"Wonderful stay before Christmas! The hotel, the rooms and the Spa area are very beautifully furnished. The staff is very friendly and helpful! Breakfast buffet is delicious and large enough. Although the hotel is very close to the After Ski Bars, it was quiet in the night. The nearness to the ski lifts is also ideal. And thank you very much for the little Christmas present - we were very happy."

"Lovely hotel. Friendly, professional but unobtrusive service and a wonderful spa with indoor and outdoor heated pools & outdoor jacuzzi with an amazing view of mountains. Rooms are spacious and well equipped as you would expect in a 5* hotel but it was almost unbearably hot in the bathroom and bedroom. Fortunately the window and balcony door both opened and you can turn the handle vertically to keep them open but it can be noisy if overlooking the main street, which is lined with bars, clubs and other hotels. Restaurant had a wide selection of perfectly cooked food and the Sommelier was very knowledgeable about the very wide range of wines. Would recommend for a special holiday or the perfect base for a skiing trip in the area. "

"I can highly recommend this wonderful hotel. Impeccable service throughout. Especially guest arrangements by Julia and concierge by Moritz. The rooms are large and stylish. Spotlessly clean. The dining facilities are superb. Wonderful breakfast both a la carte and buffet. Delicious food in the dining room. They organised everything for us, be it collection from the airport, ski instructor (Christian Pfeiffer is exceptional), ski passes and equipment. All simple and seamless. They also have a fantastic spa. Moritz booked wonderful restaurants for us each night. Great dining at the 5 star hotel next door. That was magnificent. Also Lucy Wang (sushi / Asian) and Prenner ranked as outstanding. And as I mentioned the hotel itself has excellent food and service. We could not recommend this hotel more highly."

"Beautiful hotel with great food, amazing staff and a short walk to the main gondola. Spacious room with comfortable beds and a balcony, cleaned daily to a high standard. The service at Hotel ischgl sets it apart from others, Fabian, Milla and the rest of the team were exceptional and provided wonderful, friendly service throughout our entire week stay - thank you to them they are great at what they do! "Situazione fantastica e squadra di personale eccezionalmente amichevole. Dritto accanto a due grandi ascensori fino a Idalp. Facile check-in. Le camere hanno la vista più sorprendente. La piscina al tetto e il jacuzzi caldo e divertente nella neve. La nuova zona spa è bella. Non perderete le snacks Apres nel bar, che è stupenda con grandi viste di slip. Brillante sci-locker senza scalini da navigare. Ogni camera ha un spazioso riscaldamento. Il cibo è così bello con un diverso focus ogni notte. Mohammad e il resto della bella squadra ci guardavano molto bene. Sicuramente ritornerebbe. Il servizio è eccellente e c'è un bel ambiente familiare rilassato in tutto l'hotel. È proprio accanto al tunnel di collegamento al resto del villaggio. Molti negozi di noleggio, bar Apres e un supermercato vicino."

"All style, no substance. Overall we were very disappointed with our stay. The best summary would be: money-grabbing, unhelpful staff, poor service, and badly designed apartments. We would not stay here again. It feels like a place that focuses on appearance rather than actually delivering a good guest experience. One positive is the location is very good and the hotel next door is a welcoming place to be. The apartments are advertised as sleeping six, but you are charged per person. From the moment we walked in we were repeatedly chased for cash payments for the city tax and cleaning fee. It was never properly explained why this had to be paid in cash. No other place we stayed in Austria operated like this, which felt questionable. Despite paying an extra €650 to use the sofa bed in a six-person apartment, the sofa bed wasn’t even made up when we arrived. The apartment design is also odd and poorly thought through. Both bathrooms are located inside the bedrooms, meaning anyone sleeping on the sofa bed has to walk through someone else’s bedroom just to use the bathroom. For a newly renovated property, the details are surprisingly poor: • No USB charging points in the sockets • TVs missing from bedroom walls • The TVs in the living room did not connect to the internet, so they didn’t work The service was equally disappointing. Staff were rarely on site and when they were present they were unhelpful and quite rude. We were never sent the information for the VIP lift passes, which meant we ended up paying more for lift passes than we should have. The night buzzers also didn’t work, which is concerning if you actually needed assistance. Before arriving we were told (after calling the number provided) that parking and an EV charging point would be available. However, when we arrived we were told we could not park there and there was no charger available. Check-out was handled just as poorly. Staff were rude and told us there was nowhere to leave luggage or shower after 10am, despite being told at check-in that this would be possible because guests from the previous day had been allowed to do so. This level of inflexibility is very unusual for ski accommodation. Another issue was the boot room, which is not heated, meaning your ski boots and gear remain cold and damp every day. For nearly €4,000 for a week, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. In the end we actually left a night early. This was my 10th trip to Austria this season, and without question it was the worst service I’ve experienced. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place."

"Excellent stay at a top hotel in Ischgl. Having just returned from a week at the schlosshotel with a group of friends I can fully recommend the hotel in terms of its location, service, food and amenities. The staff have been amazing and couldn’t have been more attentive, from the breakfast to the evening meal they were superb, making sure any dietary/food requests were met quickly and always friendly. We stayed half board for a week and ate in the Kristallsaal Restaurant where we had a varied 6 course meal each evening. The food was beautifully presented and very well cooked, offering typically a meat, fish or vegetarian choice of main course. Whilst wines were also recommended there was plenty of choice on the full wine list - and a wide range of prices too !! Breakfast is buffet style but there are also plenty of dishes that can be ordered fresh from omelettes, pancakes, eggs benedict etc etc so plenty to get you through a full day on the slopes. There is a ski shop for hire/servicing and storage for your own skis etc there also. Our group all had our skis serviced whilst there and they were well prepped overnight and ready next morning. In terms of access to the slope, the hotel is easy to ski back to at the end of the day - a red run (route 1) down from the top although this can be busy in places when everyone is heading back as lifts start closing. There are many comments about ski out - the hotel is about 50m from the main road, and you can ski out from the front or side of the hotel to the road 50m away (or walk the same) and then there is a very short 3-4 min walk to the Silvrettabahn gondola which really isn’t much effort . As always Ischgl is great for apres ski - the TrofanaAlm bar next door is lively as is the Champagnebar next door. There was some noise late at night from here and the street below but we only heard this if the slept with the windows open, otherwise once closed there was little disturbance. Our room was right at the front overlooking the street - prior to staying we had a few concerns about noise but having now stayed there it really wasn’t a problem, everyone in our group slept soundly (helped by a few drinks over the evening I suspect)! Overall I couldn’t fault the hotel and would highly recommend it and the excellent staff who will look after you very well. If there’s anything you need just ask them! "

La colazione è ricca e di ottima qualità, mentre l’area SPA è spaziosa e ben attrezzata, con due eleganti piscine in acciaio che rappresentano, a mio avviso, il perfetto connubio tra igiene e stile. La posizione dell’hotel è ideale: si trova praticamente nel cuore di Ischgl, a pochi passi dal principale impianto di risalita. "Heiser helps 5/5 13 hours ago on Google We were now to 3.mal at the tannhof with dog. It was just great. We felt again as with good friends from the beginning. It's all familiar and not as in other hotels cold and masses. All staff, whether service power or owners all super nice and natural. Breakfast buffet and especially dinner are just delicious. We can simply recommend the tanning station. We will come back in September next year and we are happy now ...Unfortunately it takes 1 year 😪. We thank all the staff of the tanning station once again and wish you everything good.
