great location nice staff lovely hotel. however we are unable to get room service at night, the dinner time, they said they were busy and get back to us later but we didn’t get any response later on. we called them twice with same result. a bit disappointed with it.

Very nice hotel and amazing staff, always happy to help. Location is brilliant, 10 minutes walk to the seaside and all local Caffè shops and retail stores.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Ontur Hotel in Izmir. Das gesamte Team war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir fühlten uns jederzeit willkommen und wurden hervorragend beraten. Ein rundum perfekter Service – absolut empfehlenswert!

位置很好，就在Izmir Basmane鐵路站不遠，坐車去機場和Selcuk 很方便，長途巴士站也在旁邊。

交通很是便利噢，我們從伊斯坦堡飛來後做的地鐵，這裏距離火車站地鐵站步行6、7分鐘。只是房間的水是軟水，感覺沖不乾淨。總體還是不錯的。

房間面積寬敞，酒店位置其實挺不錯，往下走到海邊大約12、3分鐘，會路過一家Migros、各大銀行和婚紗產業街。 但因為自駕第一站就是伊茲密爾，剛到時交通真的讓人抓狂，附近的大轉盤大概連接7條路，門口沒有酒店專門停車位。鑰匙交給前台小哥他們會幫忙停到對面停車樓，印象中300TL一天？ 總體感覺伊茲密爾國人較少，吃飯跟着Google和貓途鷹搜不會出錯。

土耳其真不值得中國人去，酒店價格不低，真很一般。道路亂七八糟的，還很臟。落後中國幾十年，祖國真好。物價高得出奇，東西比德國還貴，奇葩。

前台服務員態度很好，房間設施齊全，早餐一般，房內衞生整潔乾淨。出遊交通方便，離軌道交通不遠，適合自由行。

酒店位置非常好，離地鐵站約500米距離，離海邊1.5公里以內，步行溜達去海邊，路上很多小商店以及烤肉店。酒店衞生和設施大約中國三星水平吧，但是在本地應該是非常好的啦！酒店前台很熱情，有什麼問題都能幫忙及時解決。早餐一般。但是，最最最推薦吃飯地方是酒店出門右側小路上，往裡走200米左右一家烤肉店（挨着一個小小超市），烤肉不但美味，而且性價比特別高。在土耳其呆了第七天，吃的住的花錢的地方多個嘗試，這家店真的是最最最好吃，且最便宜的！忘了給店鋪門頭拍照。兩家店對門，對面那家可以喝酒，客人看着多一點。這家因為是純穆斯林，店裡沒有酒，所以有點冷清。但是烤肉，尤其是烤雞翅，實在太美味！在伊茲密爾的三天每天都來吃一頓。
