Mi rubano le scarpe e il peggio è che il manager ci accusa. Hotel pessimo, personale pessimo e donne orribili in massaggi. È sporco e pericoloso. Non andare e non prenderti cura di te e delle tue cose. Disgustoso ! Sarà meglio per te cambiare lavoro dato che sei un pessimo manager con uno staff pessimo.

This has been the worst turkish hamam I have been to (and I have been to many). The whole experience should be relaxing and ritualistic, but this has been neither. Instead of doing sauna, peeling, soap massage and oil massage (the right order, as they do literally everywhere else), they first sent us to oil massage, after that with masks on our face to sauna (which literally makes no sense to go to sauna covered in oil). They hurry us to sauna, but we could not leave sooner than we were told. After that, they have done soap & peeling all together which left our skin completely dry. Not to mention, that instead of doing me and my friends at the same time, one of us was just watching the other one, what was kind of weird (and I can imagine for many people absolutely unpleasant). Surprisingly no one asked us whether we liked this experience. Also, the place could have been cleaner.

Ok place for a low price. Wifi was not good in my room, I could not rely on it for working etc. The cleaning was actually really poor. Breakfast was ok, and they made home made bread etc. Plus for 24 h reception, good location (2 min from grand bazaar) and cheap massage and hammam in basement that was ok!

J’ai réservé pour un hammam , massage et sauna . Malheureusement très vauvaise expérience mal accueillie , massage mauvais , pas gommage laver juste avec savon et champoing aucun gommage pour le spa vraiment à fuir .personnel très désagréable ne parle pas anglais très difficile de se faire comprendre

Nous nous sommes rendu à l'hôtel uniquement pour le sauna. Accueil parfait, prestations de qualités, rapport qualité prix au top. Personnel très professionnel aux petits soins. Je recommande fortement !

Fuyez cet hôtel !!! Pure arnaque d'Istanbul. Vous payez des services trop trop chers que vous n'aurez pas. Nous avons été malmenés tout au long du hammam. Le service est médiocre La propreté est médiocre Le client n'a aucune valeur à leurs égard. Quand j'ai voulu contester, le responsable m'avait littéralement dit: je suis le boss vas te plaindre là où tu veux !!! Pire expérience de ma vie.
