Hotel in zona Sherrington Road Recreation Ground, Ipswich

Ho avuto una fantastica esperienza al Penta Hotel Ipswich. È solo a cinque minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria che è un grande plus quando arrivate stanchi e tardi la sera. La stanza era pulita, molto confortevole e silenziosa. C'è un complimentare set di tè e caffè con una tavola e sedie comode. La doccia era sorprendente, un po' di esperienza di spa. Non sono rimasto abbastanza a lungo per sperimentare le altre strutture, ma sarò certamente indietro. Raccomando molto questo hotel per chiunque visita Ipswich per il tempo libero o per l'attività.

I wasn't sure what to expect from this establishment but everything was terrific. Travelling on a great value two month 1st class Eurailpass, I arrived by Greater Anglia train punctual to the minute and walked 150 metres. The pleasant lady owner stored my case. Arriving back at 1900 on a Friday night, the bar was humming. I enjoyed a delicious seafood platter, although it lacked large prawns as I am used to in Australia and Philippines. It had a good amount of salad. Food has improved in England from my first visit 30 tears ago when dining was poor. The accommodation is not suitable for the disabled as stairs are steep. The room was spacious and delightful with the feminine touch evident in the bee theme even on the doona cover. There were two chairs, classy furniture, excellent lighting and a TV. Lamps were trendy. No aircon so on a 29 degree day the room might be stuffy. A wide range of breakfast items were supplied including yoghurt. Some were in the fridge in the corridor. The bathroom also had great shower gel and shampoo plus even cotton ear buds. Shower pressure was reasonable and hot water sufficient. Towels were good but no bathmat. One mosquito greeted me at dawn. It was dealt with. There was some intruding light early evening as no blackout curtains in the bathroom or to the side of the bed. Great to see the intermodal Freightliner and GBRailFreight trains belting through Westerfield, keeping trucks with their cowboy drivers off the congested roads. The owners here have done a great job with the hotel that at GBP60 was great value.

La piscina, la sauna e la stanza di vapore sono un must. Mio marito usava la palestra di dimensioni medie e poi sarebbe venuto in piscina per un jacuzzi. Anche se hanno il trattamento spa disponibile, non posso commentare, perché non ho usato l'impianto. Se vuoi un po' di relax o visitare il mare, Felixstowe è a soli 30 minuti di cammino. Ci sono anche molte case di fiducia nazionali da visitare. Questa è la seconda volta che siamo stati all'Hotel Belstead e posso dire sinceramente che la visitaremo di nuovo.

Barbara e Len mi hanno ospitato molto gentilemente all'ultimo minuto e sono stato così felice di rimanere, è un paesaggio pacifico nel campo con belle viste in tutto il mondo. La stanza era grande con tutto quello che mi serviva, un letto confortevole, una grande bagno, ovunque senza spot, il colazione era grande, il succo d’arancia fresco spruzzato era un vero trattamento, e mi piaceva un buon chat con Len. Vorrei poter stare più a lungo e sperare di tornare.

Era eccellente. In mezzo a una onde di calore avevamo una stanza estremamente fredda che non aveva bisogno di fan. Siamo più che felici di avere un altro break lì

La reception dell'hotel George è stata dotata di un accogliente accogliente. Sono prese le tavole in quel hotel. St Nicholas è appena in strada e è pulito e tempestivo. La camera che ero in aveva una bella terrazza con una tavola e due sedie. La camera era buona con un bel letto e una bagno pulita. Uno dei servizi che non sono spesso disponibili in hotel è una camera sicura. Grande se siete lì per un periodo più lungo.
