I recommend nobody to stay !!! It was the worst stay in my traveling life , service was worst , staff was very bad and very rude , location worst … cleanliness worst ….. I will not recommend for nobody …. The rooms and bathrooms are very small and they show on photos bigger … they are lying … it’s the worst experience I have ever

La via dell'eccezione dell'hotel era piuttosto carina, ma riluttante a risolvere i problemi. La lobby ha un cattivo odore: sembra che ci sia qualcosa che non va nelle fognature o nella ventilazione. La camera non era pulita - polverosa e le lenzuola avevano dei buchi. E a giudicare dai percorsi d'acqua sui muri, probabilmente ha dei funghi. Quando ho chiesto all'addetto alla reception informazioni sulla macchina per la pulizia delle scarpe - se funziona - non sono stati in grado di farlo funzionare collegandosi alla presa. Sono deluso da questo posto. Ci siamo trasferiti in un altro hotel subito dopo la fine della nostra prenotazione. Suggerirei ai proprietari di hotel di prestare maggiore attenzione alla pulizia della loro proprietà e alla motivazione dei loro dipendenti a prestare attenzione alle preoccupazioni dei clienti.

Our bathroom only had one shower door. It was difficult to shower. And the breakfast was verry poor also. I wouldn’t recommend to take breakfast into your reservation. I would advice to eat outside the hotel.

Terrible ! Completely irresponsible. I called the reception 3 times during my stay. Once for water, once for towels and once for cleaning. Each time I received a negative answer. This hotel does not even have the basics. Also my room window didnt have glass !!

The right name of this hotel is park star hotel. When you want to reach to the hotel it may confuse you! They have multi language person in reception for example he could speak persian. The staff is very helpful and kind and responsible. Accessibility to the center of the city and bus stop and metro is perfect. You can easily reach to metro station or bus stop. You can reach Taxim square in just few minutes by walk. The room was clean. The place for eating breakfast is very small and breakfast bufet is brief. Rooms have safety box.

The hotel is so bad and so dirty, it didn't have enough cleaning room at all, I'm so sorry. I never offer the hotel to anyone.. Its only advantage is being close to Taksim Square. It has no other advantages, and it's not good for staying one night.

It's a good neat and clean hotel. It is close to Taksim square and istiklal street, Mr. Ehsan at reception is very good gentleman. Good Wi-Fi internet, good breakfast, house keeping staff clean the rooms on alternate days. The issues faced during my stay of one week are rooms are quite small, washrooms are small specially the shower place is very small. The hotel is situated in a street which is at a slope so you need to be fit enough to move in and out of hotel. The hotel staff asks for complete amount for stay at the time of your arrival. Language at Istanbul remained a big big problem, very few know to speak and understand English. It is advisable to go for some hotel across the Taksim square being better area with plain streets, shops available, restaurants available. At star hotel you cannot find any grocery store in near vicinity and hotel also cannot provide you even a water bottle as it has no bar or mart or shop inside.

Perfect location but very small rooms but for the price your paying is good 2 min walk to taxim square
