Hotel in zona Statue of sultan on horse, Istanbul

This review is based on a recent 4 nights stay in this hotel. It is not a very positive review and will most likely be followed up by a response from the hotel, so it is up to you to consider who you would like to trust. I normally have a large degree of empathy when travelling and staying at hotels all over the world, but this hotel crossed definitely my threshold I had arranged a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and was provided with details as to where to locate the agent outside the arrival at the airport. Went to the designated “agent” who had a list of customers needing rides to the city. However, my name was not on the list and therefore waited 10-15 to see if perhaps there would an update or another “agent”. Let me add that I had my phone in airplane mode to avoid the ridiculous high tele and roaming charges in Turkey, perhaps a mistake on my part but I was not expecting any problem catching a ride. Should be very simple. When the “agent” never showed up, I arranged my own transport to the hotel, and this is where the “fun” starts. I was immediately met by an angry receptionist who claimed that I had never showed up as agreed which is a lie and continued to claim that I showed no respect and was lying. We “settled” his continuous claims by splitting the fare from the airport to avoid my hotel bill being charged for this. And now to the room: How on earth can anyone sane person construct a bathroom floor that tilts away from the drain causing a flood in the bathroom and the door and doorstep become rotten from guests showering. You are “graciously” provided with a swap to clear the water but it takes at least 5 mins to clear the significant amount of water accumulated on the floor. I am curious to know if the bathroom has a watertight membrane under the floor to avoid leaking below. Should the guest really be doing this - just wondering and to the lack of authorisations required to perform this type of work. Seems to be done by an amateur. There is a bad un-identifiable smell in the room, most likely caused by the regular floods in the bathroom and it is impossible to sleep with the windows open due to noise from the streets. On top of that, the room is so small that is it impossible to move around without hitting the bed, the cupboard or a chair. The wire for the bedside lamps are stitched together with electrical tapes causing a potential fire hazard Again done by an amateur. In summary, here is my evaluation of the hotel: Positive: Good location within walking distance to major sites and plenty of restaurants Negative: Un-reliable shuttle service Flooding bathroom floor Poor smell in room Dangerous electrical wiring which is a fire hazard Noise from streets and adjoining rooms

Abbiamo prenotato senza colazione. Se sei arrabbiato - poi una piccola salsa, ma per il centro storico - è caratteristico.

Ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno in questo ostello a Istanbul. Ho prenotato un letto in camera da letto femminile, ed è stata una grande esperienza. Il personale è stato eccellente a risolvere qualsiasi problema e è stato molto utile per tutta la mia permanenza. Il colazione era delizioso, e il prezzo era molto conveniente. La stanza era pulita e ben mantenuta, con tutte le attrezzature necessarie. Il letto era confortevole e pulito, e la stanza aveva aria condizionata. Raccomando vivamente questo ostello a chiunque visiti Istanbul!

Un hotel eccellente, vicino alla piazza e a Istiklal Caddesi in pochi minuti, e tutti i servizi sono disponibili intorno ad esso, da ristoranti, negozi di alimentari o barbieri. L'auto entra e la zona è sicura e protetta. Tutto grazie allo staff dell'hotel del fratello Ibrahim Ma Qasr e il direttore dell'hotel, il signor Amrallah.. Grazie, grazie per il rispetto, l'attenzione e l'ospitalità. Ci hanno trattato come se fossero la loro famiglia... solo un piccolo ringraziamento... e un hotel che consiglierei a famiglie o singoli individui, e la colazione è disponibile. Yaklaşık iki aydır bu hostelde kalıyorum. Diğer hostellerden ayıran farkı her gün temizlik yapılması ve çarşafların değişmesi. Temiz olması. Her hangi bir sorununuz olması halinde bildirdiğiniz takdirde hemen çözülüyor. Resepsiyonda ki arkadaşlar (Seyf, Gamze, Ali ) RoofBar'da ki arkadaşlar (Sevda, Ulaş, Özkan, Adnan) Housekeeping ve diğer personel arkadaşlarda çok ilgililer. Kesinlikle tavsiye ettiğim bir hostel.

La posizione dell'hotel e il personale della reception e delle pulizie erano molto gentili, ma non eravamo soddisfatti della colazione. Proprio quando tè-caffè e varietà non soddisfacevano, dal cibo è emersa una persona indesiderata. Sarebbe meglio restare senza colazione. Ci sono già parecchie opzioni in giro. La stanza puzzava anche di fumo di sigaretta.

La posizione è buona, proprio al centro di Kadikoy dove si trova l'azione, ma lontano dalle folle. È una prova sonora per le attività esterne molto buona, quindi anche i venditori di vestiti al piano di sotto non si sentono rumori all'interno della stanza. La stanza è molto amichevole e ho ricevuto un aggiornamento gratuito in una sala balcone. È anche spaziosa con pulizia giornaliera. Resterà qui la prossima visita a Istanbul.
