Hotel in zona Ozanlar Sitesi, Istanbul

La struttura era pulita e sicura, e il personale della reception era gentile. Bello anche il bar nella hall. Tuttavia, il tassista che mi ha guidato dall'hotel ha fatto molta strada per l'aeroporto ed era quasi in ritardo per il check-in in aeroporto e ha chiesto un costo aggiuntivo.

This review is based on a recent 4 nights stay in this hotel. It is not a very positive review and will most likely be followed up by a response from the hotel, so it is up to you to consider who you would like to trust. I normally have a large degree of empathy when travelling and staying at hotels all over the world, but this hotel crossed definitely my threshold I had arranged a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and was provided with details as to where to locate the agent outside the arrival at the airport. Went to the designated “agent” who had a list of customers needing rides to the city. However, my name was not on the list and therefore waited 10-15 to see if perhaps there would an update or another “agent”. Let me add that I had my phone in airplane mode to avoid the ridiculous high tele and roaming charges in Turkey, perhaps a mistake on my part but I was not expecting any problem catching a ride. Should be very simple. When the “agent” never showed up, I arranged my own transport to the hotel, and this is where the “fun” starts. I was immediately met by an angry receptionist who claimed that I had never showed up as agreed which is a lie and continued to claim that I showed no respect and was lying. We “settled” his continuous claims by splitting the fare from the airport to avoid my hotel bill being charged for this. And now to the room: How on earth can anyone sane person construct a bathroom floor that tilts away from the drain causing a flood in the bathroom and the door and doorstep become rotten from guests showering. You are “graciously” provided with a swap to clear the water but it takes at least 5 mins to clear the significant amount of water accumulated on the floor. I am curious to know if the bathroom has a watertight membrane under the floor to avoid leaking below. Should the guest really be doing this - just wondering and to the lack of authorisations required to perform this type of work. Seems to be done by an amateur. There is a bad un-identifiable smell in the room, most likely caused by the regular floods in the bathroom and it is impossible to sleep with the windows open due to noise from the streets. On top of that, the room is so small that is it impossible to move around without hitting the bed, the cupboard or a chair. The wire for the bedside lamps are stitched together with electrical tapes causing a potential fire hazard Again done by an amateur. In summary, here is my evaluation of the hotel: Positive: Good location within walking distance to major sites and plenty of restaurants Negative: Un-reliable shuttle service Flooding bathroom floor Poor smell in room Dangerous electrical wiring which is a fire hazard Noise from streets and adjoining rooms

Hotel e ostello allo stesso tempo molto belli Il personale è molto disponibile e rispettoso La pulizia è ottima e il prezzo è il migliore Ho preso una camera condivisa con colazione gratuita Le camere sono climatizzate e molto pulite Sul tetto dell'hotel è presente un'area salotto, da dove è possibile vedere Istanbul dall'alto e osservare l'area salotto La colazione è fantastica e ha molte opzioni Lo consiglio vivamente Ottimo prezzo, pulizia e posizione L'unico aspetto negativo era che la mia camera era sulla strada principale e i rumori delle auto erano un po' fastidiosi

Well, I booked online for our family of 5 members. They advised they have an apartment suitable for us. When I reached there, we found that the apartment is not in the main building, we have to climb long stairs Infront of the building, then go up a little hill, then go up again the stairs for 3 floors with all the luggage just to find out that the apartment has only one AC in the main room but the other one with the sofa and extra bed has no AC in August!!!! That was very very disappointing since it was never mentioned anywhere, neither that the apartment is in a separate building nor it is in a higher floor or not fully air-condionned but what happened next was what made us feel at home. Bora, the one at the reception, who confirmed my booking then did his best to try shuffling some rooms so we can fit in the main building but since me and the rest of the family were willing to stay together, I suggested to try one night and see if we could handle the heat or we will need to move to more than one room in the main building. At night we had a wonderful window view of the old town and Galata tower that I wouldn't give for any air-conditoned room :))) Despite the apartment was very small and we could barely move but it was really clean and it had everything we could need to feel home. The sound of seagulls woke us up in the morning and we slept watching the moonlight covering Galata Tower at night. A wonderful experience i wish to repeat, we were lucky because it was full moon. They always sent someone to clean and change the bed sheets and towels, and they did their best helping with the luggage up and down. The day of check out, they were very generous, they made a discount on the full amount as an apology we didn't know much about the apartment, and the owner offered us simit and cheese, a very traditional yet yummy Turkish breakfast. I loved the stay, what made it beautiful was the generosity of the staff, how welcoming they were, the cleanness of the place and the unforgettable view of the apartment, I will definitely go back

Un hotel eccellente, vicino alla piazza e a Istiklal Caddesi in pochi minuti, e tutti i servizi sono disponibili intorno ad esso, da ristoranti, negozi di alimentari o barbieri. L'auto entra e la zona è sicura e protetta. Tutto grazie allo staff dell'hotel del fratello Ibrahim Ma Qasr e il direttore dell'hotel, il signor Amrallah.. Grazie, grazie per il rispetto, l'attenzione e l'ospitalità. Ci hanno trattato come se fossero la loro famiglia... solo un piccolo ringraziamento... e un hotel che consiglierei a famiglie o singoli individui, e la colazione è disponibile. Torneremo, a Dio piacendo

L'hotel mi è piaciuto per la pulizia, il prezzo, la posizione da piazza Taksim e la metropolitana.

Ciao ... Sono rimasto con la mia famiglia a Istanbul a Noble pangalti per 10 notti. L'hotel è stato aperto di nuovo, tutto era molto pulito e luminoso. Fogli, tovaglioli e biancheria da bagno tutti nuovi . Dico all'hotel 5 di 5 con tutto non è l'unica cosa che non mi piaceva era le mutande, non era molto comodo. Per la gente che lavora lì (ricevitori, custodi) Io di certo dare loro un rating 10 di 5 speciali Ali , tuttavia tutti erano molto gentili, molto utile e molto amichevole in aggiunta i gentiluomini in reception parlavano tutti inglese - Bene. Raccomando molto l'hotel, e come un visitatore normale a Istanbul, questo hotel è un pezzo di mente per i miei viaggi.

I had a really bad experience with this hotel. On the first night (I arrived late at night at the hotel), I found one of the beds and it's pillow soaking wet. I was very tired and decided to address the issue the next day. However, to my surprise, I was unable to switch off the lights. At 1:00 am I had 3 people in the room fiddling with the buttons with solutions such as ”sleep with some light” and ”remove the card so the room gets dark”. The next day, my agent suggested a room change, but because of my experience and my plans for the day, I didn't want to be moved into a room without seeing it, so I just asked for the light switches to be fixed and the sheets changed. I went out for the day to return at night. At reception I was assured that the problems were fixed. I walked into the room to find all my stuff gone. Only things in the safe were there. I went to the reception and found my suitcase, my hand bag, my carry on and my cosmetics bag. Someone had the audacity to pack my personal belongings. They actually removed my watch and charger and put them in my hand bag. My tooth brush, shampoo and other personal belongings were also packed into my bags with no consideration whatsoever. The person at the reception had no idea and explained that it seems someone intended to move my room and didn't. I find that unacceptable to say the least. The next day I came back to the room and found an ironing board blocking my room door. Super random behavior really. In addition to the above, the room was not clean, no tissue box and other essentials. the beds were hastily made, no effort even to straighten the sheets. All the sheets were mismatched. I tried to see the manager for 2 days in a row and got answers like ”he is in a meeting” from 9:00 am to 4 pm. When I asked where his office was, the answer was ”I don't know :). The only reason why I did not leave this joke of a hotel was that I was traveling with an older group of people and I didn't want to create disturbance for them. It's a definite no go for me.

La posizione dell'hotel e il personale della reception e delle pulizie erano molto gentili, ma non eravamo soddisfatti della colazione. Proprio quando tè-caffè e varietà non soddisfacevano, dal cibo è emersa una persona indesiderata. Sarebbe meglio restare senza colazione. Ci sono già parecchie opzioni in giro. La stanza puzzava anche di fumo di sigaretta.

Il nome dell'hotel è effettivamente Istanblu Hotels, ci siamo trasferiti qui per due notti, poiché è convenientemente situato sulla linea M4 Metro sul lato asiatico su Istanbul alla stazione Bonstanic, uscita 2. Il personale è stato amichevole e utile, ha stampato i nostri passaporti di bordo gratuitamente e consiglia di prendere il bus 10 nella zona marina dove ci sono buoni ristoranti e bar.
