"We absolutely loved our stay at the Trofana Royal - our favourite hotel in the Austrian Alps! The rooms, facilities and restaurant are all excellent - really hard to find any fault at all. The spa deserves a special mention and was a favourite with everyone - amazing to have such a large family spa was as well as the excellent adults only area. We will definitely be back!"

"È stata la nostra seconda permanenza in questo magnifico hotel situato nella parte centrale di Ischgl. Sciare da questa posizione è facile, a 5 minuti dall'ascensore al mattino, e a 2 minuti a piedi in pomeriggio se si segue la pista all'Hotel Post (hotel vicino. Camera sono eccellenti e ben attrezzati. Le strutture di sci sono eccellenti in Ogni modo. Il Spa vale anche la pena di visitare. Il ristorante e il cibo hanno un alto standard e il personale è molto amichevole e utile. La terrazza solarium è un bel posto per soggiornare in pomeriggio per una birra fredda."

"This was probably the best hotel i ever stayed, certainly in the Alps. Everything 100% was perfect. Location amazing, right in centre of Ischgl, you can actually ski down next to the hotel entrance. The half board option was superb, 6 course dinner each night was amazing, quality of food and service . Amazing variety on wine list. Breakfast just sensational, lots of choice, nice breads and mix of foods. Fantastic tough to give a newspaper with the day snow report and ski conditions, The room we had was deluxe with view of mountain. Amazing comfy bed, spacious, lots of hanging space, i never had a hotel provide so many coat hangers!. Bathroom perfect , great shampoos and body washes. Hotel spa modern and luxurious, not overstated Hotel bar area really wonderful lots of space, cosy , nice bar staff. Hotel has traditional style you feel you are in the Alps , bit modern day services. Ski hire was so easy and they also provide the ski pass in the hotel reception,. Local bars and restaurants within a few yards from the hotel Cannot wait to come to this hotel again. Top notch thank you ! "

"Beautiful hotel with great food, amazing staff and a short walk to the main gondola. Spacious room with comfortable beds and a balcony, cleaned daily to a high standard. The service at Hotel ischgl sets it apart from others, Fabian, Milla and the rest of the team were exceptional and provided wonderful, friendly service throughout our entire week stay - thank you to them they are great at what they do! The hotel is equipped with four different saunas as well as a nice board room with heaters for gloves and boots. 10/10 on every front i highly recommend."

"Situazione fantastica e squadra di personale eccezionalmente amichevole. Dritto accanto a due grandi ascensori fino a Idalp. Facile check-in. Le camere hanno la vista più sorprendente. La piscina al tetto e il jacuzzi caldo e divertente nella neve. La nuova zona spa è bella. Non perderete le snacks Apres nel bar, che è stupenda con grandi viste di slip. Brillante sci-locker senza scalini da navigare. Ogni camera ha un spazioso riscaldamento. Il cibo è così bello con un diverso focus ogni notte. Mohammad e il resto della bella squadra ci guardavano molto bene. Sicuramente ritornerebbe. Il servizio è eccellente e c'è un bel ambiente familiare rilassato in tutto l'hotel. È proprio accanto al tunnel di collegamento al resto del villaggio. Molti negozi di noleggio, bar Apres e un supermercato vicino."

"The best accommodation. The best receptionist PIA, ever seen before. She is very professional, helpful, client oriented and polite. She help us to sorted out the big problem with rented by SIXT car. She was always on a phone using her knowledges of law and rights in Österreich. She was always did a job not under her responsibilities in order to help us. I believe that the hotel management take into account our review of PIA. The hotel is super, nice food, perfect location and hospitality!!! Next year definitely to Ischgl to Fliana hotel!!!"

"Ischgl itself is a great place to be for snowboarding or skiing and the Trofana Royal made this trip very special starting from super great gym area + saunas and serving 5star dinner and breakfast. The rooms are decorated in classic style, they have heated lockers for your gear and the cable is just 5-8 min walking distance. Also you can literally go downhill straight to hotels entrance which was fun ;) If I ever return back to Ischgl I’ll stay in this one! Recommended!"

"I can highly recommend this wonderful hotel. Impeccable service throughout. Especially guest arrangements by Julia and concierge by Moritz. The rooms are large and stylish. Spotlessly clean. The dining facilities are superb. Wonderful breakfast both a la carte and buffet. Delicious food in the dining room. They organised everything for us, be it collection from the airport, ski instructor (Christian Pfeiffer is exceptional), ski passes and equipment. All simple and seamless. They also have a fantastic spa. Moritz booked wonderful restaurants for us each night. Great dining at the 5 star hotel next door. That was magnificent. Also Lucy Wang (sushi / Asian) and Prenner ranked as outstanding. And as I mentioned the hotel itself has excellent food and service. We could not recommend this hotel more highly."

"Hotel fantastico: il proprietario e la sua famiglia sono stati di una gentilezza fuori dal comune! Si percepisce fin da subito la passione e l’attenzione che viene messa in ogni singolo dettaglio. Grazie alla loro accoglienza e dedizione, ci si sente subito a proprio agio. La cucina è eccellente, ad alti livelli con attenzione al biologico, nelle cinque portate dall’antipasto al dessert! La camera famigliare ampia e con ambienti spaziosi è di una pulizia impeccabile. La località Ischgl offre numerose passeggiate, anche grazie alla Silvretta card fornita dall’hotel che permette di usufruire gratuitamente di tutti gli impianti. Una delle vacanze migliori mai fatte, speriamo di tornare presto!"

"Una gemma assoluta di un hotel. Famiglie di proprietà, davvero lussuoso, ma senza alcun segno di stuffness o di formalità inutile. Le strutture sono eccellenti - un grande spa, sauna e spazio di vapore, ma la vera gioiello è la piscina superiore del tetto e il tubo caldo, dove si può rilassarsi dopo un giorno difficile sciare con una birra e guardare la gente coraggiosa sciare! Il cibo è delizioso, con una grande selezione a disposizione. Ogni membro del personale che abbiamo incontrato è stato molto amichevole, attento e ha fornito un servizio eccellente. Grande posizione vicino a due gondola. Sicuramente saremo di nuovo!"

"Abbiamo trascorso solo pochi giorni, ma sono stati davvero piacevoli in questo hotel, che fa dell’eccellenza nel servizio al cliente il suo punto di forza. La colazione è ricca e di ottima qualità, mentre l’area SPA è spaziosa e ben attrezzata, con due eleganti piscine in acciaio che rappresentano, a mio avviso, il perfetto connubio tra igiene e stile. La posizione dell’hotel è ideale: si trova praticamente nel cuore di Ischgl, a pochi passi dal principale impianto di risalita. Frequentiamo questa località da oltre 15 anni e questo è uno dei migliori hotel in cui siamo stati, se non il migliore in assoluto."

"Il miglior alloggio. Il miglior receptionista PIA, mai visto prima. È molto professionale, utile, orientata al cliente e gentile. Ci aiuta a risolvere il grande problema con il noleggio da SIXT auto. Era sempre al telefono utilizzando le sue conoscenze di diritto e di diritto in Austria. Era sempre stata in un lavoro non sotto le sue responsabilità per aiutarci. Credo che la gestione dell'hotel tenga conto della nostra revisione della PIA. L'hotel è super, bella cibo, posizione perfetta e ospite!!! L'anno prossimo sicuramente a Ischgl a Flaana hotel!!!"
