Terrible! Terrible! Completely deceptive don't trust their beach pictures or rooms. This is not what it is in reality. Terrible breakfast, No towels in rooms , hairs everywhere. I'm from US atleast we have some standard. I book through *********** for 6 nights checkout in 4hrs after arriving. Politely I ask refund atleast for 3 or 4 nights but they refuse. I don't understand how they can stay in business like this.

Ужасный отель, тараканы повсюду. Воняют все номера, нам предоставляли несколько номеров и везде старье и воняет сигаретами и полудохлые тараканы это жесть. Персонал бегал пытался уладить вопрос, но мы ездили большой компанией на выступление в фестивале и остались самые не приятные воспоминания.

Спасибо вам большое, очень приветливый коллектив. Несмотря на то что были 3 лестницы при входе, а мой муж на коляске, каждый pаз, поднимали и спускали особенно, большое спасибо Рахиму, всегда был готов прийти на помощь и пообещал, что в дальнейшем сделает все удобства для коляски.

Kumburgaz sahilinde denize sıfır konumu ile çok daha iyi şartlarda olması gereken bir otel. Otel biraz eski durumda ve son zamanlarda çok fazla yatırım yapılmamış gibi duruyor. Odalarda her türlü konfor var. İnterneti de plajında bile ***et iyi çalışıyor. Havuzu önünde ve çok büyük. Havuz kafe de hizmetde. Bizim kaldığımız dönemde giriş katında ilave yapı için inşaat çalışması vardı. Tabi ki hem gürültülü hem de toz toprak konusu var. Kahvaltı açık büfe olarak sunuluyor. Ben en çok sigara böreği ve kızartmaları beğendim. Büfe çok yeterliydi. Mutfak kısmında kızartma gibi yemekler pişirildiğinde koridorlarda yemek kokusu ağır bir şekilde kalıyor. Bu gibi durumlarda koridorlardaki pencereleri açarak havalandırma yapılması sağlanmalı. Ön tarafında otoparkı da var. Personeli hem çok ilgili hem de çok kibar. Odamızdaki bazı eksiklik ve sıkıntıları çözme konusunda son derece seri bir şekilde hareket ettiler. Bu otel konumu ve personeli ile çok daha üst kaliteyi hak ediyor.
