma gentile. Il colazione è una scelta continentale fredda, che non vale la pena pagare in più, poiché i caffè sono molto meglio. Le camere sul pavimento non sono così piacevoli e si può ascoltare tutti i vicini e la strada in questo hotel, poiché le pareti sono molto sottili.
