Our Garden flat is on the historic Lewiston Road of Drumnadrochit, close to local amenities like pubs, cafés, supermarkets, restaurants, petrol, and bus routes. Situated in a quiet residential area with the tranquil River Coiltie flowing through its back garden, the flat provides a peaceful rest after a day of sightseeing.
It is an ideal base for a short or long visit. Within easy walking distance, you can reach Loch Ness, Urquhart Castle, Great Glen Way, Glen Affic hiking routes etc. Within 1-2 hours drive, you can explore Fort William for Ben Nevis, Glen Coe, the Isle of Skye, Cairngorms National Park, Outlander filming sites, and various whisky distilleries.
Our Flat has been renovated to a high standard with a modern walk-in shower bathroom, brand-new kitchen and flooring throughout. We’ve thoughtfully decorated the space to create a cosy, home-away-from-home atmosphere, ideal for family holidays. The flat can accommodate up to 6 guests, though it is best suited for 4. It has two bedrooms: a spacious double room for 2 adults and a small room with a bunk bed, good for 2 children. The living room also has a convertible double sofa bed, comfortably sleeping 2 adults, with all bedding provided and fully prepared.
There is also an outdoor patio with a picnic table for eating outside and a free parking space for one vehicle. The flat is fully equipped for a cosy and comfortable stay, and we maintain it to a high standard of cleanliness. We live only a couple of minutes away. Our guests benefit from having a local host nearby for any travel tips or local assistance.

Comfortable apartment with a great view across the River Coltie. The apartment is over 2 floors and has a private balcony with seating area and gas BBQ for use by guests. It is 300m from a great pub that serves meals all day with a Co-Op just around the corner. It is well positioned to explore Loch Ness as well as for day trips to the west and east coasts of Scotland.The apartment has 1 double bedroom, 1 single room with 2 bunks and a sofa bed in the living area that will sleep 2. The shower room is quite small but clean and functional. A travel cot, high chair and stair gate are supplied to help accommodate infants. The kitchen has all you need to cook with a full range of equipment along with a washing machine, drying rack, ironing board and iron. The living area includes a 43" smart TV with Netflix. DDKencoThis hotel seems to get some bad reviews but I think many are unfair. From what we experienced it was a good hotel, great location and the person who checked us in was very good. Especially as the she had to handle an awkward customer ahead of us. Bed was very big and had a good mattress. Usual stuff you want in a hotel room and nice complimentary toiletries.
Location of the hotel is ideal for exploring Inverness centre, less than a 10 min walk to the most famous bank machine in Inverness (IYKYK). There is limited parking but a reasonably priced multi story car park is only a few mins walk away.
Staircase in reception area leading to the first floor is also very impressive.

La camera è piccola. Se desiderate prenotare una camera con letto matrimoniale, è meglio confermare con l'hotel la dimensione del letto, che sia di 1,8 o 1,5 metri.
Se sei alto, devi verificare con l'hotel e prendere nota della tipologia di camera. Abbiamo prenotato due camere per questo viaggio. Una è al centro dell'hotel e ha una tipologia di camera normale mansarda ed è particolarmente ostile alle persone alte e ai bambini.

The hotel toilets were in need of an attendant checking regularly .
We ended up laughing about it with references to faulty towers.
However our room was beautiful, clean, well presented, the bed was very comfortable. We had a great night sleep.
At breckfast the arm of my chair was loose and lifted up when I would go to move my chair in/out from the table. When I was looking around the continental breckfast counter I could hear a male member of the kitchen staff shouting and swearing using the F word, not at all what I expected from any Hotel.
Lasting impression I would not rush back.

LLishBWe arrived later afternoon Andy received us with biscuits what a warm welcome. It has a homely feel with old school locking key, had a fish supper which compliments to the chef Peter was fabulous, great dinner atmosphere with other guests at restaurant and bar/lounge.
Spacious clean room, quality linen and warm enough one minus next door guy snored through our walls (not hotel's fault).
The hot breakfast was served to order which is fab as it gets to you hot and fresh also avoiding waste and dry dull food. So keep it up guys. And keep getting everyone up early enough.

Bbwr19A very well situated hotel right in the centre of Inverness and just a few minutes walk from the central train station. Surrounding the hotel are plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops which is great and you’re also very close to the bus station for taking trips out of town. The room was basic and a little bit tired (some dents and scratches, frayed carpet) but otherwise was clean and tastefully decorated with basic amenities like a kettle, hair dryer, tea bags, a large TV, so on. We were facing the main road so on Saturday evening it was quite loud but the reception desk provided us with ear plugs upon request which were more than adequate. We would come back to this hotel again next time we’re in Inverness.

UUtente ospiteThe shared kitchen is a big advantage for families and adds to the overall travel experience. The self-service check-in is convenient, and detailed guidance on how to find the house was provided in advance. A small grocery store can be found within a 10-minute walk.
I came across some negative comments about the hostel after booking and felt a bit worried. However, it turned out to be a nice place to stay — it's not a 5-star hotel, after all. Free Wi-Fi is available, and the passcode can be found on a noticeboard.
