The location is quite strategic because located at the city centre. The room is nice and clean and the food is good as well.

War Alleinreisender und ich war von der Lage des Hotels und dem Hotel an sich sehr zufrieden. Für den Preis kann man nichts falsch machen. Der Service von den Mitarbeitern/Rezeptionisten war hervorragend. Das Zimmer in dem ich war, war sauber und hatte alles an Utensilien was man so braucht. Alles in einem 4.7/5 Sterne von mir!

Izmirの中心であるBasmaneにあるホテルで、観光名所に近く、立地は優れています。 サービスは従業員の英語対応が優れていて、外国人でも安心できます。 清潔度に関しては普通です。 公共スペースのトイレはあまり良くなかったですが、室内は清潔でした。 設備に関しては部屋のプラグが少なく、不便でした。 十分なWi-Fiもないので、ホテルで作業するのは向いていません。

Worst experiences. Will not recommend anyone. Weird smell in the rooms. Very dirty toilets. Staff was very rude. Requested them to serve the breakfast at 7.50 instead of 8 since I have to check out. But refused to serve even if it was ready. Neighbouring pub is very cheap. Whole night I was listening to drunk fights and hotel staff was also involved in it. I don’t know the reason but Staff was not ready to give me the invoice of the stay. Awful management.

Refused to accommodate us with children and refused to return the money! Rude, unhelpful receptionist. Call to hotel manager also didn’t help.. There are a lot of good and clean hotels nearby with friendly staff that is glad to take you - don’t waste your money on Grand Zeybek.
