I had a fantastic stay here. The staff were very accommodating at all times, beginning with when I needed an early check-in. The staff working on the 3rd floor the week I was there (Feb 18-25) were so kind and attentive. Bilal was fantastic, as was the other man who worked there most of the week, whose name I didn't catch. I used laundry and room services and was very happy with both - the room service food was good, as was the breakfast and dinner buffet. Waleed in the hotel restaurant was also fantastic - very kind and enjoyable. Really all around fantastic stay, on all fronts! Will definitely stay here again if I am back in Islamabad.

Il servizio dell'hotel è molto buono e costoso. Quando l'hotel è in un negozio, ha appena raggiunto il proprio compleanno. L'hotel è particolarmente intimido per preparare la torta di compleanno. Se non vedessi la sorpresa dell'hotel, avremmo dimenticato che era il compleanno. Sono molto in movimento, soprattutto per un lungo viaggio all'estero. Grazie 🙏

Stayed at this property for the night of November 22, 2023 Hotel has very impressive lobby almost five star standards but once you leave lobby area you will start noticing that hotel is aging and areas in need of renovation. Our room was fine and had all required amenities but showing age. Welcome drink was sent to the room which was nice gesture. Breakfast next morning was good too. Lot of options in food and good service. All the staff we came into contact from bell person to reception and server were polite and friendly. 3.5 stars overall

Il capo è molto buono, molto entusiasta!Inoltre, secondo la tua economia, ti farà avere più scelte, veramente, anche se non è così bello come un lussuoso hotel stellare, ho il senso di essere un ospite a casa di vecchio bus!La salute personale è buona, la tua città contea è un sentimento di parentela. Le strutture sono dotate di cabina, cabina, aria condizionata, ventilatore, strutture di base, quindi non ho chiesto come lavare i vestiti!Lavare la mano o la macchina, questo dubbio è venuto qui il terzo giorno, quindi non c'è bisogno di questo. Il servizio è molto entusiasta, e il capo è molto incline. L'esterno delle strade è fondamentalmente una casa personale, e tutti i tipi di auto-costruzione personalità!Non c'è nessuna zona rurale così armoniosa!Ognuno deve avere una propria idea!

I was going to wait until I completed my stay to write a review but compelled to make a start due to the excellent service that has been given thus far. The hotel itself is in a quiet street in islamabad with gated entry and exit. It has an essence of luxury and cleanliness that is consistent throughout the establishment. After my first night, a staff member enquired about how my stay was, to which I highlighted a very small issue with some noise in my room. This was brought to the attention of the manager ”Hamza” who looked to resolve my issue by offering me another room that was, in fact, larger and on a better side of the hotel. The hotel followed up on my satisfaction with my new room later in the day and looked to further improve on my stay by providing complimentary dinners and snacks to my room. Whilst I am sure I would have been somewhat content with my stay if the issue was left unresolved. This for me has placed this hotel as a must stay in islamabad for those looking for a peaceful setting and great customer service.
