Nice hotel near to everything.. the only thing that annoyed me is the noise from the street

Service terrible. Breakfast terrible. Absolutely unacceptable: They forgot to return my deposit at checkout. Upon several requests, they asked me to send a friend/ relative to the hotel to pick up the deposit. I told them I was a tourist and had no friends or relatives in Istanbul! I asked them to send the money to my credit card but they said they couldn’t do that, which is unbelievable. They finally agreed to settle but only in Turkish lira instead of the original euro I gave them. That means I would have to lose in exchange rate and also handling fee. That is really bad.

Lovely hotel that didn't disappoint! Our room was clean and comfy, and the staff were warm and friendly. Location was exceptional - within walking distance to attractions and very near the tram stop as well. Perfect base for our time in Istanbul!

I think the biggest issue is room cleaning barging in during the morning. Otherwise the location is quite central in the city which is amazing.

Unfortunately a disappointment regarding the hygiene of the room. Shower drain that has been open for 3 days to kettle that looks disgusting on the inside. I went into ignore mode instead of complaining because a holiday needs a positive mindset. Tip to hotel: guests do not want to be bothered with complaining about shortcomings, but expect that a hotel has already achieved this by letting a guest experience all the comfort and hygiene. Especially a 5 star hotel, because you don't just get those.

Situated beautifully by the Bosphorus, the hotel boasts well-decorated and comfortable interiors. Despite a breakfast discrepancy, where the included package was questioned by the manager despite our voucher, overall, it was a satisfactory choice.

Great location in the middle of Istanbul, spacious and clean rooms.

Впечатление от отеля неоднозначное…. Одно могу сказать, турки в своем репертуаре. Я бронировала особый номер делюкс в период с 01.05 по 04.05. По приезду нас поселили в стандартный номер, на все вопросы отвечали, что это и есть тот номер, который вы заказывали. Показывала фото в трипе, делают вид, что ничего не поняли. А потом совсем перестали на меня обращать внимание. За три ночи потеряли около 15 тыс рублей. Сам отель чистый, постельные принадлежности и полотенца меняли каждый день. Завтрак не пятизвездочного отеля (поездила много и могу сравнить). Каждую ночь под окнами ремонтировали трамвайные пути, поэтому выспаться не удалось. Если планируете поездку в ближайшие дни, обратите на это внимание.
