Personale della reception cordiale e disponibile. Scelte decenti per la colazione. Camere piccole ma pulite. Non lontano da piazza Taksim.

Hotel vicino a Piazza Taksim. Bisogna salire su una collina per raggiungere la piazza, ma è comodo se si prende il bus navetta. Il menù della colazione è ricco e soddisfacente.

Small rooms

酒店位置和環境很差，出門就是汽修一條街，又臟又破。這次是在會展中心開會，地圖上看這個酒店好像離得不遠，實際是要爬45米高的山坡才能到會展中心。 酒店設施基本是二星招待所級別，衞生情況堪憂，設施破敗。 服務也很差，且不説連住兩晚沒有任何客房服務，在我們和攜程投訴之後，酒店大堂經理理直氣壯地帶着另一個經理來到我們房間敲門找我們理論。在我們明確表達酒店貨不對版之後也沒有任何道歉或是想要彌補的態度。 不推薦，誰訂這個酒店誰是大冤種。

實話實説，這裏的四星和國內的四星是不一樣的性質，所以大家入住這個酒店的時候要注意自己的心理期望值。不過在最後一天吃早飯的時候遇見了兩對來這裏自駕遊的國內同胞，算是很巧的。

房間隔音效果感覺一般，晚上四點，隔壁人看英語節目，我連説什麼都聽得見。早餐還可以。

The hotel is very new, clean and calm. Breakfast was top and all people working here are very helpfull. Room Cleaning is done everyday. All the reception team and kitchen teal were on the top of the expectations. I think what is missing is place with basic machines for gym, otherwise it was highly fulfilling my needs.

We booked two rooms. With one of them there was no issue. At 16 we went for a walk and requested for the second room to be cleaned.this was not done nor we were provided the a change of room after requesting it. Half of our group barely slept that nignt. When requesting to speak with a manager in the morning we were let know that he will be available on monday (after we have left) The solution they provided in the morning is to send housecleaning to clean the room. I would not recomend this hotel and will not stay here never again.

the reception staff very nice, helpful and polite despite the bad behavior of the porter, arrogant and rude in terms of cleanliness the rooms were not well maintained and unfortunately bad behavior from the cleaning ladies too

Clean and simple, a little far from main taksim square and taksim central atraction with metro beein a bit too far but everything else is dooable. And taxis do take you unlike near other places where they refuze to take you or ask for ridiculus amounts of money

The hotel has all you need for a nice stay in Istanbul. It has clean rooms, daily change of towels , sheets and room care. The morning menu is really abundant. Special thanks to Riza , Davud and Ozun , very kind and ready to help and answer you. The only disadvantage of this hotel is the location, as you need to climb at least 7 minutes before going to main road. As for taxis , they pass in front of the hotel every minute
