Unfortunately, my stay did not meet the expectations I had for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Upon my arrival at the hotel, I encountered an issue with the room I had reserved. Despite having made a reservation for three people, I was denied access to the room as it was initially booked for only two individuals. Nice little hotel, loads of shops and restaurants, very close to train station and a big shopping mall. Check in is very doddgy as they use personal phone to take pic of the passport… thats very unprofessional.

Soft beds, clean linens, very nice staff.

My room was very clean & quiet. The staff was helpful. They let me store luggage before check in time and my stroller when I wasn’t using it. The hotel is located right by the train station, lots of shopping and a private hospital.
