Excellent family trip, big shout out to Johnny at the restaurant who was on the ball and made sure we were well looked after for breakfast and dinner. He went above and beyond to accommodate large table of 12 and keep kids entertained - thank you!

£49 for the night, extremely good value for money. Bear this in mind when reading any negative reviews. I have only one complaint and that relates to the on-site restaurant. I had invited friends over for dinner at 7pm. Around 8.45 we were informed that last orders were being taken at the bar and by 9 we were out on the street. Have we travelled back to the 60's ? I feel that we should have been informed of that when we booked the table. We would definitely have gone somewhere else. Everything else was absolutely fine. Room spotless, staff friendly, breakfast really good. Checkout time of 12 noon, excellent! I'll definitely go back, I'll just eat somewhere else. Oh, and while I remember, the WIFI is only good if you pay for the upgrade.

Have stayed in this hotel a few times when travelling to Inverness with work. It's a good location with parking. It's next to a brewers fayre and I normally do the meal deal for ease. I find a premier inn great value and always get a good sleep. my only complaint is no bath as I love a bath after a busy day at work. My low mark is for the staff at the restaurant which I know is separate but unfortunately when you buy the meal deal through hotel it comes as a package and I feel reflects on hotel. I asked for vegetarian sausages for breakfast and I waited over 30 min for it. I actually think they went out and bought it. I don't know how many times I asked and the girl who was so rude. When she eventually brought the sausage over there was no apology for it taking so long. She was argumentative when I said it wasn't acceptable just to throw it on my table. The manager did apologise the next day and made sure the sausages were served quicky.

This hotel is a fantastic stay, definitely give it 5 stars. Rooms are very clean, best nights sleep as beds are comfortable, reception staff are very friendly as is house keeping staff. Definitely recommend people to stay here. Will definitely book again when needed.

Staff here are fantastic they were really helpful. It was good value for money. Comfortable bed and clean room. It's a good location for the city centre and a bus stop nearby. Also a major supermarket near for anything you forget. I didn't walk to town so can't say how long it would take.

Premier Inn are usually very good, but recently Inverness East have put up their price at Inverness East to about four times the price of what it was because it is the nearest hotel to Raigmore hospital. I am disabled and need somewhere near to the hospital. Personally I think it is disgusting that they are charging what they are simply because there is nowhere else close enough to the hospital and they think that they can just charge what they want.

We were there for a family wedding. The staff were great and very helpful. The accommodation was comfortable and quiet, the food was excellent and great value.

Easy access for drivers to get to and leave from. Good base to explore from. Friendly helpful staff, comfortable bed, great shower, clean tidy room. Excellent breakfast.
