Hotel in Ortaköy, eccellente, piccolo e molto accogliente.

Super mooie uitzicht maar daar betaal Je ook voor, ontbijt is voldoende en de meeste mensen die er werken zijn super vriendelijk het is niet bepaald rustig daar veel auto’s die lawaai maken muziek / toeteren en goed om te weten het zit tegenover een basisschool of iets dus de kinderen zijn ook goed te horen maar dat zijn allemaal pluspunten het leeft daar elke dag weer… zachte bed zachte kussen lekkere stoelen , wat wel minder is de hygiëne van de badkamer .. overal schimmel in de kitranden douche deur die los zit valt letterlijk bijna om en helaas je grootste nachtmerrie een wc met poep aan de buitenkant / netjes gevraagd of ze dit grondig willen schoonmaken en de douche deur vast willen zetten maar helaas dat hebben ze niet gedaan! Voor de rest was alles wel oke, als je wilt inchecken kan je het beste bij de gene zijn die er in de nacht zit hij is super vriendelijk bij de rest kon ik niet echt terugvinden.

Abbiamo fatto molto piacere a mio albergo, guardando le mie osservazioni con mia moglie e mia figlia, tutto il personale, in particolare l'Ordine, era molto sorridente e interessato, siamo stati molto felici di colazione fino alla pulizia, non c'è posto dove dire, molto centro. Un hotel perfetto, che può sentire la temperatura di casa, e poi l'indirizzo di Istanbul.

Yeni açılmış tertemiz bir otel. İstanbuldaki resmi işlerimiz için çocuklarımızla beraber 1 gece konakladık. Mutfaklı odayı tercih ettik, odadaki koltuk açılınca 2 kişilik yatağa dönüştü, bu haliyle 4 yetişkin ve 2 küçük çocuk rahatlıkla konaklayabilir. Otelin kendine ait otoparkı yok ancak otel yakınlarında sokak kenarına park edilebiliyor biz de o şekilde yaptık. Fiyat politikası bu şekilde devam ederse her İstanbul ziyaretimizde bu oteli tercih edebiliriz.

Mir hat dieses Hotel sehr gut gefallen, denn wenn man das Hotel betritt, ist das Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich und man merkt, dass ihnen die Sauberkeit ihrer Zimmer sehr am Herzen liegt. Die Lage ist perfekt, die U-Bahn-, Bus-, Minibus- und Taxihaltestellen sind nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Im Badezimmer gibt es alles von Shampoo, Duschgel, Handtüchern und Hausschuhen. Ich denke, ich werde diesen Ort immer wählen.

I have booked at Pera orient hotel because it offers what I want from an hotel during my travels and the feedbacks were in its favor. Just after my booking was done I stumble on a negative review that was posted on trip advisor. I was worried about my choice. But when I went to Istanbul and stayed there, I felt compelled to share my own experience, which was entirely different and absolutely fantastic! I believe it's essential to give credit where credit is due. First of all , if you are seeking a resort , Pera Orient is not a resort and it never claims to be one! My stay at Pera Orient was comfortable and pleasant. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly and attentive staff, who made their best to help me in every possible way and to answer my queries during my 5-day long stay. Their warm smiles and genuine willingness to assist truly set the tone for my stay. The location of the hotel is ideal. A 6 min walk from the hotel takes you to Taksim square where you can take the Metro or bus to reach your desired destination. And it allowed me to make regular daily walks on istikal street . The street is a little narrow yes, but there are plenty of hotels all around that I have never felt scared or unsafe ( as it was mentioned in the negative review). And I always took the upward direction then turn right towards taksim. I was greeted by a spotless clean room with a tasteful decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, The housekeeping staff was attentive and meticulous, making sure that my room was impeccably cleaned each day. Coffee and tea were left daily next to the kettle (sometimes with a bottle of water). When I will visit Istanbul again , I will definitely chose Pera Orient to stay in.

My stay was very comfortable and I am pleased that I got the exact accommodation service worth to the price I paid. Everytime when I went to İstanbul I am staying in this hotel since apart from the easily reachable with public transportation, hotel team members are very helpful to make your stay more enjoyable.

Ciao Mi e mia moglie siamo venuti a Istanbul per un intervento chirurgico. A causa della clinica che ha rovinato gli hotel, siamo stati inviati al Centro Hotel. Siamo arrivati al 9.30 in ricevimento e da allora siamo stati controllati al 14.00 nelle nostre camere. Poiché abbiamo pagato, dovremmo avere diritto al colazione. Purtroppo no. Quindi io e mia moglie dobbiamo pagare per avere colazione. Il personale della ricezione è molto rude. Non si preoccupano di tutto il tempo, ma le loro scuse “non sappiamo nulla” abbiamo spiegato alla ricezione che stiamo rimanendo 2 giorni, dopo aver controllato, andando in ospedale e dopo 2 giorni torneremo a controllare. Abbiamo fatto un'ora il primo giorno, siamo tornati, siamo andati in piedi, non poteva aprire la porta, siamo andati alla ricezione, sembra che ci sia stato fatto un checkout senza essere informati( denaro, bagagli lasciati nella stanza) Abbiamo andato alla ricezione “ tipica risposta : Non sappiamo nulla “Il ricevitore molto brutto. Infine abbiamo controllato di nuovo. Tornando dall'ospedale, ovviamente non abbiamo ricevuto la stessa stanza, ok non preoccupate, ma ancora una volta molto agitato abbiamo ricevuto la stanza terribile ( porta igienica rotta, bagno drenaggio profumo molto cattivo, muri sporchi, Mobili chipped ) - suppongo sia 5* hotel. Non stavo parlando con la ricezione, niente è stato fatto. Dopo un giorno sono andato di nuovo giù e finalmente cambiano la nostra stanza. Non molto impressionato. Chiesto un piatto extra - 1 giorno per ottenere. Alimento all'hotel- soggiorno lontano - molto costoso e non impressionante. Risposta alla gestione: Sì ho la denuncia e sollevo le mie denuncia, ma ci vuole un po' per risolvere. In una parola, cerca di evitare questo hotel. Delusione.
