Issy-les-Moulineaux: hotel a 2 stelle

We have never stayed at Ibis before; this was our firsthand experience with a budget hotel. Keeping in mind that the focus is on saving customers’ money, not providing luxury stay, I would have to say that it was very good for the money. We paid about 70 euro per night, considering that it was Paris, the price was difficult to beat. The staff was very friendly, but since there was usually only one person working at the front desk, if there was a line, you had to wait a while. There was parking available underneath the hotel for 9 euro per night, which is also a good deal. The mattresses were on the hard side, but this aspect is always a matter of preference. The rooms and the bathroom area were clean. The towels were small, but well absorbent. I will just go over pros and cons in my opinion. Pros: Parking on Premises, 9 Euro per night; very fast, reliable Wi-Fi; Good water pressure in the shower, consistent temperature, shower is large given the room dimensions; toilet in a separate space, large enough to use for changing if privacy was needed; location is great – T2 line is 1 min walk, C line is also very close, but we could not use it because it was under construction, a number of very good restaurants are right next to the hotel; despite busy area, it was reasonably quiet with the windows closed, and we did not hear our neighbors, except for the doors shutting, that are heavy and loud when closed. Cons: no lift from the parking to the lobby, one would have to unload luggage at the door before parking the car; no AC in the room, keeping the window open lets in cool air and HUGE number of mosquitos, there were signs of battle on the walls and ceiling when we moved in, we had our own numerous encounters until we bought bug spray in the pharmacy and sprayed around the window during the day and at night, and kept the lights off when the window was open, lesser number of mosquitos, but still they found their way in; very small room, barely space to open the suitcases, no chairs or tables, bed was the only sitting option; lack of sufficient number of outlets… we have a lot of devices to charge between the three of us, and there were only two easily usable outlets in the room, we made it work.

Sono stata per 3 volte in questa struttura. La prima volta siamo stati tutto sommato bene e quindi abbiamo deciso di tornarci una seconda volta,ma non è andata bene come la prima. Ma può capitare, la stanza comunque era pulita e la posizione dell'albergo è vicino alla fiera a cui dovevamo andare per lavoro. Riprenotiamo quindi per la terza volta, dopo il letto alla francese (troppo piccolo per noi) chiediamo una matrimoniale con letto singoli. Arrivati,veniamo mandati al sesto piano: l'ascensore si ferma al 5, quindi prendiamo le nostre valigie e facciamo le scale. La camera era praticamente in soffitta, tre letti singoli tipo dormitorio e molto freddo. Disorientati da questa sistemazione, ci guardiamo intorno: nessuna presa di corrente vicino ai letti. La presa più vicina alimentava un termosifone a elettricità, quindi la scelta era o scaldare la stanza o caricare il telefono. In bagno di prese nemmeno l'ombra. Chiedo di cambiare camera e veniamo accontentati. Purtroppo la camera era accanto all'ascensore, quindi si sentiva rumore ogni volta che veniva chiamato (da qualsiasi piano). Pulizia imbarazzante, mai pulito il pavimento in 5 giorni e addirittura in bagno è stato svuotato qualcosa e lasciato tutto polveroso, comprese le nostre cose. Nonostante abbia fatto presente il tutto, il pavimento non è comunque stato pulito. Nel rifare il letto hanno anche pestato le nostre ciabatte lasciando sopra le impronte delle scarpe.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo residence una settimana ad Aprile avendo una multiproprietà. Gli appartamenti sono stati ristrutturati qualche anno fa ma essendo molto frequentati portano già dei bei segni di usura (rivestimenti macchiati, mostre delle porte semistaccate ecc). Diciamo che è il livello di un onesto 3 stelle, non c'è da aspettarsi il lusso ma gli appartamenti sono ben equipaggiati e nel complesso puliti. Il nostro era uno studio da 4 persone: camera matrimoniale, soggiorno con divano letto (due letti singoli che affiancati possono diventare matrimoniali), angolo cottura a vista, bagno e wc separato. La cucina è ben equipaggiata con stoviglie e pentole. Il bagno è fornito di sapone liquido, carta igienica e phon. Gli asciugamani vengono consegnati all'arrivo: a noi (4 persone) ne hanno dati 1 grande e 1 piccolo in tutto ma quando nei giorni seguenti ne abbiamo chiesti altri ce li hanno dati senza problemi. Non ci sono coperte ma piumini (che non si fissano al letto). A piano terra è presente una sala con il servizio colazione a pagamento. La reception è aperta 24h su 24, il personale non è molto sorridente ma comunque ci hanno assistito in tutto quello che ci è servito, compreso un problema con l'impianto elettrico che è stato risolto prontamente. La posizione è buona, non centralissima ma a 5 min a piedi dalla fermata metro di Port de Versailles e per i più pigri c'è il tram che passa davanti all'ingresso che termina proprio alla metro. Attenzione che l'ingresso dell'edificio non è direttamente su strada e ci si può sbagliare con l'aparthotel Adagio Port de Versailles che è a 100m di distanza. Per noi è stato un soggiorno piacevole. Nel complesso, considerando che si tratta di Parigi e se non si hanno aspettative eccessive ci si può stare.

L'hotel è situato in una posizione remota, è comodo raggiungerlo appena usciti dall'ultima stazione della Linea 12. Ci sono negozi di fiori e un negozio di kebab vicino all'hotel. Le camere dell'hotel sono pulite, ordinate e di buone dimensioni. Le camere d'albergo a Parigi sono troppo costose, puoi considerarle qui

Adoro la vista! E la posizione è vicino al metro solo pochi minuti a piedi dalla metropolitana, grande supermercato e farmacia vicino! Il personale dell'hotel è molto amichevole e il colazione è in punto! Sicuramente sarebbe tornato

Se non fosse per il receptionista Thomas, avrei dato a questo 1/5 2 receptionisti che hanno fatto sentire il nostro gruppo disaccogliato, poi mi avrei chiamato una donna che era brusca e mi ha parlato in modo aggressivo. Se stai cercando di prenotare una camera quadrupla, non ne avrai uno, come quando ho prenotato una ho avuto 2 camere 1 camera con 2 letti singoli e 1 camera con 1 doppio. Non sono solo un letto doppio fuori della mia prenotazione, ma anche me e i miei amici non erano nella stessa stanza. Quando arrivai, un ricevitore presto mi argomentò sulla mia prenotazione e, cercando di spiegarmi, mi disse costantemente che avevo prenotato diverse camere, mi metteva sul telefono alla donna aggressiva, che era anche insensata e molto maltrattabile. La mattina seguente, ho ricevuto il benvenuto da Thomas, un accogliente molto amichevole, e mi è stato molto facile parlare con lui. Poi quella notte un uomo chiamato Nabil mi disse che non mi era permesso usare i bagni nella zona del soggiorno e che mi avrei usato quella nella mia camera, dopo averlo guardato con confusione, mi ha fatto sgridare e mi ha detto che potevo. Un soggiorno sconveniente, fatto per sentire un inconveniente da parte della maggior parte del personale, non rimarrà mai qui.

L'hotel è pulito, la colazione è anche buona, la ricetta è anche molto bello, cioè non ci si aspetta di non avere accesso a lavanderia.La stanza è molto piccola, ci si aspetta in anticipo, e'bello.C'è un caricatore USB.

Stayed for 2 nights during the Olympics. We booked already a year in advance and everything else was sold out already then so this was pretty much the only option in our price bracket (and it was about 3 times per the normal price for this hotel!) Quiet and residential location but the walk up the hill from the metro station is a struggle in the heatwave and if you have luggage. The breakfast had limited options. It was difficult to find out about allergens in the food items as they were not written down. The breakfast room was always messy as when people left, their dishes were not cleared even after a while as there seemed to be only one member of staff who wasn’t constantly monitoring the status of the breakfast room. The bed was comfortable and so was the shower. There is a general hair and body wash available. The TV was nice. The only rubbish bin in the room is the one in the bathroom and it’s tiny and fills up quickly so your rooms ends up having a lot of rubbish and waste that doesn’t fit in the bin, unless you take them downstairs to the reception area where there is a recycling bin. There is AC in the room but it isn’t as efficient and we felt hot every night. The tables in the room are very small and we couldn’t fit our basic items on the bedside tables each day; there is very less space to put your things down other than two shelves near the entry. The first night I noticed the pillow smelled very dirty, so it appeared to not have been washed in between guests - it smelled like someone had been sweating on it. We asked the pillows and covers to be changed the next day. There is no kettle or tea/coffee facility in the rooms either so to make a drink you have to go to the reception and ask for hot water. A weird coincidence happened when we were sitting in the restaurant area after the check out and waiting for our taxi, my partner simply looked at (visually, not touched anything) the breakfast shelf which has items that are used in the breakfast such as Nutella and jam. The manager or other member of staff ran to him and saying “sir you can’t take those they are for the breakfast! Don’t touch them!”. He was not even intending to, simply looked at the shelf while we were waiting for our taxi. He then went in to the kitchen and said something in French to another staff member and asked him to do an inventory of all the breakfast items in their storage cupboards in front of us. Did they think we had been sitting there stealing breakfast items while waiting for our taxi? Humiliating!

Il manager della notte David era più utile e benvenuto quando siamo arrivati alla fine di lunedì sera. Questo nuovo hotel commerciale è convenientemente vicino al Boulevard Périphérique Paris (Parigi Ring Road) che lo rende altamente accessibile dall'aeroporto CDG in soli trenta minuti. Siamo stati stanchi dopo il lungo volo, quindi siamo molto grati che ci ha controllati così rapidamente per il nostro soggiorno di dieci notti. Con il nostro status di platino Bonvoi David ci ha anche aggiornato alla Junior Suite (#122) in vista del piacevole giardino interno. La spaziosa camera trapezoidale, con un divano grande, un desk, un letto di grande dimensione re, un grande armario e un frigorifero integrato, un bar per bere e sicurezza. La camera da bagno era anche estremamente spezia. Tutto fumava pulito e sembrava senza spot. Le nostre richieste di piastrelle, pendenti e bagni sono state sempre soddisfatte in fretta. La casa ha fatto un buon lavoro. La nostra prenotazione è stata con la colazione giornaliera che viene servita sul pavimento. Un’espansione molto superiore alla media - ma più importante è la qualità molto evidente nonostante la mancanza di una stazione di preparazione di uova in vita. In generale, CMPdV viene altamente raccomandato. La loro squadra che gestisce il desk front è irriproducibile.

Le parti in comune sono molto sporche e le camera appena accettabili. La camera già di suo è organizzata male perchè c'è poco spazio per le valigie e i vestiti, si poteva non mettere la vasca visto la presenza della doccia per dare spazio alla camera che ha poco spazio se si usano tutti e 4 i letti. Il bagno invece della porta ha una tenda e il soffitto della doccia è pieno di muffa visto che la ventola di areazione non funziona da tanto tempo. Il divano letto è veramente corto specie il letto che si estrae e che rimane a terra, sapete che in Italia abbiamo i divani letto a castello? La manutenzione generale della camera è veramente pessima molte cose sono rotte e rovinate, il frigor non andava anche dopo la sostituzione e ho dovuto sistemarlo da me visto che era collegato alla presa sbagliata che toglieva tensione quando togli il badge.
