Hotel in zona Gaziyiğit Piknik Alanı, Istanbul

I have nothing good to say about this hotel which was provided by Turkish Airlines as a transit hotel. This hotel is not in Istanbul city but very far in the agricultural areas. It is in the middle of fields and next to a highway. There is no natural beauty around and certainly no shopping possibilities. The hotel itself has certainly seen its best days. It is run down and left with no maintenance. In the toilet, I had to manually flush the toilet by letting water our from the basin. The furniture was so badly scratched that it seems it has probably been bought second had from somewhere else. Wifi signal was non-existent and after much arguing, I got transferred to a room where there was a weak signal - but certainly not good enough connection for working. Work-wise, it was a day lost. The breakfast was very basic, and they had run out of a lot of items. To drink there was only coffee and tea, not even cold water let alone juice. The staff could hardly speak any English so communication was challenging.

I’ve stayed at this hotels around three times. Their rooms are very spacious and clean. They got a wonderful view over marmara sea. The hotel is located in the center of Silivri surrounded with major restaurants and coffee shops. I would definitely stay at this hotel.

L'hotel è pulito e nuovo, la stanza è molto vasta e accogliente, abbiamo preferito questa posizione, e la vista è bella, e il nostro ufficio di ricezione ha aiutato con un sorriso, signore.

Le porte sono chiuse, la stanza era calda e pulita, le lenzuola erano pulite, il bagno e la toilette erano puliti.Buon hotel per il prezzo. Ho soggiornato con mio fratello, posso consigliare un hotel sicuro. Mi sono spaventato guardando i commenti, hanno scritto cose molto brutte, ma non ha niente a che fare con i commenti.

Mir hat dieses Hotel sehr gut gefallen, denn wenn man das Hotel betritt, ist das Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich und man merkt, dass ihnen die Sauberkeit ihrer Zimmer sehr am Herzen liegt. Die Lage ist perfekt, die U-Bahn-, Bus-, Minibus- und Taxihaltestellen sind nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Im Badezimmer gibt es alles von Shampoo, Duschgel, Handtüchern und Hausschuhen. Ich denke, ich werde diesen Ort immer wählen.

Ciao Mi e mia moglie siamo venuti a Istanbul per un intervento chirurgico. A causa della clinica che ha rovinato gli hotel, siamo stati inviati al Centro Hotel. Siamo arrivati al 9.30 in ricevimento e da allora siamo stati controllati al 14.00 nelle nostre camere. Poiché abbiamo pagato, dovremmo avere diritto al colazione. Purtroppo no. Quindi io e mia moglie dobbiamo pagare per avere colazione. Il personale della ricezione è molto rude. Non si preoccupano di tutto il tempo, ma le loro scuse “non sappiamo nulla” abbiamo spiegato alla ricezione che stiamo rimanendo 2 giorni, dopo aver controllato, andando in ospedale e dopo 2 giorni torneremo a controllare. Abbiamo fatto un'ora il primo giorno, siamo tornati, siamo andati in piedi, non poteva aprire la porta, siamo andati alla ricezione, sembra che ci sia stato fatto un checkout senza essere informati( denaro, bagagli lasciati nella stanza) Abbiamo andato alla ricezione “ tipica risposta : Non sappiamo nulla “Il ricevitore molto brutto. Infine abbiamo controllato di nuovo. Tornando dall'ospedale, ovviamente non abbiamo ricevuto la stessa stanza, ok non preoccupate, ma ancora una volta molto agitato abbiamo ricevuto la stanza terribile ( porta igienica rotta, bagno drenaggio profumo molto cattivo, muri sporchi, Mobili chipped ) - suppongo sia 5* hotel. Non stavo parlando con la ricezione, niente è stato fatto. Dopo un giorno sono andato di nuovo giù e finalmente cambiano la nostra stanza. Non molto impressionato. Chiesto un piatto extra - 1 giorno per ottenere. Alimento all'hotel- soggiorno lontano - molto costoso e non impressionante. Risposta alla gestione: Sì ho la denuncia e sollevo le mie denuncia, ma ci vuole un po' per risolvere. In una parola, cerca di evitare questo hotel. Delusione.

I have booked at Pera orient hotel because it offers what I want from an hotel during my travels and the feedbacks were in its favor. Just after my booking was done I stumble on a negative review that was posted on trip advisor. I was worried about my choice. But when I went to Istanbul and stayed there, I felt compelled to share my own experience, which was entirely different and absolutely fantastic! I believe it's essential to give credit where credit is due. First of all , if you are seeking a resort , Pera Orient is not a resort and it never claims to be one! My stay at Pera Orient was comfortable and pleasant. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly and attentive staff, who made their best to help me in every possible way and to answer my queries during my 5-day long stay. Their warm smiles and genuine willingness to assist truly set the tone for my stay. The location of the hotel is ideal. A 6 min walk from the hotel takes you to Taksim square where you can take the Metro or bus to reach your desired destination. And it allowed me to make regular daily walks on istikal street . The street is a little narrow yes, but there are plenty of hotels all around that I have never felt scared or unsafe ( as it was mentioned in the negative review). And I always took the upward direction then turn right towards taksim. I was greeted by a spotless clean room with a tasteful decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, The housekeeping staff was attentive and meticulous, making sure that my room was impeccably cleaned each day. Coffee and tea were left daily next to the kettle (sometimes with a bottle of water). When I will visit Istanbul again , I will definitely chose Pera Orient to stay in.

Sono stato qui per una settimana in ostello. Il servizio è molto gentile e aiutarli dove possono. Ho avuto un cambio di camera senza problemi e questi sono puliti e relativamente tranquilli situato a una strada laterale. La paniera sveglia una colazione con l'odore di pane fresco ;) Tuttavia, non è un traffico di fornitura. La colazione è gentile, marmellate, miele, qualche verdura e tè, acqua o caffè. È molto importante ricordare che le donne che lavorano puliscono ogni giorno. Solo nel bagno manca un gancio per appendere e proteggere i loro oggetti e sacchetti culturali da bagni umidi :D

Ho soggiornato in una camera doppia che mi sembra un po' piccola per 2 persone. Se mi fermo di nuovo, mi fermerò in una camera doppia Deluxe. Il personale della ricezione è molto utile. La camera stessa è bella e ben arredata. Ho visitato la sauna e la hammam. La sauna non funzionava, ma qualcuno cercava di ripararlo mentre ero lì. Non sono sicuro di cosa sia il punto del hammam, perché non mi è stato spiegato come usarlo. La colazione era buona e aveva una buona selezione. Puoi ordinare un omeletto se vuoi. La posizione è grande – molto conveniente per il tram e per camminare verso alcune attrazioni turistiche. Rimanerei a Bentley Hotel Old City Istanbul.

My friend and I were staying at Mount Ararat Hotel for three nights. We were welcomed by friendly and helpful staff. Even though we barely stayed in our room, the room had everything what we needed after a long day outdoors. The beds were very comfortable, the place was clean and so was the bathroom. There were a lot of restaurants nearby and during the evening the neighbourhood became very lively with locals and tourists. We were happy that after a tiring day we could grab some food and drinks with our hotel in the close proximity. On our last evening Saleh helped us arranging the transport to the airport which was top-notch! On the other hand, we had an arrangement with breakfast included and it was slightly disappointing. It was buffet with various choices of food and drinks but my friend and I are a little bit fussy. We preferred to grab something on our way to the city centre. It is not a deal breaker though. All in all, good value for money. We were satisfied about our choice and would definitely come back.
