Hotel in zona Osmanli Cami, Istanbul

Il personale, in particolare Liza, era incredibilmente amichevole e accogliente, facendomi sentire molto benvenuto durante la mia visita. Il livello di pulizia dell’hotel era impeccabile e era evidente che loro avevano la priorità di mantenere un ambiente prigioniero. Il colazione fornito non solo è stato delizioso, ma offre anche una vasta gamma di opzioni per adattarsi a diversi gusti. In generale, la mia esperienza è stata fantastica, grazie al personale amichevole, eccellente pulizia e soddisfacente offerte di colazione all'Hotel Grand Lark.

Personel ilgili ve güler yüzlü . Çözüm odaklılar. Üç gün konakladık ve kendimizi evimizde hissettirdiler . Rezervasyon süreci hızlıydı. Otele gelip odamıza geçene kadar ki süreç oldukça profesyonelce yönetildi. Odamız temizdi ve bir ihtiyacımız olduğunda yardımcı olmak için bekleyen samimi housekeeping personeli vardı. Çok memnun kaldık. Tüm ekibe Teşekkür ederiz :)

Amazing location, close to Kadıköy pier. From Kadiköy you can easily reach European side or islands by ferry. Hotel is new, very clean and modern. Friendly and helpful staff. Really huge room. Highly recommend this place to stay.

Well, I booked online for our family of 5 members. They advised they have an apartment suitable for us. When I reached there, we found that the apartment is not in the main building, we have to climb long stairs Infront of the building, then go up a little hill, then go up again the stairs for 3 floors with all the luggage just to find out that the apartment has only one AC in the main room but the other one with the sofa and extra bed has no AC in August!!!! That was very very disappointing since it was never mentioned anywhere, neither that the apartment is in a separate building nor it is in a higher floor or not fully air-condionned but what happened next was what made us feel at home. Bora, the one at the reception, who confirmed my booking then did his best to try shuffling some rooms so we can fit in the main building but since me and the rest of the family were willing to stay together, I suggested to try one night and see if we could handle the heat or we will need to move to more than one room in the main building. At night we had a wonderful window view of the old town and Galata tower that I wouldn't give for any air-conditoned room :))) Despite the apartment was very small and we could barely move but it was really clean and it had everything we could need to feel home. The sound of seagulls woke us up in the morning and we slept watching the moonlight covering Galata Tower at night. A wonderful experience i wish to repeat, we were lucky because it was full moon. They always sent someone to clean and change the bed sheets and towels, and they did their best helping with the luggage up and down. The day of check out, they were very generous, they made a discount on the full amount as an apology we didn't know much about the apartment, and the owner offered us simit and cheese, a very traditional yet yummy Turkish breakfast. I loved the stay, what made it beautiful was the generosity of the staff, how welcoming they were, the cleanness of the place and the unforgettable view of the apartment, I will definitely go back

Ξενοδοχείο στη πλατεία Ταξίμ , σε τοποθεσία που εξυπηρετεί τις μετακινήσεις στο κέντρο της πόλης και βρίσκεις πολλά μαγαζιά και εστιατόρια. Δωμάτια χωρίς καθόλου θέα και με πολύ θόρυβο από το δρόμο. Το πρωϊνό φτωχό, μόνο η θέα από την αίθουσα του πρωϊνού αξίζει.

Mir hat dieses Hotel sehr gut gefallen, denn wenn man das Hotel betritt, ist das Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich und man merkt, dass ihnen die Sauberkeit ihrer Zimmer sehr am Herzen liegt. Die Lage ist perfekt, die U-Bahn-, Bus-, Minibus- und Taxihaltestellen sind nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Im Badezimmer gibt es alles von Shampoo, Duschgel, Handtüchern und Hausschuhen. Ich denke, ich werde diesen Ort immer wählen.

Yaklaşık iki aydır bu hostelde kalıyorum. Diğer hostellerden ayıran farkı her gün temizlik yapılması ve çarşafların değişmesi. Temiz olması. Her hangi bir sorununuz olması halinde bildirdiğiniz takdirde hemen çözülüyor. Resepsiyonda ki arkadaşlar (Seyf, Gamze, Ali ) RoofBar'da ki arkadaşlar (Sevda, Ulaş, Özkan, Adnan) Housekeeping ve diğer personel arkadaşlarda çok ilgililer. Kesinlikle tavsiye ettiğim bir hostel.

La sala della colazione non era abbastanza pulita, specialmente la sala delle sedie e dei tavoli era discreta tranne che per guardare al cimitero Trip. -15 minuti a piedi molti negozi disponibili per tutto il parrucchiere troppo costoso non usarlo consigliato su 10 7 o 8
