Non c'erano molte persone perché l'hotel era fuori stagione. Il riscaldamento centralizzato rendeva caldo La colazione era quella che mi aspettavo dalle foto, ma è solo un semplice yogi. L'atrio era fatto di ametista, quindi personalmente era carino, ed era bello allenarsi con semplici manubri nell'angolo degli esercizi al primo piano seminterrato. La posizione è più un mercato che un'attrazione turistica. È un vecchio aeroporto, quindi sembra che non ci siano molte persone da quando è stato costruito il nuovo aeroporto. Dopo Corona, c'è un'area di sosta per i bambini, quindi sarebbe un buon posto per portare i bambini. Puoi fare il bucato da solo, ma ci sono molti spazi inaspettati che non avevo programmato di fare in un luogo dove riposare per molto tempo. Se la porta è aperta, andrebbe bene per una sala seminari o una riunione di famiglia, e sono rimasto sorpreso perché era così tranquillo perché non si sapeva

Ho avuto un'esperienza di viaggio di lavoro, il personale che si interessava molto all'aeroporto, le camere erano nuove e letti confortevoli. Un bel hotel, ho già soggiornato nella stessa zona, e mi piacciono gli hotel, e mi piacciono gli hotel, e mi piacciono i miei viaggi a Istanbul.

My friend and I were staying at Mount Ararat Hotel for three nights. We were welcomed by friendly and helpful staff. Even though we barely stayed in our room, the room had everything what we needed after a long day outdoors. The beds were very comfortable, the place was clean and so was the bathroom. There were a lot of restaurants nearby and during the evening the neighbourhood became very lively with locals and tourists. We were happy that after a tiring day we could grab some food and drinks with our hotel in the close proximity. On our last evening Saleh helped us arranging the transport to the airport which was top-notch! On the other hand, we had an arrangement with breakfast included and it was slightly disappointing. It was buffet with various choices of food and drinks but my friend and I are a little bit fussy. We preferred to grab something on our way to the city centre. It is not a deal breaker though. All in all, good value for money. We were satisfied about our choice and would definitely come back.

Il nuovo hotel, con un lusso e un'eleganza, con strutture che contengono vista e posizione, è il miglior personale che abbia mai visto in 30 anni di viaggi di 4 e 5 stelle in tutto il mondo, tra cui Dubai, Oman, Regno Unito, Parigi e Sydney. Il centro è quello di offrire una visione senza saldatura, cura e visibile di Istanbul. Le camere sono senza spazio e tranquille per un centro città, con connessione internet sulla TV dove si può accedere a youtube per un po' di tranquillità. Torneremo presto a Carima Gold per fare shopping, vedere, prendere nella storia magnifica della Turchia e mangiare il cibo sorprendente. Grazie tante da me e da tutta la mia famiglia.

Our stay was really pleasant and nice. The location of the hotel is great! Really close to all of the monuments, the city centre and good restaurants. You have everything you need on the same street. The staff is always friendly! At the reception Selim was really welcoming and helpful and also the guys at the breakfast service Mehmet and Yalain :) ( I hope I wrote the names right) The cleaning service also really good! At general a lovely stay for our first time in Istanbul.

These guys are a scam operation. They’ll offer you airport transfer at inflated prices, there driver won’t show up, so you’ll take a different cab/taxi, then when you end up at the hotel they will make paying for the their shuttle (which was never there) a precondition for handing you the room keys (which was already paid for in my case). Total scam operation, rude front desk staff and general manager. I chose to leave that hotel there and then which my four suitcases and family of four, took a cab, found a hotel while in cab over phone, paid double obviously at the last minute, at another hotel, was greeted there again with the familiar Turkish hospitality and the worst travel nightmare came to an end. Plus the location is horrible, deep, narrow, steep alleyways, most larger van/shuttle type vehicles can’t make it without scraping their bottoms and getting damaged in the process, which if you don’t have a nice driver you may end up having to pay for. Consider your self forewarned, Don’t stay there. And like a typical scam operation they change their name frequently. Sometimes add Taksim to their name, sometime not. My wife and I enjoyed our week-long stay in the Soul Hotel in Istanbul in January 2023. We found a “home” there and got treated like “VIPs”. (I’m confident that EVERY Soul Hotel guest likely receives VIP TREATMENT, though.) Normally, I would not post a review because leaving a SUPER review has the potential to make it harder for me to find availability for my own stay. However, I see that recently there was posted a crazy review. People need to know that that review is baloney, and I don't believe one single word of it, and neither should you! I’m American and have stayed in hotels throughout the world, so I am quite experienced to say that there is a combination of factors that makes the Soul hotel one of my favorite hotels I have ever stayed in anywhere. The soul hotel is IMMACULATE. Not only is it clean, but it is also SAFE; the temperature controls in the room ALL work perfectly; the water pressure is SUPER; it is QUIET; the sheets and towels are new and high quality; it has a TERRIFIC breakfast; it’s a beautifully designed hotel with a lovely combination of antique and modern (see the photos)—BUT… incredibly----these are not even the best feature. THE BEST feature of the hotel is: its STAFF. They are ALL GOOD PEOPLE. The staff members really CARE about guests. They ALL speak English quite well and most speak other languages, too! They are trustworthy, knowledgeable, and helpful. When you combine all these elements together, it makes for a truly memorable experience that is even reasonably priced(!) On top of the pricing, the design, the excellent staff, the great food and immaculate cleanliness, THEN there's the LOCATION. The location of the hotel is right in the middle of the most charming part of Istanbul. There are antique shops and art galleries and coffee houses all around, and it’s even around the corner from the #1 Hammam Spa in Istanbul. It’s also located about 7 minutes walking distance from Istiklal Street, the major street where all the big shops are. There’s simply no better accommodations to be had in Istanbul. I invested an huge amount of time researching and vetting various hotels before choosing the Soul Hotel, and I chose entirely correctly. So, for free, you now get to benefit of all my investigations and experience, and I get to worry that I’ll have to fight you in the future for my own reservations. I wrote this because I couldn't ignore the reputation of this really fine establishment being attacked by crazy lies. Soul Hotel staff give their best for guests, and I feel obliged to stand-up against any bad things implied about this hotel. Soul Hotel is a CLASS ACT all the way.

I made a reservation for Stay Inn Taksim Hostel via Agoda.com website for 3-6 February.Due to special reasons, I could not enter the hostel on February 3, and in this case, I contacted the hostel officer and informed him that he would check in on February 4.Despite this, my reservation was canceled by the hostel just because I did not log in and the hostel officer said that if I make a new reservation with a higher price, I will only be able to stay at the hostel that way. What kind of customer satisfaction is it that I can't use a service that I have paid for in advance and that a higher fee is demanded again? So I had to stay in another hotel.If you don’t want to happen this to you never choose Stay Inn Taksim Hostel and should definitely stay away! Agoda.com internet sitesi üzerinden Stay Inn Taksim Hostel adlı hostele 3-6 Şubat tarihleri için kredi kartı ile peşin ödeyerek rezervasyon yaptım. Özel sebeplerden dolayı 3 Şubatta hostele giriş yapamadım ve bu durumu hostel görevlisi ile görüşerek 4 Şubatta giriş yapacağımı ilettim ve görevli tarafından hostele giriş bilgileri tarafıma iletildi. Fakat buna rağmen 4 Şubatta hostele gittiğimde otele giriş yapmadığım için hostel tarafından rezervasyonumun iptal edildiğini, konaklama ücretinin iade edemeyeceklerini ve yeniden daha yüksek ücretle rezervasyon yapılırsa ancak o şekilde konaklayabileceğim söylendi. Ücretini peşin olarak ödediğim bir hizmetten ertesi gün geleceğimi bildirdiğim halde faydalanamayıp bir de üstüne tekrar daha yüksek ücret talep edilmesi nasıl bir müşteri memnuniyetidir? Şehir dışından geldiğim için de başka otelde konaklamak durumunda kaldım. Bir an önce konaklamadığım halde onayım alınmadan hostel tarafından tek taraflı olarak iptal edilen rezervasyon ücretinin iade edilmesini ve oluşan mağduriyetin giderilmesini istiyorum. Bir daha asla Stay Inn Taksim Hostel'i tercih etmem ve kesinlikle uzak durulmalı!

Abbiamo arrivato a Istanbul alle 6:00 di mattina, e l'hotel è alle 8:00 di mattina. Burada çok kez konakladım fakat bu sefer hiç memnun kalmadım. Odada yaşlı bir kadına ait saçlar her yere dağılmış vaziyetteydi. Temizlik başarısızdı. Sıcak su sorunu vardı, duş alırken ve bulaşık yıkarken su aşırı soğuyor ve ısınıyordu. Normalde yastık seçen bir insan değilim, sert, yumuşak, yüksek, alçak fark etmeksizin tüm yastıklarla uyuyabilirim. Odaya tıka basa doldurulmuş, başınızı abartısı 45 derece açıda bükecek kadar bir yastık konulmuş. Yastıksız uyumayı tercih ettim.
