Victorious Hotel

以下都是本人當天入住酒店拍的真實圖片和視頻，當天入住的是房間205。酒店位置：伊斯坦堡的交通比較方便。酒店設施：自己看一下圖片，是當天入住拍的。床品和布草看圖，我到房間沒有棉被，我又去前台要了一個棉被。有一次性拖鞋和2杯水提供。房間設施：有吹風機。酒店裝修：自己看圖。洗手間：是乾濕分離。早餐：自己看圖，是自助的。酒店服務人員：個人覺得很有服務意識，入住期間挺蠻意的。酒店的圖片與實際入住的房間圖片相符。

We booked a superior family room and paid extra to have 3 double beds, on arrival we had 2 doubles and a single, reception didn't want to know and almost said tough basically. We searched for hotels near Taksim Sq and this come up as 0.3miles away so thought ideal. It is nowhere near its a 1.5mile uphill walk away and you wouldnt risk your life with a taxi - very dodgy and not to be trusted. The bathroom was just pathetic - shower door hanging off, cupboard door under sink hanging off and could only just about get in to close the door. Overall I would not stay here again.

Highly recommend this place. It's clean and the staff are very friendly, approachable and helpful. We arrived at 5 in the morning (check in is meant to be 2pm) and they arranged a room for us to sleep in until we could properly check in to our booked room around 12.00. The food is great, plus breakfast is included. We ended up chatting and playing chess with one of the staff one eve, who gave us tips on places to visit. Location wise its cool - down a mostly quiet backstreet, very little car traffic, but also quite a lively area, with plenty of people and good, reasonably priced places to eat, it's relaxing and friendly. It's 5 mins walk from a tram stop (küçükpazar) which is 1 stop from Eminönü and all the main tourist attractions. It's also a short trip to Balat and Fener, which are worth seeing. Finally - the beds are really comfy for a good nights sleep after a full day site seeing!

We were given the run around by the proprietor. When we arrived we told our booking had been cancelled and we were lodged in a decrepit building. Being late night we had no option but to put our heads down. Vague promises were made to move us to a better establishment. Had to move to another location. We were not the only ones put through this ordeal...AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE...unless you want your holiday completely ruined!!

We stayed couple of days in victorious hotel and we really enjoyed the staying. Firstly the location was very good, in the old town of Istanbul and with a lot of local shops and restaurants around with good prices and food. Also close enough to many touristic sites within 30-40 minutes of a joyful walk through bazaars and mosques. Secondly the hotels stuff were all amazing guys, very kind and helpful. Thirdly the room was very clean, with a very nice view of a mosque and the local streets and some shops around us. It was well equipped room and the breakfast was good with a rich variety of food to choose.

You get what you pay for, I can't complain. I was attempting to do Istanbul on a budget and stayed here one night. Do not recommend the area, Fatih is not a tourist area for westerners or lone women, let's make that clear. The first room I was given was on the ground level and extremely near the open restaurant area which claims to be no smoking, but my room absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. The bed was hard, there was a hair on the top sheet and the bathroom was just showing its age. Don't get me wrong, the term 'no smoking' appears to be universally ignored here, I get it, Turks love a smoke, but I have asthma. I asked the younger man on reception if Fatih is dangerous or unsafe for lone women, he rolled his eyes so far they almost fell out and laughed at me, dismissing me as if my observation was wrong. Let's get this straight, I'm pretty savvy and have been to some terrible places, but Fatih was like visiting a reenac**ent of an 80s Kosovan war site. There are decrepit buildings and kids playing in rubble. Older men line the street selling objects on the floor. No doubt this hotel looks good if you're on a budget but unless you're desperate or want to cosplay third world living I'd recommend it's avoidable. A tall man working at the hotel, overhead my complaints and spoke good English. He kindly helped me move to their hotel opposite (the Herton) - it was definetly an upgrade, slightly.

We booked a deluxe family room which was 3 double beds very comfortable and lets face it we were only sleeping there and would be out all day. No plug sockets or lamps by the beds, one socket available by the tv, only one wardrobe so we didn't unpack. Bathroom very nice. No lift so the very helpful chap on reception helped us lug our suitcases up to the room. A pleasant stay and an area we hope to return to. Breakfast was adequate and enough for some initial fuel before eating pide and bourak from the local shops. There is a small supermarket A101 just round the corner where you could buy essentials.

The staff at this property was very friendly, The lady-her name was Maryam, helped me a lot since my suitcase was not delivered by the airline, she heard my concern and took care of this problem intensively, she called the airline every day and was very polite, the hotel was also very clean I can highly recommend the hotel.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Rooms are spotless & cleaned daily, breakfast is plentiful. Staff are very helpful specially Maryam,Sadig & plenty of restaurants nearby experience proper Arabian cooking.
