La camera era piuttosto minimalista, ma sufficiente per il comfort. Abbiamo perso il volo e abbiamo dovuto fermarci lì per una notte. Fortunatamente siamo riusciti a prendere il nuovo volo.

È un soggiorno di ritorno e ho apprezzato la tranquillità della camera, che non si affacciava sulla strada principale. Il soggiorno è stato confortevole in una camera spaziosa, ho usato la vasca idromassaggio e ho fatto anche una colazione decente.

La camera è eccellente e pulita. Le dimensioni sono sufficienti per due persone e la metropolitana è a soli 10 minuti a piedi. È disponibile una vasca idromassaggio per rilassarsi.

We ended up at Hatago Inn Hotel due to a sudden change in travel plans—our flight was delayed and by the time we arrived, the express train to Shiga had stopped running for the day. Our original hotel in Shiga was out of reach, and we were scrambling for a last-minute place to crash near the airport. To be honest, we didn’t have high expectations—it was a stopover born out of necessity. But it turned out to be way better than expected! The location is super convenient for late arrivals, just a quick ride from Kansai Airport. Check-in was smooth, staff were helpful, and the room was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully laid out. It felt like a calm little pocket of rest after a long travel day. While we wouldn’t have chosen it originally, it absolutely served its purpose and more. For anyone needing a reliable, comfortable, and fuss-free overnight near the airport, this place is a hidden gem. Would definitely keep this in mind again for future airport stopovers!

Good location for those with early morning/late nigh flights - les than 10 min to the train station and 7 minutes from there to the airport. Notice that if you're coming late from the city center there are no trains that arrive close by, so you will need to walk 20-25 min from the closest station unless you call a taxi (which is usually quit expensive). 

Rooms very light early in the morning, no curtains, just roller blind with large gaps on the sides through which a lot of light comes, very unpleasant. Breakfast minimal, rooms clean. No shuttle bus to airport but train nearby (walkable).

Clean and spacious! Love the public bath and the product they use is Pola! It’s about 1km away from the train station. Don’t miss the sunset at Osaka bay. It’s beautiful.

Very quiet and nice room , had a nice good sleep , thanks , close to the 24 hrs supermarket

Free parking, big room, reasonable price, what else can you ask for?

The curtains are not good and leak too much light. I woke up early. The air conditioner was very cold and hot. I couldn't sleep well all night. Facing the road, the traffic outside is very noisy

Overall the travel time from the station is not as convenient as expected but the room is cosy and you can get a public bathhouse at that price so it is really good

Reasonable price but room is small for a family of 4. Breakfast time ending too early and we are rushing to finish our breakfast. My son enjoyed reading the comics there. Overall not bad.

Nice location, room is decent size for family of 4, but the hotel is near to the road. Windows are probably not sound proof, so can hear the traffic at night.

The room is quite nice with free parking. Close to the TRIAL SuperCenter and All you can eat BBQ restaurant. Room is new decorated with very trendy style.
