Ho soggiornato 2 notti con una mia amica, stanza carina, asciugamani set cortesia e 2 bottigliette d acqua al giorno. Colazione minimal (un po di frutta, pane, marmellata e burro) ma non cambiano la biancheria, semplicemente mettono in ordine la stanza.

Bored, unfriendly staff, breakfast is the same every day. The room is very small and has a very small window, so you have none fresh air. As it is located on the main street, it is very noisy, from the street and from the pub below.

This was my first visit away from Canada. The Belmar was EXACTLY what I expected and ordered. The staff are very pleasant and I loved being in heart of the bustling north end. Travel light and enjoy this amazing walking score. 🙏 my condolences to the Rolandis family in their loss of restaurant the founder this year. Thank you for being so warm and welcoming in my really terrible ability to en Español 🤣 you guys should try to knock out half of the gift shops and put in some awesome thrift stores🥰 what a souvenir. See you again

Worse hotel Ive ever stayed at!! Room was dirty especially bathroom! Moldy shower, stained scratchy towels. No hot water! Only a small trinkle of cold water to try and shower after traveling all day. The bed looked dirty as well.The noise from restaurant below made it impossible to sleep until it was closed. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but after one night we checked out. I tried to get a refund for second night but no matter who I spoke to they acted like they didnt understand even though I heard them all speak english day before!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

REFERENTE QUARTO 23 PONTOS POSITIVOS: localização, tamanho do quarto e banheiro, móveis, ar condicionado e ventilador de teto e TV. PONTOS NEGATIVOS: não se hospede no primeiro andar, muitos relatos de barulho até tarde da noite (não tivemos) , o hotel é anexo a um restaurante, paciência com os controles de água quente e fria do chuveiro, com gorjeta arrumam melhor o quarto, café da manhã inicia as 8 horas, café básico (café, leite,pães, suco de laranja, prato com frutas, manteiga e geleia) se repetir algo paga (exceto café puro), não há contato do quarto com a recepção, somente pessoalmente e geralmente não fica ninguém na recepção, acesso vulnerável aos quartos, entra e sai quem quiser da área dos quartos.

Hotel básico en el corazón de Isla Mujeres, muy cerca del ferry. La habitación cómoda con amenidades básicas, no tuve problemas con ruido. Todo muy bien, solo recomendaría colocar algún cobertor ya que si nos dió frío. La ubicación está excelente.

No cuentan con cobertores, algunas personas dan por sentado que el hotel cuenta con las amenidades básicas. Esta de más mencionar que es un hotel de descanso y es inaceptable no tener edredones o cobertores. 😔(Mi novia tuvo que dormir con sábanas que no son calientitas y más almohadas son muy viejas y se ven todas abolladas)

La ubicación esta buena, porque esta en el centro y cerca del ferry. Pero hay mucho ruido para poder dormir. Las cosas a mejorar en mi opinión: - El wifi, se nos iba la señal a cada rato o no funcionaba directamente. - Actualizar la habitación, nos toco una con todas las ventanas agujereadas... no eran 2 agujeritos. Además de que quedo vieja la mobiliaria de la misma. - Limpieza, por ejemplo arriba de la heladerita estaba todo sucio. - Facilidad de acceso, solo tiene escaleras y ningún ascensor o rampa para personas con movilidad reducida y no es mencionado en el anunció. Si vas por 1 o 2 noches, es pasable pero no lo recomendaría para más o si pueden pagar una opción mejor... no hay duda.
