Checked in no problem. Room was on the 1000 level. The room was fine. Comfy enough bed, decent shower, a little dark but fine. However, at 0044 I had not long fallen asleep and was awoken by some music. To begin with I could not figure out where the music was coming from, I called reception and found out that there was a function on and the music was coming through the walls. The receptionist told me that he would sort it out. He must of as I managed to fall asleep for 10 minutes. 20 minutes later, the tunes came back on but even louder, again I called down to reception. This time I told him if he cant get the music sorted I wanted a room move. he said he'd call back in 5 mins. By this time (0115) I had enough after been travelling since 0600 and up for work at 0800 I was not wiating any longer. I packed what I had left to pack and went down stairs to get moved. Where I had the most uncomfortable experience with the receptionist. I told the guy I wanted a room change, he said he was sorry he didn't have any. I stared at him rather displeased as you would at that time. I said well, what do you suggest?! The volume was ridiculous. After sending the bellboy down to request a volume change again, he shuffled avoiding eye contact and moving around papers. I think he just thought I was going to shrug my shoulders and go back to my bed. I stared at him for a minute more and raised my voice, asked him what the hell is happening? Its nearly 0130 and am standing here tired as F**K, demanded he better sort something out or I wanted the manager. After some more awkwardness he then produced a key card for a different room. I told him all that nonsence in the last ten mins could easily have been avoided. If he didn't lie to me and say there were no rooms. The room ended up being really quiet, however it was like an oven and I could not get it cool. I was knackered so fell asleep anyway. That mattress will need a few days in the sun to dry out the amount I sweated in it. I went down to breakfast in the morning it looked like an ok spread but I was still not in the mood. The bill was already fixed by my company so I didn't even complain to the staff in the morning. I will be telling my company not to use this place again.

Dikkatli ve yavaş gitmek gerekiyor. Vale hizmeti var. Otopark veya valeye günlük ücret ödeyerek 24 saat boyunca istediğiniz kadar bu servisten faydalanabiliyorsunuz. Vale zorunlu değil. Normalmente non sono una persona che sceglie i cuscini, posso dormire con tutti i cuscini, indipendentemente dal fatto che siano duri, morbidi, alti o bassi. La stanza è riempita fino all'orlo di un cuscino abbastanza grande da piegare la testa con un angolo esagerato di 45 gradi. Ho preferito dormire senza cuscino.

Mir hat dieses Hotel sehr gut gefallen, denn wenn man das Hotel betritt, ist das Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich und man merkt, dass ihnen die Sauberkeit ihrer Zimmer sehr am Herzen liegt. Die Lage ist perfekt, die U-Bahn-, Bus-, Minibus- und Taxihaltestellen sind nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Im Badezimmer gibt es alles von Shampoo, Duschgel, Handtüchern und Hausschuhen. Ich denke, ich werde diesen Ort immer wählen.

I have booked at Pera orient hotel because it offers what I want from an hotel during my travels and the feedbacks were in its favor. Just after my booking was done I stumble on a negative review that was posted on trip advisor. I was worried about my choice. But when I went to Istanbul and stayed there, I felt compelled to share my own experience, which was entirely different and absolutely fantastic! I believe it's essential to give credit where credit is due. First of all , if you are seeking a resort , Pera Orient is not a resort and it never claims to be one! My stay at Pera Orient was comfortable and pleasant. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly and attentive staff, who made their best to help me in every possible way and to answer my queries during my 5-day long stay. Their warm smiles and genuine willingness to assist truly set the tone for my stay. The location of the hotel is ideal. A 6 min walk from the hotel takes you to Taksim square where you can take the Metro or bus to reach your desired destination. And it allowed me to make regular daily walks on istikal street . The street is a little narrow yes, but there are plenty of hotels all around that I have never felt scared or unsafe ( as it was mentioned in the negative review). And I always took the upward direction then turn right towards taksim. I was greeted by a spotless clean room with a tasteful decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, The housekeeping staff was attentive and meticulous, making sure that my room was impeccably cleaned each day. Coffee and tea were left daily next to the kettle (sometimes with a bottle of water). When I will visit Istanbul again , I will definitely chose Pera Orient to stay in.

Ciao Mi e mia moglie siamo venuti a Istanbul per un intervento chirurgico. A causa della clinica che ha rovinato gli hotel, siamo stati inviati al Centro Hotel. Siamo arrivati al 9.30 in ricevimento e da allora siamo stati controllati al 14.00 nelle nostre camere. Poiché abbiamo pagato, dovremmo avere diritto al colazione. Purtroppo no. Quindi io e mia moglie dobbiamo pagare per avere colazione. Il personale della ricezione è molto rude. Infine abbiamo controllato di nuovo. Tornando dall'ospedale, ovviamente non abbiamo ricevuto la stessa stanza, ok non preoccupate, ma ancora una volta molto agitato abbiamo ricevuto la stanza terribile ( porta igienica rotta, bagno drenaggio profumo molto cattivo, muri sporchi, Mobili chipped ) - suppongo sia 5* hotel. Non stavo parlando con la ricezione, niente è stato fatto. Dopo un giorno sono andato di nuovo giù e finalmente cambiano la nostra stanza. Non molto impressionato. Chiesto un piatto extra - 1 giorno per ottenere. Alimento all'hotel- soggiorno lontano - molto costoso e non impressionante. Risposta alla gestione: Sì ho la denuncia e sollevo le mie denuncia, ma ci vuole un po' per risolvere. In una parola, cerca di evitare questo hotel. Delusione.
