Hotel Hilton a Istanbul

My entire stay at the hotel was excellent and pleasant from the very beginning to end! The hotel staff was absolutely amazing in all areas and all aspects of guest services and care. I am very impressed by the level of professionalism and positivity that I experienced from the moment that I stepped into the hotel. When I checked in, I had the pleasure of having Emre assist me. Emre was very professional, helpful and acknowledged me as a Diamond member. Throughout my stay, he graciously assisted me with any questions that I had along with providing me with recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants. Ali and Emirhan were also very helpful and gracious as well. They introduced me to Levent, their manager. I was able to let Levent know how happy I was with Emre, Ali and Emirhan's helpfulness, professionalism and level of service! Additionally, I had the pleasure to meet Esref Gun, the Banquet Manager. Esref is definitely a valuable resource to the Hilton Kozyatagi! He personally sought me out in the restaurant to introduce himself and offer his assistance during my stay as well as gave me beautiful fresh fruit plates and beverages that were delivered to my room. His graciousness and hospitality were so appreciated. The fresh fruit plates were such a nice touch and something I will always remember! The Executive Lounge and restaurant staff were amazing! Meryem, in the Executive Lounge, was so attentive, pleasant and hospitable! The restaurant staff were equally as attentive, pleasant and hospitable! Miroy and Burak were so attentive and friendly! And Neslihon, the breakfast chef, was so good! She actually remembered my omelet each morning without me having to ask. The food that was served in the Executive Lounge and restaurant for breakfast was absolutely delicious and of the highest quality! Honestly, the best food that I have ever experienced at a Hilton Hotel! My compliments to Esref to his banquet team of chefs, as well as to the Executive Lounge and restaurant staff!

Not so bad! It’s not old hotel. general, everything is good,but some moments are bad, the spa is bad!. The staff is very friendly. The restaurant has a great respect for the managers!

È un bel hotel in buona posizione. Taksim Square è a dieci minuti a piedi. Le strutture della stanza non sono aggiornate e un po 'ancora vecchie, ma è un pezzo di storia e ci mostra come lo stile degli anni '50 e '60 era. Ritengo che sia ancora una volta affascinante perché per quei Hotel Guests all'epoca era uno dei più moderni hotel. Così si può vedere il cambiamento di tempo. Ciò che è più importante, era molto pulito e spazioso. Dovete vedere il bagno degli ospiti nel lobby.Là potete mettervi nel tempo come le signore si sono stilate nel vestibulo carpetato (ora inconcepibile) Quando vedete quanti e quali celebrità erano in questo Hilton Hotel allora voi Sono fieri di far parte di questo!!! È attualmente in corso di ristrutturazione e dovrebbe essere pronto entro il 2025. Spero che troveranno una buona combinazione tra il vecchio e il moderno modo!!!

Va bene, il prezzo non è all'altezza dell'ambiente, le strutture sono nella media, l'ambiente è dispiaciuto per il prezzo di circa 2000 per una notte, se vivi in quattro stagioni allo stesso prezzo, puoi vivere in un'ottima stanza

The hotel and the staff was amazing. The concierge people were so helpful and attentive to our needs. The restaurant and breakfast buffet was so so good. Rooms were spacious and bathrooms were very clean! I just wished the location was a little closer to the main attractions. We had to take taxi for going anywhere and because of traffic, we lost some precious time to the traffic.

Recepsion personeli gayet katı ve anlayışsız ,hatta iletişim bozukluğu var,ama belboy arkadaşlar(Faruk ve Tarık) İletişim açısından resepsiyonda çalışan personellerden daha mantıklı daha anlaşılır bir yapıya sahipler.. misafire yaklaşımı gayet içten.. Bu arkadaşın yeri resepsiyonda çalışmak yanlış onu forma ile yanlış bölümde çalışıyorlar maalesef.. Otel hizmet sektörü olduğu için çalışan personelin iletişimin üst seviyede olması lazım…
