"Situazione fantastica e squadra di personale eccezionalmente amichevole. Dritto accanto a due grandi ascensori fino a Idalp. Facile check-in. Le camere hanno la vista più sorprendente. La piscina al tetto e il jacuzzi caldo e divertente nella neve. La nuova zona spa è bella. Non perderete le snacks Apres nel bar, che è stupenda con grandi viste di slip. Brillante sci-locker senza scalini da navigare. Ogni camera ha un spazioso riscaldamento. Il cibo è così bello con un diverso focus ogni notte. Mohammad e il resto della bella squadra ci guardavano molto bene. Sicuramente ritornerebbe. Il servizio è eccellente e c'è un bel ambiente familiare rilassato in tutto l'hotel. È proprio accanto al tunnel di collegamento al resto del villaggio. Molti negozi di noleggio, bar Apres e un supermercato vicino."

"This was probably the best hotel i ever stayed, certainly in the Alps. Everything 100% was perfect. Location amazing, right in centre of Ischgl, you can actually ski down next to the hotel entrance. The half board option was superb, 6 course dinner each night was amazing, quality of food and service . Amazing variety on wine list. Breakfast just sensational, lots of choice, nice breads and mix of foods. Fantastic tough to give a newspaper with the day snow report and ski conditions, The room we had was deluxe with view of mountain. Amazing comfy bed, spacious, lots of hanging space, i never had a hotel provide so many coat hangers!. Bathroom perfect , great shampoos and body washes. Hotel spa modern and luxurious, not overstated Hotel bar area really wonderful lots of space, cosy , nice bar staff. Hotel has traditional style you feel you are in the Alps , bit modern day services. Ski hire was so easy and they also provide the ski pass in the hotel reception,. Local bars and restaurants within a few yards from the hotel Cannot wait to come to this hotel again. Top notch thank you ! "

What I found that was missing was the absence of a cafe/restaurant at the lobby so that one could sit comfortably and enjoy a cup of coffee in the evening."

"Very arrogant service coming from the top management of the hotel. Senior hotel staff cater to a select few local "royalties" by assigning them the best rooms, centrally located tables at the restaurant and going out their way in meeting their every wish. All other (especially new and non-German speaking) guests are completely ignored and are relegated to the far south corner of the hotel with cheap tiles on the floor and even cheaper and tasteless art on the walls. It has a look and feel of a 3* property at best with the view of a fence and a parking lot. The manager of the restaurant is the worst. Self-important, never says yes to anything and seems annoyed at most clients' requests. Unacceptable. There are a few nice junior staff who are trying their best but their good efforts are easily overshadowed by the factors mentioned above. For this money there are plenty of other places with the right attitude and service."

"L'Hotel Montanara è stato trovato in una posizione molto più alta rispetto alle aspettative per il nostro soggiorno a Ischgl! Ci piacevamo sciare direttamente alla parte posteriore della proprietà ogni pomeriggio, camminare per l'ascensore o salire su un autobus veloce e scendere direttamente alla stazione di stazione in mattinata. Il colazione ogni mattina era eccellente con una qualità e una selezione incredibili. Tornerei solo per il cibo! Anche, Lukas, l'ospite, è stato utile per fornire servizio di lavanderia, assumere un taxi per noi e suggerire molti deliziosi ristoranti. Facciamo questo posto per rimanere quando torniamo a Ischgl!"
