I dont know why the housekeeping cleaned up my room and throw my clothes away that aftering i washed it and just hanged it up in the closet. I talked to the hotel and still no response

Two thumbs up for this hotel! A high quality place and it is is super clean! Also holds luxury look and feel!

The hotel was clean and everything was fine, but it wasn’t anything spectacular. It is suitable for business travelers who just needs to be there for a short stay. There is parking available but there is a fee.

Room was ok, but I lost my vest in the room they could not find it ….

Inform the parking regulation. I think parking is free before visit.

Love the water bottles. The staff is nice. Can grab coffee in the morning on the go. Overall, it’s great for business travel.

Hotel is very nice and service is good, upscale I guess you could say. I do not like that Sonesta hotels charge fees after arrival like parking etc.

Enjoyed my stay. Clean facility, staff was helpful. Parking is not included.

Location is good for nearby meetings, but a few miles from stores and restaurants. Room was clean and modern. A/C worked well. TV system was abysmal. Only truly annoying feature was hearing people talking in the hallways (at seemingly normal levels...not yelling). Room definitely needs better soundproofing.

Good stay overall. Recently renovated.

停車費39元一晚，到店還額外交22元，酒店沒有微波爐，大堂都沒有，網絡特別慢，視頻都看不了。衞生很好，設備新，環境也不錯。

1. 房間還算乾淨，床墊躺下是整個人陷下去翻身會有雜音，應該是使用很久沒有更換，睡起來非常不舒服 2. 二天沒打掃到第三天我們刻意早出門，下午兩點回來時發現還是沒打掃去找房務才要來打掃 3. 把送洗的衣服交給櫃檯，櫃檯人員要我在單子上勾選「當天送回」還是「隔天送回」，選了「隔天送回」櫃檯人員說這樣就可以了. 到了第二天晚上還沒看到我的衣服，去櫃檯詢問他們說電腦裡面沒有紀錄我有送洗的衣服…找了很久才發現我的一袋衣服被丟在行李寄放區，根本也沒有送洗 4. 房間沒有飲用水需自備，停車費$39/天實在很貴 5. 每間客房 10 美元的餐飲積分也沒提供 6. 入住時收了500美元的保證金, 退房時扣除房價和停車費應該還有剩，可是飯店直接刷卡500美元到現在過了二天也沒有寄任何明細到我的電子信箱.
