Hotel in zona Kayışdağı Zirve Doğa Sporları, Istanbul

La posizione è buona, proprio al centro di Kadikoy dove si trova l'azione, ma lontano dalle folle. È una prova sonora per le attività esterne molto buona, quindi anche i venditori di vestiti al piano di sotto non si sentono rumori all'interno della stanza. La stanza è molto amichevole e ho ricevuto un aggiornamento gratuito in una sala balcone. È anche spaziosa con pulizia giornaliera. Resterà qui la prossima visita a Istanbul.

L'hotel mi è piaciuto per la pulizia, il prezzo, la posizione da piazza Taksim e la metropolitana.

Well, I booked online for our family of 5 members. They advised they have an apartment suitable for us. When I reached there, we found that the apartment is not in the main building, we have to climb long stairs Infront of the building, then go up a little hill, then go up again the stairs for 3 floors with all the luggage just to find out that the apartment has only one AC in the main room but the other one with the sofa and extra bed has no AC in August!!!! That was very very disappointing since it was never mentioned anywhere, neither that the apartment is in a separate building nor it is in a higher floor or not fully air-condionned but what happened next was what made us feel at home. Bora, the one at the reception, who confirmed my booking then did his best to try shuffling some rooms so we can fit in the main building but since me and the rest of the family were willing to stay together, I suggested to try one night and see if we could handle the heat or we will need to move to more than one room in the main building. At night we had a wonderful window view of the old town and Galata tower that I wouldn't give for any air-conditoned room :))) Despite the apartment was very small and we could barely move but it was really clean and it had everything we could need to feel home. The sound of seagulls woke us up in the morning and we slept watching the moonlight covering Galata Tower at night. A wonderful experience i wish to repeat, we were lucky because it was full moon. They always sent someone to clean and change the bed sheets and towels, and they did their best helping with the luggage up and down. The day of check out, they were very generous, they made a discount on the full amount as an apology we didn't know much about the apartment, and the owner offered us simit and cheese, a very traditional yet yummy Turkish breakfast. I loved the stay, what made it beautiful was the generosity of the staff, how welcoming they were, the cleanness of the place and the unforgettable view of the apartment, I will definitely go back

This review is based on a recent 4 nights stay in this hotel. It is not a very positive review and will most likely be followed up by a response from the hotel, so it is up to you to consider who you would like to trust. I normally have a large degree of empathy when travelling and staying at hotels all over the world, but this hotel crossed definitely my threshold I had arranged a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and was provided with details as to where to locate the agent outside the arrival at the airport. Went to the designated “agent” who had a list of customers needing rides to the city. However, my name was not on the list and therefore waited 10-15 to see if perhaps there would an update or another “agent”. Let me add that I had my phone in airplane mode to avoid the ridiculous high tele and roaming charges in Turkey, perhaps a mistake on my part but I was not expecting any problem catching a ride. Should be very simple. When the “agent” never showed up, I arranged my own transport to the hotel, and this is where the “fun” starts. I was immediately met by an angry receptionist who claimed that I had never showed up as agreed which is a lie and continued to claim that I showed no respect and was lying. We “settled” his continuous claims by splitting the fare from the airport to avoid my hotel bill being charged for this. And now to the room: How on earth can anyone sane person construct a bathroom floor that tilts away from the drain causing a flood in the bathroom and the door and doorstep become rotten from guests showering. You are “graciously” provided with a swap to clear the water but it takes at least 5 mins to clear the significant amount of water accumulated on the floor. I am curious to know if the bathroom has a watertight membrane under the floor to avoid leaking below. Should the guest really be doing this - just wondering and to the lack of authorisations required to perform this type of work. Seems to be done by an amateur. There is a bad un-identifiable smell in the room, most likely caused by the regular floods in the bathroom and it is impossible to sleep with the windows open due to noise from the streets. On top of that, the room is so small that is it impossible to move around without hitting the bed, the cupboard or a chair. The wire for the bedside lamps are stitched together with electrical tapes causing a potential fire hazard Again done by an amateur. In summary, here is my evaluation of the hotel: Positive: Good location within walking distance to major sites and plenty of restaurants Negative: Un-reliable shuttle service Flooding bathroom floor Poor smell in room Dangerous electrical wiring which is a fire hazard Noise from streets and adjoining rooms

Viaggiare a Istanbul è un'esperienza eccitante e la maggior parte del tempo si dovrebbe uscire dall'hotel e camminare intorno, quindi prenotare l'hotel lussuoso non è una buona idea. Devi considerare invece del tuo pagamento. A prima vista, la posizione di questo hotel può sembrare un po' deludente, ma vi assicuro che questo hotel è in una posizione fantastica e sicura, così come alla notte, quando dormi, è più tranquillo di molti quartieri. . Assicurati di ottenere il servizio giusto per il prezzo che paghi. L'unico svantaggio è forse la piccola dimensione di alcune delle camere di questo hotel, che, considerando che l'obiettivo del viaggio in questa città è la vista e si va all'hotel solo per il bagno e il sonno, tutte le vostre esigenze saranno soddisfatte. Spero di tornare a questo hotel. Grazie per l'ospitalità.

Un hotel eccellente, vicino alla piazza e a Istiklal Caddesi in pochi minuti, e tutti i servizi sono disponibili intorno ad esso, da ristoranti, negozi di alimentari o barbieri. L'auto entra e la zona è sicura e protetta. Tutto grazie allo staff dell'hotel del fratello Ibrahim Ma Qasr e il direttore dell'hotel, il signor Amrallah.. Grazie, grazie per il rispetto, l'attenzione e l'ospitalità. Ci hanno trattato come se fossero la loro famiglia... solo un piccolo ringraziamento... e un hotel che consiglierei a famiglie o singoli individui, e la colazione è disponibile. Torneremo, a Dio piacendo

Yaklaşık iki aydır bu hostelde kalıyorum. Diğer hostellerden ayıran farkı her gün temizlik yapılması ve çarşafların değişmesi. Temiz olması. Her hangi bir sorununuz olması halinde bildirdiğiniz takdirde hemen çözülüyor. Resepsiyonda ki arkadaşlar (Seyf, Gamze, Ali ) RoofBar'da ki arkadaşlar (Sevda, Ulaş, Özkan, Adnan) Housekeeping ve diğer personel arkadaşlarda çok ilgililer. Kesinlikle tavsiye ettiğim bir hostel.

My friend and I were staying at Mount Ararat Hotel for three nights. We were welcomed by friendly and helpful staff. Even though we barely stayed in our room, the room had everything what we needed after a long day outdoors. The beds were very comfortable, the place was clean and so was the bathroom. There were a lot of restaurants nearby and during the evening the neighbourhood became very lively with locals and tourists. We were happy that after a tiring day we could grab some food and drinks with our hotel in the close proximity. On our last evening Saleh helped us arranging the transport to the airport which was top-notch! On the other hand, we had an arrangement with breakfast included and it was slightly disappointing. It was buffet with various choices of food and drinks but my friend and I are a little bit fussy. We preferred to grab something on our way to the city centre. It is not a deal breaker though. All in all, good value for money. We were satisfied about our choice and would definitely come back.

Ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno in questo ostello a Istanbul. Ho prenotato un letto in camera da letto femminile, ed è stata una grande esperienza. Il personale è stato eccellente a risolvere qualsiasi problema e è stato molto utile per tutta la mia permanenza. Il colazione era delizioso, e il prezzo era molto conveniente. La stanza era pulita e ben mantenuta, con tutte le attrezzature necessarie. Il letto era confortevole e pulito, e la stanza aveva aria condizionata. Raccomando vivamente questo ostello a chiunque visiti Istanbul!

I stayed in a Single Economy Room and chose it based on the booking description - 12 square meters. The room turned out to be very small and could hardly moved once in, worse when I had to open the luggage and get things to use. Room amenities were sufficient. Room and bathroom were clean, but room size description could have been more honest. English of staff was generally not good, except for one night male staff. They responded to questions but not in a particularly enthusiastic manner. It was difficult to get recommendations. Breakfast was reasonable and F&B staff were attentive.
