Isla Mujeres: i migliori hotel a 5 stelle

Ho prenotato una suite con vista sul mare per circa $250 a notte e ho soggiornato per una settimana. A causa dell'epidemia negli Stati Uniti, c'erano meno di dieci ospiti nel resort, quindi era vuoto e fu aperto un ristorante. C'è un supermercato in hotel, aperto dal lunedì al sabato, è possibile acquistare alcuni generi di prima necessità. È perché il ristorante dell'hotel è molto povero, quindi è necessario noleggiare un'auto per uscire dal ristorante per comprare e mangiare di nuovo in hotel, l'hotel è dotato di un servizio di noleggio auto, noleggio auto 46 dollari al giorno di assicurazione. Facility was fantastic! Their employees were mostly phenomenal. Nothing can be perfect I suppose.Their season tours transfer service disappointed me greatly. Family had informed me although more expensive the hotel transfer service was the way to go as they had issues with outside services with transfers. I wish I did not listen and booked round trip with MTS for my transfer from the airport to the hotel and back. Several Seasons tours personnel informed me that I didn’t have a reservation in their system for the transfer back from the resort to the airport when I attempted to confirm my ride in the days before leaving the resort. I never received an official confirmation when I booked in August regarding my transfer. I just figured that’s ok I’ll just reserve with MTS. At the front desk they wouldn’t let me leave with MTS saying I had to pay 119$ to seasons tours and told me I had to ho with them. I tried to explain their personnel didn’t confirm with me the booking and they weren’t having it. MTS came by on time seasons tours not only didn’t confirm the ride BUT they also came 7 minutes later. Granted their driver was excellent and the car was spacious and comfortable I was disappointed with the interaction. My biggest regret is not ordering a round trip with MTS from the get go. It would have saved me money and I would have not had to deal with this headache.

Hotel Resort di 5 stelle con all inclusive , il cibo è stato buonissimo sopra tutto a buffet con poca fila. I ristorantini quello Toscano , quello di Hamgurger e quello Cinese nella media. La colazione super abbondante vi consiglio di andare al mattino presto al buffet senza prenotazione mangi quanto vuoi al mattino , pranzo e cena. Animazione di tutti specialmente di Victor è spettacolare. Il mare è splendido senza ombra di dubbio stai sotto a una palma e poi ti tuffi in acqua. Vicino a 15 minuti puoi andare anche a nuotare con i Delfini certamente ci sono le persone che ti fanno fare il tipo di percorso cioè o nuotare o vedere o accarezzarli dipende quanto vuoi spendere. Di fronte puoi andare alla isola che dicono che è spettacolare si chiama Isla Mujeres. Ogni tanto in spiaggia viene un fotografo Tancredi del resort Hotel Catalonia che se vuoi ti fa degli scatti fotografici molto belli per tutta la vacanza poi puoi scegliere le foto che ti piacciono. Puoi scegliere una camera al primo o secondo paino con vista piscina e mare. Oppure una camera a pian terreno con piscina che la trovi fuori al balcone senza andare in quella centrale. Al secondo piano c'è un discoteca serale e alla sera nel viale principale fanno tanta animazione grazie al gruppo di Victor. C'è anche un teatro e un cinema a piano terra. Ci sono i negozietti e poi la cosa più bella e la pulizia delle camere e quando devi entrare avrai un braccialetto che se lo avvicinate al sensore si apre la porta. Noi siamo in 4 io, moglie e due figli nella prima Settimana di Settembre per 4 giorni che sono volati via. Quando potremo ci ritorneremo e questo hotel Catalonia a Cancun lo consiglio a tutti vividamente. PasqualeC

女人島上最好的位置了，也是島上規模相對大的酒店，前台服務很好，給升級了房型，空間很大正面看海的套房，酒店專屬的沙灘在路對面但也很近，沙質細白，海浪也不大，很適合游泳，體驗很棒！

Abbiamo avuto un bel tempo in Eccellenza. Ci siamo trasferiti in molti hotel nella zona e questo è stato il nostro preferito. Abbiamo pianificato un viaggio di ritorno. Il personale di attività ha tenuto ogni giorno divertente e interessante. Naomi, Fabian, Memo, Jesús e Andres. Da volleyball sulla spiaggia, danzare al karaoke e eventi notturni. Rubi era il nostro server preferito intorno alla piscina. Era molto attenta e personalizzabile. La notte nel bar, Sergio era sorprendente. Potrebbe essere il barista più veloce e divertente che abbia mai incontrato. Abbiamo avuto una piscina al tetto non eccellente e era sorprendente. Probabilmente la più grande stanza che abbia mai avuto tra i siti simili a Cancun. Era sempre pulita e ben conservata con acqua e snacks. In generale, è una grande esperienza e pianificare un altro viaggio in futuro.

We loved this place! It is the best parts of all inclusive travel without the crowds, long walks to the water and generic food. We loved the small, quiet atmosphere, beautiful views, attentive staff and food beyond compare. It was also nice to be able to easily leave the resort and explore the island. We quickly realized though we would rather just stay at the resort! The golf carting was fun but downtown was very touristy and didn’t offer much of interest. Punta Sur was a fun stop as well as the little beaches along the way. Transfer to the hotel was perfect. We didn’t have to wait hours on a mega bus to get to Dreams and the boat was waiting for us when we got there. We had to take the ferry for our return but the front desk staff took care of everything so it was easy. We did the sunset cruise and it was a great little outing. Our only complaint was the birds who woke us up in the morning and tried to steal our sugar packages at breakfast but what can you do. Our rooms we totally fine, no issues. We brought our own wine and bought some at the grocery store in town. The house wine wasn’t great but not the worst I’ve had at an all inclusive. The food and service at both restaurants was the best resort food I’ve ever had. I hope we can go back someday!

Execelente hotel resort and spa. Es increíble llegar y encontrarte como que estuvieras en casa. Iniciamos con la CONSENTIDA restaurante con el capitan Jesús Hurtado gran anfitrión y amigo siempre lleva a su equipo de la mano para bien, la cheff Jessica es genial, atenta, consentidora mil gracias siempre por sus detalles Cenamos en Kopai, hostes excelentes la atención desde que nos designaron a Luis gran personaje de Atelier pero llegó el momento espectacular el Cheff Jorge, cada platillo encontrado para nuestro gusto especial, nos explico desde la entrada riquísima, atún, salmón, rollos con hueva guauuu, Ramen de res con huevos de codornices, espinaca baby filete, el plato fuerte de lo mejor excelente y postresito. Mil gracias Kopai El bar de la calle Alberto atentó bueno esa área de mixologia tienes que probarla. Cafecito unos macarrones, una 🫗 caliente de te chai. Gracias Miles pronto regresaremos.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we sadly had to depart from Garza, we received nothing but the ABSOLUTE BEST service at this beautiful resort! Upon arrival, Arcos went above and beyond to greet us with a welcome cocktail and made our check in process so smooth! He immediately escorted us to our beautiful suite with an ocean view while going over all of the details to make our stay more enjoyable! He truly treated us like family and made us feel right at home! Arcos and Santamaria remained at our service for anything and everything including booking a catamaran tour to Isla Mujeras, activities at the resort, poolside chairs, electrolytes after a hot day in the sun, luggage assistance… literally anything we could have possibly needed!! Gabriel assisted us with all dinner reservations prior to our arrival! The food and service at all restaurants was worlds apart from any other resort we’ve stayed at. Thanks to Gabriel, Arcos & Santamaria’s kindness and hospitality, we are already planning another trip to Garza and will be bringing the entire family!

Abbiamo trascorso la luna di miele in hotel TRS con mia moglie. Check-in è stato molto veloce e tranquillo a differenza di alcune altre recensioni che ho letto ci vorranno poche ore, forse è un giorno di settimana. Francisco al check-in è stato molto utile, ci ha aiutato a migliorare la nostra camera per nuotare in costume e è stato fantastico! Sostenes e Cesar sono stati assegnati come nostro butler per il nostro soggiorno e sono stati molto utile e sempre sorridendo. Una cosa che vorrei menzionare è che hanno detto che hanno 25 minuti di spa complementare per noi per la nostra luna di miele, e la ricezione ci ha detto di incontrarci al lobby la mattina prossima alle 8:30 per portarci a colazione e per visitarci intorno al resort. Ma la mattina dopo abbiamo capito che dobbiamo partecipare al centro commerciale dove vogliono vendere un pacchetto di viaggi che non ci aspettavamo, sebbene siano tutti molto carini, ma abbiamo passato due ore a ascoltarli la prima mattina del nostro soggiorno. E era la nostra luna di miele. Se ci avessero detto prima, allora io lo avrei respinto, e hanno detto che dovevamo partecipare per ricorrere al complimentare spa che all’inizio hanno detto che è per la nostra luna di miele. Comunque, per il cibo che ho consigliato con molta attenzione, abbiamo provato la ossa in steak e li hanno grigliati con carbone e era molto delizioso, ma la seconda volta che andammo la notte era un po' piu' cotta. Durante il nostro soggiorno ci siamo uniti a due attività, uno è acqua aerobica e paddling. Tutti e due gli insegnanti erano molto divertenti e soprattutto Dente. Era super amichevole e paziente! In generale siamo soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno, e consigliere ai nostri amici.

Siamo appena tornati dal Gran Palladium Costa Mujeres dopo un fine settimana in famiglia. Meravigliosa spiaggia di sabbia bianca, mare cristallino, fantastiche piscine con servizio bar e intrattenimento musicale dal vivo, ambiente rilassato dovunque. Servizio ai ristoranti ottimi. Grazie a Benjamin, supervisore dell'animazione, per la massima disponibilità. In una parola: torneremo!
