Location was great and room was really spacious as well. However, there was very limited parking spaces and we took the last available slot for the day. Otherwise we will have to park somewhere else and walk back to the hotel. The hotel was very nice and staff were friendly as well. Good place to stay.

Hotel centrale a Inverness. Lungo il fiume. Non ha parcheggio. Ti suggeriscono di parcheggiare 400 MT più avanti al parcheggio della cattedrale dopo aver ovviamente scaricato valigie. Camera abbastanza spaziosa per 4 persone. Letti comodissimi, materassi super. Bagno ok. Forse qualche asciugamano piccolo va dato se si alloggia in 4. Colazione ben fornita e buona. Una buonissima soluzione per dormire ad Inverness.

Siamo stati qui solo 1 notte come prima tappa del nostro viaggio in scozia e siamo molto soddisfatti. La posizione è ottima in pieno centro con parcheggio a pagamento disponibile..noi non ne abbiamo usufruito ho trovato posto fuori l'hotel. Check in rapido e veloce con un ragazzo gentile e simpatico. Camera premier spaziosa pulita. Colazione tipicamente scozzese (uova fagioli pudding bacon salsicce) con qualche cosina poco direi, di dolce. Sicuramente una buonissima scelta.

Posizione centrale e comodissimo parcheggio, a pagamento, struttura semplice e molto self, ma personale gentilissimo e prodigo di aiuti e consigli. Stanza con tutti i comfort, silenziosa e climatizzata. Molto buona la colazione , ricco buffet dolce e salato, compreso il mitico Full Scottish breakfast. Consigliabile

Would not reccommend. - Strict check-in at 3:00 pm policy. We arrived at 1:30 pm and were asked to come back at 3:00 pm. Reception didn't even look to see if our room was ready. - Rooms are very dated and feel dirty. Black mold growing in corner of bathtub/shower. - Reception always seems to be hiding behind closed doors. They do not always come when buzzer is rang. - Room was only cleaned 1 out of 3 days we wanted it cleaned. Requested 1 day and room was never cleaned. Rang buzzer twice for 2nd day cleaning and no one ever came. 3rd day, room was finally cleaned as requested but they did not clean floors or make beds. Emptied trash and replaced towels only. -Breakfast was okay and provided a good start to the day.

Just had a four night stay at our regular Premier Inn in Inverness. As always polite friendly staff, a comfy bed etc. The one thing we have now noticed is the hotel is in places looking a bit tired and unkempt, specifically: Lack of proper cleaning on the stairs - judging by the debris that was ever present - just needs a daily going over with a vacuum cleaner. Again on the stairs - carpets just starting to lift as you go up the levels - needs addressing before they become a trip hazard. The rear entrance - just outside the rear door is not welcoming, it needs a serious clean and tidy up. So sorry for having a moan but both me a the wife could see this determination since we last stayed in April 2024. I know it’s a busy hotel but this is why it’s important to stay on top of things. Otherwise all was good and we look forward to our next stop in Inverness.

This is a very nice hotel. It doesn't look particularly great from the outside, but it is very comfortable, clean and well equipped. The premium rooms have wonderful river views. Shower good. Breakfast good quality and selection - river views from the dining room.
