We had the most wonderful stay at Heritage View Guest House for 2 days celebrating my in laws diamond anniversary. When I was looking for accommodation near the Ironbridge I wanted to make sure it was near the town and somewhere extra special for the occasion. From the moment the lovely host Julie greeted us at the guesthouse and showed us the beautiful views of the Ironbridge from the bedroom windows, I knew I had made the best choice of where to stay. The rooms very lovely, we were spoilt with home made cakes and a choice of perfectly cooked breakfast too. Julie was so warm and welcoming and I would highly recommend her guesthouse if you are looking for somewhere to stay near the Ironbridge.

We were made to feel very welcome by Jules, nothing was to much trouble for her, from leaving a daily cake treat in our room, to serving sausages to our two dogs at breakfast time! Breakfast was really good and our room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. A real gem of a find, will be booking again soon!

Comfortable room in this historic house. (First man to swim the Dover Strait lived there). Built in 1830. A view from on high of the great Iron Bridge down below. And exceptionally kind and generous hosts, nothing too much trouble. It’s nice to be hosted by nice people.

My spouse and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Heritage View Guest House. Friendly and thoughtful hosts, lovely room with fabulous view of the Ironbridge, great to come back to after a day of walking and visiting museums. We stayed five days and still didn't do and see all that we wanted -- looking forward to returning! Super location for visiting surrounding towns and countryside.

What a gorgeous guest house this is. It has a fascinating history too. Everything is furnished in period style and looks enchanting. Our bedroom was pretty, very comfortable and well furnished. It is in a very peaceful situation. The owner Jules, is absolutely charming and so welcoming. The atmosphere is relaxed and cosy. There are great views of the gorge from the hotel and it’s only a few minutes’ walk to the town centre. We were so pleased to have found this guest house and wish we could have stayed longer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay. A fabulous guest house with lots of character, quaintness and nicely decorated. We were made to feel very welcome by Julie, who without doubt is the friendliest guest house host we’ve ever stayed with. Warm, kind , caring and approachable she is clearly very passionate in doing all she can to ensure her guests enjoy their stay. Job very well done Julie, thank you so much and what great breakfasts you serve!😀

What a fabulous place to stay. Jules is the best host you could ever wish for- so friendly and helpful- and cooks a truly amazing breakfast too. The place was spotless and just beautiful, the view we had from the Captain Webb room was overlooking the Bridge and the River- breath taking. Definitely going back, also interested in the other properties that Jules has too. We visited Wellington while there- very quaint and a good indoor market which was a bonus. Overall- fab birthday weekend.

This place has wonderful views with a lovely owner. Nothing was too much trouble. The little snacks every Day were a treat to come back to. The breakfast was plentiful and enjoyable. What was also really good was the information that was sent to us in how to get there. Be warned it is towards the top of a hill with not a lot of space to turn around, It's manageable but just be aware. Obviously it means that you have to walk up and down the hill if you aren't driving! The owner,Jules was great. She always had a nice smile and was passionate about keeping guests happy. We had a brilliant time and would definitely recommend a visit.
