I'd love to write something nice, but I can't because my son got a terrible flu just before we were to travel and we were unable to visit Ischgl. The owner of this apartment decided she would rather confiscate our fee than let us pay the deposit as recompense and apply the balance to another visit next year. I asked her a number of times to please reconsider, but she did not. I don't understand someone who would rather take a one-off payment rather than engender good will and gain a loyal customer. So if you end up booking an apartment here (and it could be wonderful, I'll never know) then make sure you get insurance on your payment because this landlady will NEVER give you a refund or consider a human gesture.

Great hospitality. Clean and nice apartment to stay in Ischgl. Short walk to cabins. Strong recommendation. We have been Bel Ami number of times and everything has gone always smoothly. Room number 5 is excellent choose group of five.

we are a family of 5 with teenagers and we enjoyed Bel Ami very much. The owner was very helpful and accomodated all of our request. Distance to the ski lift was convenient. Wonderful and very clean apartment and Sauna area. Well equiped apartment and kitchen area. Very warm and cozy. We had a great stay at Bel Ami and will be coming again next year

The apartments are within easy walking distance of the main lift. They are clean and everything works. Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are modern. The apartments are warm. This is the 2nd time I have stayed there and would recommend Bel Ami as a good quality no frills ski apartment. In my experience, the owners are friendly and accommodating. I recommend the use of the ski depot. Bel Ami has lockers by the main lift which means you can leave your skis and boots there. Makes apres ski a lot more comfortable! If you want a romantic weekend with your partner you may want something a bit more swanky but Bel Ami is a perfect choice for skiing with your friends.

Stayed here with a group of friends and we were made to feel very welcome by Anna & her team. Having driven to Ischgl from UK we arrived at 10am Saturday whilst the apartments were still being cleaned. They were really helpful by allowing us to use the facilities to get changed so we could take advantage of having an extra day on the slopes. The apartments were clean & comfortable. Whilst some people may not like the edge of town location it really suited us to have a 10 minute walk back from town following apres-ski. The locker hire in the lift station really made things easier. We would definitely return in the future. Many thanks for a great holiday.

Sehr schöne, moderne und saubere Unterkunft am Ortsrand von Ischgl in ruhiger Straße und trotzdem zentral. 10 Gehminuten zur Pardatschgratbahn, Geschäften und Restaurants. Sehr herzliche Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Apartment in dem nichts fehlt, Küche gut ausgestattet, Zimmer sind groß genug, verstaumöglichkeinen super, ich war mit meiner Schwester in einem Apartment für bis zu 6 Personen, dafür wäre es mir zu klein gewesen, für 4 Personen aber gut machbar, jeder hatte sein eigenes Zimmer und der Wohnraum mit Küche war groß genug und alles ist liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtet, Kleine süße Details runden das ganze ab. Zum Bus sind es gerade mal 2 Minuten und wenn man gut zu Fuss ist, dann ist man in ca 10 Minuten an dem Tunnel der zu Padatschgradbahn fürt. Die Gastgeberin ist nett und erklärt einem alles, der Brötchenservice ist klasse, zusätzlich wird sogar noch eine zwischreinigung des Apartments gemacht, haben wir aber nicht gebraucht. Das hat mich überrascht und man bekommt nochmal frische Handtücher. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen, viel spaß Melanie und Heidi

Das Haus steht ruhig in einer Nebenstraße , aber zu Fuß in 5-6 min mitten im Geschehen und an der Gondel. Die Wohnungen sind schön und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett . Wir sind viel zu früh angereist und durften uns umziehen um den Tag auf der Piste zu genießen. Obwohl alle mit dem reinigen der Apartments beschäftigt waren sind wir sehr herzlich begrüßt worden . Ich kann es nur empfehlen und komme auf jeden Fall wieder 👍😊

Wir waren nun zum 9. Mal im Bel Ami und leider kann ich nicht bestätigen, dass die Besitzer unfreundlich sind. Die Apartments sind nur wenige Gehminuten vom Dorf entfernt, was bedeutet, dass Sie nicht in der Menge sind. Luxus ist das Skidepot, das unter der Gondel genutzt werden kann. Preisqualität ist gut. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
