The staff when we arrive and waiting for check in time is rude. I think it’s the cleaner or utility. Coz at first we park at a wrong spot. He is complaining eventhough he don’t tell that it’s us but we feel that it’s us coz we are the only ones that are there that early.

The place is accessible for those who own cars. You need to contact them using your personal phone since you do not have other ways to contact the lobby and if you ask something you need to communicate twice or make a follow up The experience is just neutral.

The rooms are tiny and the hallway is very hot. Had to book another hotel for other member of the family because the parking lot was full. Most of the rooms are rented out as apartments.

Reasonable price but the wifi is not working well! When We used the swimming pool my daughter got wounded but no one helped Us.

The hotel is quite old and the room was not very clean. The area is quite noisy as well as aircoditioner/fan so don't expect good rest at night. There is a nice swimming pool and a tiny gym with basic equipment. Although the area around the hotel is not very nice, there is a big shopping mall nearby, within 5 minutes walking distance. Wi-fi was very slow and choppy. The staff was very polite.
