Excellent accommodation and service. Family friendly. Very busy during holiday peak season.

A great experience to start with Park Hyatt Changbaishan prior to winter season. The room was delicates and They keep replenishing water and keep you hydrated. Many thanks for Charles who communicated and arrange shuttle, share tips here for us before the journey, due to language barrier, we were really concerned about it, the check in service of Linda was very considered. She provided us the activity package and we have been enjoy it for those day. Winni was kind enough to meet our needs. But the facilities was old so it needs lots of maintenance works on it. Last but not the least. Thank you all for the hospitality service and make our journey feel like home

Great location for a few days of skiing! Breakfast is very nice with various (western) options. We would recommend to put a roomservice menu & Spa menu in the room. The ski-house is very well organized, I could change from Skies to Snowboard easy. The outside hot bath is absolutely amazing after a full day of skiing.

Perfect location for the slopes! The outdoor hot pool is amazing after a day of skiing.

Amazing service. The pools are a great highlight. Chinese food at the restaurant is fantastic (western can improve a little). I will definitely come back in winter time.

A real treat. 20 minutes to Changbaishan National Park West entrance and to the airport. Ski resort starts in the backyard. Thermal pool inside and outside is fabulous.

非常好，泡池很贊，環境很贊，服務也很贊。唯一就是房間乾熱，但是我還挺喜歡乾熱的房間，如果冬天滑完雪渾身濕冷乾熱的房間是很享受的。洗了襪子，一晚上全乾乾的。服務非常好，我先生游泳拖鞋被別人穿走了。泳池區的工作人員主動給我先生拿了拖鞋。細節很到位，很有國外度假村的服務水準。我和先生都很滿意。

非常滿意的一次入住體驗 禮賓、前台、保潔到餐廳和健身房、spa的每個環節的工作人員 都非常專業而且態度很好 非雪季入住 滑雪相關的沒有體驗 但是健身房24小時開啟 室內室外兩個大湯池 25米泳道游泳池使用體驗非常好 管理人員負責且友善 早餐6:30開始 便於起早去長白山西景區 種類不多但足夠 明檔做各種主食很好吃 出品很好 整體對於柏悦品牌的要求衹能給到中規中矩 勝在人多時有條不紊的管理和整體的服務態度 酒店後面有木棧道 去度假村商業街和上山徒步都很方便 淡季入住 度假區的活動不多 但是有纜車可以看風景 結合木棧道和漫步道 兩三個小時的山裡徒步也能打發時間 去長白山西景區景區有來回大巴 最後有以下幾個小建議: 早餐西點區 保温不太行 每個麪包都需要重新過一遍加熱爐 客房陽台可以放套桌椅 非冬季是有實用性的 我這兩天每天都自己把屋裡的木椅子搬出來坐在陽台 辦公時候還要再搬回去 整體評價是一次超出預期的入住體驗 感謝這兩天入住所有接觸過的酒店工作人員

都挺好的，網上説的那些不好有點擴大話了，服務熱情對得起價格，每個服務人員都很好，下次冬天來應該更美，要説房間老舊畢竟是滑雪🎿，你試試成天被雪泡的房子這樣已經很棒了，給服務人員點贊👍
