Perfect stay in Istanbul, clean and spacious room. All staff very helpful and friendly. Room rate is really good too. What would you ask more? :-) recommended to anyone 😉

Abbiamo pernottato 4 notti niente di che, per essere un 44 stelle potrebbe essere meglio dalla pulizia alla colazione, questa purtroppo scarsa, non è continentale e dovrebbe esserlo considerando la moltitudine di stranieri che ci sono. Poca scelta, poca frutta (quasi inesistente solo mele e addirittura presentata in ciotole tagliata a spicchi che si annerisce dopo poco tempo), prevale solo il loro cibo. La stanza nella normalità, ottimo il letto, pulizia minima. Cambierei hotel nel caso dovessi ritornarci,

Sono stato 2 giorni in questo hotel 4 stelle non come le intendiamo noi in Europa/ Italia ( intendiamoci ). Situato in centro ecc ecc non mi dilungo su questa parte tanto è ovvia basta vedere la posizione.La grandezza della camera decente, letto piccolo bagno con tante cose da migliorare la pulizia prima di tutto e poi cose funzionali tipo la porta della doccia che si apre verso l'esterno allagando il bagno se non ti sbrighi a richiuderla dopo esserti lavato, la tavoletta di plastica che si muove quando ti siedi ed altro. La cosa che mi ha disturbato di più è stato che se lasciavo aperta la finestra entravano i rumori assordanti dei condizionatori del palazzo difronte se chiudevo la finestra ed accendevo il condizionatore si regolava al massimo a 27° e mi morivo di freddo, per 2 notti ho dormito malissimo. Il Problema lo hanno avuto anche altri amici in camere diverse. Hanno un ristorante all'ultimo piano con una bella vista nulla da dire. Ho cenato per 2 giorni in questo hotel e devo dire che ho mangiato cose buone. Per la colazione ho saltato quella salata non mi ha ispirato nulla ed ho mangiato pane e marmellata.

I have spent 3 days at this amazing hotel in istanbul and everything was perfect. The staff was great, the rooms were tidy and the food was great. It is placed near a lot of attractions of the old city. The prices were low and I enjoyed staying at this hotel very much. I recommend with trust.

This hotel is a hidden gem. I stayed one night at the hotel and wanted to provide feedback. Everyone spoke english. The room had a clean bed, refrigerator, and AC with good wifi. The breakfast buffet in the morning was exceptional The best part was the sauna on the bottom floor. There I had a massage on the first and second days. The facility was clean with two excellent massage therapists. Highly recommended. The spa is open to those who are not staying at the hotel. .

Reception was polite but one of them wanted to charge us 13 lira for a torn city map that should have been free. Small room to be expected in a large city. Excellent location for most sites interest: Suleiman Mosque, Grand Bazaar, Spice market. One of the easier hotels to log onto WiFi in Turkey. Small buffet spread for breakfast.

I liked this hotel so much for kindness of their staff, especially Önder) anytime ready to help , always smiling! Even though the hotel is not offering the best facilities , their huge plus that the hotel located near to the biggest sightseeing place! Breakfast was nice too, but i will never forget the smiling and caring at the reception :)

Hotel zlokalizowany w bardzo dobrym miejscu na samodzielne wypady po mieście. Bardzo pomocna obsługa. Pokój, w którym mieszkaliśmy na dobrym poziomie. Śniadania-myśle, że każdy coś dla siebie wybierze, również można spróbować tureckich przysmaków.
