The welcome of the staff was warm and courteous, the service is excellent The room is clean and the amenities are superb. I got everything I asked for straightway, the checkin was quick and my luggage were brought quickly in the room while I was enjoying a welcome drinks with my family.. If I could give 10 star I would. I definitely recommend this hotel, my children absolutely loved it. Shop and restaurant are a minute walking distance.and you can do grocery shopping if you want and even order food from outside to your room. The breakfast is delicious. Again the staff are very friendly and helpful..

We settled here only because of the pool, because. The location around is not very good. As a result, the pool was closed for repairs and they said that they did not know when they would fix it. We got upset and were promised a free dinner. But when we returned in the evening dinner was canceled because the pool was repaired.

Great hotel with the sea view. Close to marmaray and 5 min walk away from new luxury compound where the nice restaurants are located along the cute streets. Suite room is my favorite one as it has quite big bathroom with shower and tub. Another great advantage are opening windows so you can have a fresh air breath from the sea. Restaurant is very comfortable and well designed. Meals taste great and fresh. Reception staff is not always useful but some of them are trying to be. Hotel has got the open air pool near the reception and has a common area with ibis hotel in case you need to switch to cheaper option during your stay. In general it deserves its stable 4 stars with plus.

Проживали 8 ночей. В целом отель понравился, лобби выглядит ухоженно, но мы были немного разочарованы тем, что нам достался прокуренный номер, через 2-3 дня мы уже привыкли, менять номер не стали. У нас был номер 808, на 8 этаже. Из него открывается прекрасный вид. Завтраки хорошие, все свежее, большой выбор овощей и сладостей. Омлет, каша, круассаны и один суп, каждый день разный. Уборка была ежедневной. Через дорогу есть отличная набережная, куда мы ходили на пробежку по утрам и на вечернюю прогулку.

離馬爾馬拉海邊很近，適合跑步運動，房間比較小，可能是旅遊城市的原因，基本上能接受，早餐中規中矩，因為有户外餐位，餐廳偶爾會有幾衹蒼蠅，有點討厭 位置打車方便，有地鐵，剛開始可能不太容易找到 服務總體不錯，性價比可以
