NE ZAMAN VE KİMLE A11: 29 Ekim 2023 tarihinde cumhuriyetimizin 100. yıl kutlama yemeği için arkadaş grubumla. Otelin çatı katında bulunan teras ve roof'u kullandık. OTELİN KONUMU: Eşsiz. Tüm İstanbul için en kolay ulaşıma sahip olanı, şehrin her noktasına. Vapur iskelesi ayaklarınızın altında. Marmaray bir iki dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Otelden çıkıp yürümek isterseniz tüm Üsküdar ve Boğaz hattı ayaklarınızın altında. MANZARA: Tüm İstanbul otelleri içine en güzel manzaraya sahip olanı. Bu kıyaslamaya Avrupa yakasında bulunan büyük isimli ve kalabalık yıldızlı oteller de dahil. Bu manzarayı otelin tüm mekanlarından ve TÜM odalardan görebiliyorsunuz. SERVİS: Servis ve mutfak personeli son derece başarılı ve profesyoneldi. Masa/sofra düzeni ve servis hatasız ve tam istediğimiz gibi olmuştu. Uygun personeli seçen otel yönetimine teşekkür ediyoruz. YEMEK: Ana yemeğimiz somon ızgaraydı ve son derece kıvamında pişmişti. Balık ızgara yapmakta ne var diye düşünenler olabilir, ama balığı çiğ bırakmadan, bunu yaparken de kurutmadan ızgara yapabilmek hüner ister. Her tabak aynı lezzette ve özende pişmişti. Aşçıyı tebrik ediyoruz. İŞLETME TAAHHÜTLERİ: Yemeğimiz ile ilgilieleştirebileceğim tek bir konu oldu. Rezervasyonumuzu yaparken herşeyi YAZILI olarak talep ettik ve YAZILI olarak bunların teyidini aldık. Yazılı olan anlaşmada grubumuzun önüne manzarayı kesecek herhangi bir müşteri alınmaması bizim için bir koşuldu. Ancak yemek başladıktan sonra yönetici “patron öyle istiyor, ne yapayım” diyerek masamızın önüne müşteri almak için kokteyl masaları yerleştirdi. Otelin becerikli ve çalışkan banket müdürü TANRİS ERKUL bunu arı gibi çalışarak ve tatlılıkla kimseyi üzmeden çözdü. Kokteyl amsalarını önümüzü kesmekeyk şekilde konumlandırdı. ODALAR: Oteli gezmeye gittiğimde odaları da gezdim (ama konaklamadım). Hepsinden aynı muhteşemlikte kesintisiz manzara var. Köşe odalar iki cepheden de manzaraya hakim. Odaların dekorasyonu zevkli ama uygulama çok özenli değil. Malzeme kalitesi orta karar. Burada fiyat kalite dengesini de dikkate almak gerekiyor, fiyatına göre uygun. GENEL: Otel herşeyi ile bir “winner”. PROFESYONEL ÖNERİ: Her türlü rezervasyon ve angajmanı yazılı olarak, son derece açık, detaylı ve net şekilde yapmaları. Böylece daha sonra, ben anlamadım, atlamışım, unutmuşum, ama konuşmadık, gibi tatsızlıklar yaşanmaz. cosa dire , quando si paga circa 1k a notte ti aspetti molto se non moltissimo, accoglienza personale e spazzi comuni molto bene, colazione anche , servizio eccellente, riserva sulla stanza, padiglione 3 vista strada , nulla di che anzi direi mediocre, ce bisogno di una rinfrescata nel arredamento che risente degli anni, bagno molto bello, personalmente non credo di tornare

Ho affittato un hotel e ho proposto il matrimonio con la mia ragazza e ho chiesto aiuto al servizio clienti ctrip. Il servizio clienti è stato molto entusiasta di aiutare a organizzare. Anche il team di pubbliche relazioni con i clienti dell'hotel è stato molto attivo nell'aiutare a organizzare la proposta di matrimonio. Durante l'epidemia, questa disposizione era ancora soddisfacente. L'hotel ha una lunga storia, ma la manutenzione è molto buona, le camere sono molto pulite e il personale dell'hotel è molto gentile ed entusiasta, e anche il lavoro di sicurezza dell'hotel è molto buono? Stai a tuo agio. Se il budget è sufficiente, ti consiglio di venire a vivere.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast was very nicely presented and delicious. The furnishings and decorations were very interesting. The house was very cozy and the bed was very comfortable. It's a historic house that opens up to a lovely garden and a cute little coffee house with indoor and outdoor seating. The grocery store is about a 3-minute walk and the Metro was a 10-minute walk. Perfect for a couple but may be a tight space for a family. Shampoo and shower gel are available and complimentary coffee and water. We felt safe in the neighborhood. The area around the house is hilly so you may be walking uphill in many areas. However, the owners have a lot of information about the area and will give you recommendations and the best ways to get around. They can even help you with a taxi.

I have stayed at so many big hotels because of my job, what impressed me the most was this hotel with its service and customer relations. Whatever the time, even midnight they reply fast and are so happy to help in anyway, they really care about the guests and put 100% effort when caring for them. After any complaint or question the hotel follow it up after it has been resolved to ensure you are still happy or if there is anything else you need. The guest service was really good. From now on, we will start all our Hotels reviews by mentioning the way the management & Front desk treat their VIPs and Elite Members, due to huge changes in regards to normal procedures, This being said...As Ambassador platinum Elite members, We were not satisfied after visiting the room we were offered, we immediately Changed the premise, furthermore, after stating and explaining our ”unsatisfaction”, the ”greediness” of the management ? or starving for 21 Euros a night ??? They went ahead and processed our card on file, I feel this was cheap from the management of such a renown brand, IHG you should implement your procedures in such low profile premises..Do not recommend at all...

The room was spacious and they accommodated me and my partner really well. We had to leave earlier for our flight and they got breakfast for us earlier than they usually do which we really appreciated. We enjoyed our stay there especially for the price. The area is full of restaurants and the view is amazing. The only issue is the location if you are there to visit all of Istanbul it’s very hard to transport around as it’s very far but if you’re there to visit uskudar for a couple of days it’s a perfect place.

The worst hotel in istanbul, no AC, the sheets are dirty and made of budget fabric. Moisture problems in the bathrooms and the walls/rooms smell of cigarettes. Wouldn't even recommend my worst enemy to sleep there, the owner only cares about money and doesn't give a consent about how the guests feel in the rooms, that they even keep their business is a miracle. The rooms are worn, it creaks when you walk on the floor. Traces of poo in the toilets, the towel is dirty. The fridges don't even cool. Don't sleep there! Unless you want to visit another part of hell, not even the prices they charge is worth it. Stayed there for 5 nights and it's the worst experience I've had. Really trying to think of something positive about the hotel, but can't think of anything. YES! There is one thing, the owner's smile! But it only comes when he gets money into the account

We were not happy staying in this property. Bed was very tough and uncomfortable.It was very poor light in our room. We were not using kitchen and it was hardly possible due to darkness. Auto switch on near elevator was too short and we used smartphone as a lighte.
