Clean & comfortable bed and room. Surprisingly quiet considering it’s on an off-ramp. Fast check in/out. Would stay again.

The hotel is well managed and was very clean. The Pleasant Staff could train others in Guest Service. There were frequent hospitable smiles and actions.

Beautiful area with lots of restaurants around. Easy drive to Dallas Love airport. My only complaint is that I found the room to be dark, with not enough lighting.

Shower in room was not working properly. Was told no management works on weekends which isn’t true and no maintenance. Tried to call back after stay to speak to manager and was not nice. Places on hold several times without notification or asking.

Most of the reception people were very polite. However, the building was old and not well maintained. Card keys were not working properly and I had to change them every day. There were strange noises coming from the bathroom. Never understood what it actually was. Finally, there was an issue with their system and never received my invoice which is an issue since I was traveling for business reasons. I wouldn’t stay there again.

The Hot tub and pool was amazing . The bar and bartender Ms Jackie was very entertaining

Walls were so thin you could hear the conversations in the next room. Wasn’t great that my kids could hear all the foul language coming from the next door.

I arrived early and Randy checked me in without charging and he upgraded my room for me. He was so nice and has excellent customer service skills. He was attentive to me and also offered recommendations for night life entertainment. I would definitely go back to this hotel.

Nice hotel. Clean. Great service, but the room was very boring for they money. I had to ask for the walk in shower....but it didn't come with the balcony...i asked for the balcony, it doesn't come with a walk in shower. TV is really small....walls are plain white, lights are all white LEDs. Warm lighting would've helped. Felt like a hospital room.

The property didn't look as nice as other Holiday Inns. It was also overpriced for the BASICS of a hotel.

As soon as I walked in I smelled mildew. All through the halls , in my room. The beds were creaking all night. Beds are not comfortable AT ALL. The pool itself was pretty cool. However the pool area was not very clean. I will not recommended staying here if you are looking for a comfortable stay.

Front desk was tight kind of dismissive. The cab we called at 11 AM ever came. We had a difficult time getting help with that. We end up calling our own taxi/ride.

Overall...just fine and what I expected. The bath towels however were really bad. So hard that they almost hurt.
