My second return to this hotel and cannot fault them, last time I came 3 months ago my phone charger broke and Sergei lent me his, he was amazing and so kind and helpful 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 especially as I speak no Turkish but all of the staff were so good , hotel is spotless and would HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Thank you Segen for making my stay so amazing especially as I was a little worried being in my own 👍

I want to say thank you to Firat - Sergen and Serdar and the rest of the staff for making my stay comfortable and safe. I recommend this property to everyone who would like to enjoy their time in istanbul.

- Worst 4 stars Hotel over the last 15 years. - When I arrived in the midnight I found the hotel gate closed. I knocked the door a few times then I saw someone coming from the right side who opened the door for me. Actually that guy was the receptionist who was sleeping which is very strange to see a receptionist who closes the hotel completely to take a nap! - The safe-box was not working and I asked to either fix it or change my room but as expected the easiest thing is to tell you that the hotel is full and the guy will come tomorrow to fix it. BTW till I left it was not fixed. - No “Don’t disturb” sign available at the hotel. As a result, I had to take all my valuables with me everyday which is very risky. - The Wifi was not working due to technical issue which lasted the whole stay period which led to using the data roaming and spending a lot of money - No air conditioning in the bedroom - Still using normal metal keys for rooms - No hot water in the bath tub - Noise coming from the bathroom and the rooms near you - No bed cover and I had to ask the room service to bring one which ended up with giving me a sheet to use it as a bed cover! - The guys do not put the complementary water, shampoo, etc.. when they make the room. - No hangers for clothes and no iron/ironing board - Not all lights working. Bed pillows are high and not comfy Based on the aforementioned, I don’t recommend to stay at this incredible hotel at all.

Check in was very quick and easy, breakfast was delicious, the room was absolutely stunning and very clean. All the staff was amazing. Thank you.

Me and my Familiy reserve This Very Bad Hotel and we saw on Booking that the hotel in the price of accommodation offers breakfast in the price of accommodation! When we arrive im Hotel we like to get Shower, but in badroom we can make medium hot water! Water is too Cold or Too Hot! When you get shower you start wit hot Water and then is Too cold and then Too Hot! My god you just here some of my family member screeming from badroom! that morning when we arrived the guy at the front desk was constantly trying in various ways to take more money from us and trick us in any way! first he tried to charge us another night. we arrived around 6am 17.02am because our reservation is from 17.02pm to 21.02pm on the 4th night and the guy offered us to take a look at the Two Apar**ents because they were both free to decide which one to take and after our decision for the apar**ent we asked if we could enter to the room if she is free on what he said we can go in but in that case we have to pay 5th night! we didn't want him to agree and we said we would wait until it's time to check In but they should still somehow meet us since I'm with my daughter and little baby! in the end, he said that we could enter because we didn't want to pay anything extra! the first morning when we woke up we asked where breakfast is served and that same receptionist because he said they serve in the room that the price is 80TL per person! I then asked him how to pay for breakfast when that price of accommodation includes breakfast?!? he said that breakfast is still charged after which I decided to stay in the hotel only one night because after all the attempts to take more money in any way we all felt disgusted and we felt like we came to the lowest budget hotel. after this he said he would still send us breakfast but only for two even though we had booked for four people! we felt like some beggars to whom they gave it for alms even though we paid for it all! the access to the hotel is very bad and is located on a really big hill and it is far from the city center and all the big shopping malls and all the sights! This was really the worst experience of all the hotels where my family and I were. you will also see pictures showing all the correspondence with the people from this hotel who are extremely rude and hungry and who are trying to take your money in a hundred ways! I would tell everyone who comes to this hotel to be careful not to experience something like me and my family!

They are really amazing, considerate, friendly employees - really all of them, smiling, and helpful. I arrived very late, sometimes after 2:00 am, and I was expected to check out at 12:00 pm as many hotels; anyways, they extended my stay till like after 3:00 , and they served us breakfast at room, although we woke up around 11:30 , and it was so fresh and yummy! Before checking out, We met the manager, Kan -not sure if I misspelled the name, anyways, he was so welcoming, friendly and considerate. Highly recommended!

Nice place between the building around the neighborhood

One night stay...spacious room with kitchenette. Looked a bit fancier in the pictures than it actually is. But everything ok. Would go there again. Supermarket in walking distance
