While the kitchen still seems to be recovering from pandemic times, the SERVICE and the BAR STAFF are amazing. Led by Miriam H - who exudes the kind of love, warmth, and spirit of service that is the essence of hospitality - you will be remembered, hugged upon return, and protected from kitchen oversights as she goes above and beyond for you. Do this miss grabbing a drink or three with Miriam and her team at the AC Lounge - check the hours, as they change based on traffic, but if you catch her, it doesn't matter what time last call is (was) - she'll take care of you. 🙏🙌🤩

La seconda volta che ho soggiornato, la stanza è pulita, il negozio di sotto è molto conveniente per vendere acqua e torta. Quando ho soggiornato, ho mandato i biscotti di secco. Se l'acqua è più pratica.

Location is good for nearby meetings, but a few miles from stores and restaurants. Room was clean and modern. A/C worked well. TV system was abysmal. Only truly annoying feature was hearing people talking in the hallways (at seemingly normal levels...not yelling). Room definitely needs better soundproofing.

La stanza è molto grande, le strutture sono complete, il cameriere è molto bello, molto disposto a salutare, molti caffè e ristoranti intorno a loro, e la passeggiata è molto buona.E'durante il periodo di fumo, l'allarme è fallito, causando errori di comunicazione, un grande rumore, così che sia riparato in un'ora.

Stanza di una notte. Shuttle dall'aeroporto era pronta, tuttavia il conducente non ha offerto di aiutare con il bagaglio. L'iscrizione alle 8:30 è andata bene. Sandwich's at “Bistro” erano costosi ma nessuna macchina e tardi per andare altrove. La stanza era molto moderna e pulita. Letto e le lavande molto comodo! Grande TV! Sink era separato dal bagno e dalla doccia che mi piace! La nostra camera reale aveva una doccia passeggiata (nessun tubo). Non ha comprato colazione né usato cortile. Vicina tranquilla, centro commerciale. La check-out e la fatturazione erano buone, anche se il mio indirizzo sul fatturato era per l'indirizzo & stato centinaia di miglia!

It was in a business district with lots of hotels nearby. The parking was an outrageous amount, over $40 for each night. I ended up leaving my car at a friends house and taking an Uber just to save some money.

Paid for 4pm checkout. Had to tell cleaning crew as they kept barging into the room 3 times of late check-out, and that I paid $50 for this privilege. Despite saying this so many times. a little past 12pm the front desk calls saying I should’ve checked out. I reminded them that I paid for a late checkout — the response was ‘oh’. No apology, just, ‘oh’. Stepped out to meet someone at 1pm, got back to the room, my keycards had been deactivated. Visited front desk, told them the issue (deactivated cards), no apology, no admitting a mistake was made, just silently handed me my new keycards. Received a survey for feedback from Hampton Inn, told them about the issue, asked to speak to someone — no response. Found a TripAdvisor card in my wallet from the stay, where Rivera (I imagine the manager) asked for a review, so here it is. Bottom line is, stay was fine, room clean, but super poor communication between staff members , and stubborn front desk that refused to admit to mistakes and made interaction uncomfortable. And then, of course, lack of engagement afterwards shows that this communication problem travels all the way up through management.
