During my recent stay at M Roof Hotel, I was left thoroughly impressed not only by its exceptional location and cosy rooms but also by the incredible level of service that went far beyond expectations. On one particular evening, when my daughter was unexpectedly admitted to the hospital, the hotel went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. Not only did they send their limousine driver to ferry my daughter to and from the hospital, but they also arranged for a thoughtful delivery of porridge and a fruit platter for her recovery, which was sent by the hotel for the following two days. This compassionate gesture was a reflection of the personal touch that M Roof Hotel prides itself on. The staff’s proactive kindness and genuine concern for my family’s well-being truly elevated our stay from a simple visit to an unforgettable experience. We booked 2 rooms. Initially were very happy being given connected rooms. Rooms were clean but the bathrooms were disappointing. In our king bed bathroom, the bidet spray was leaking, basin drainage was slow, water seeps from the glass shower whenever we took showers. For the double single beds bathroom, the stopper for the bathtub was loose & water just couldn’t fill up. The bathroom blind was spoilt & cannot open. We feedback to the staff & request items to be fixed while we were out during the day, but nothing was done. As for the breakfast buffet, generally most of the food were very salty & inconsistent standard for the same type of food each day. Worst experience of all, we were charged the tourism taxes again upon checkout when we already prepaid all charges online!

This is my first time stay here, Surprisingly i love it so much! Spacious room, clean room and also comfy bed and guess what it comes with sofa bed also! View from the room also perfect! Will come again !

I stay 10/2/25-13/2/25 room no 1322. The hotel was nice and the food was good + hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The variety of the breakfast was so good that it’s bring some old memories. I’ll recommend it to my friends.

Ho prenotato questo hotel ad un prezzo molto ragionevole, considerando la sua posizione, i servizi e il comfort. È strategicamente situato vicino ad alcuni famosi luoghi di Makan (a circa 5 minuti di auto) come Tong Shui Street, la città principale dove vendono il famoso riso al pollo, negozi di souvenir e pasar malam. La camera era pulita e ordinata, dotata di vasca da bagno! Ho fatto un bagno confortante dopo una giornata intensa a Ipoh. Il parcheggio nel seminterrato era gratuito. Lo consiglierei ad amici e a chiunque desideri un soggiorno confortevole e conveniente quando si viaggia.

La stanza è molto vecchia e c'era un'acqua che scorreva dal condizionatore d'aria che rendeva il pavimento bagnato. Non c'è ascensore, quindi non è molto conveniente per i cittadini più anziani. Non vale la pena per me.

Non soddisfatto , la stanza è peggiore e cattiva esperienza .. la matrice può sentire la primavera e rumore .. pls fare qualcosa e non fare solo l'affare solo per profitto

L'hotel non è molto nuovo, ma anche pulito, ha posti di lavoro gratuiti e conveniente per uscire.Il negozio di servizi di lavaggio e asciugamani è disponibile sotto. È costoso, ma non è costoso, un paio di chicchi e conveniente.La colata è precoce, la maggior parte delle nove.

Room was clean, 1 king bed and 1 single bed. Have small bath tub, kid like it much. Hotel have small kid pool as well, consider indoor. No worry raining day. Have mini cinema room, time allow until 9pm. We have good experience in hotel. One thing to improve is the sound insulation. Stay at level 2, kids pool noise clearly disturb during morning/evening nap.
