"È un posto fantastico per rilassarsi, ha molti servizi ed è vicino al mare e alla spiaggia, nei fine settimana c'è una band dal vivo e un cinema all'aperto. Molto freddo. È solo che la posizione è un po' lontana da Ho Chi Minh City, ma c'è un bus navetta gratuito per la città, ma devi prenotarlo in anticipo, altrimenti devi spendere soldi per l'autobus. L'orario del check-in alle 16:00 è un po' tardi. L'orario del bus navetta è alle 11:00, ovvero prima dell'orario di check-out. Non c'è davvero molto tempo da trascorrere in hotel."

"Spent three nights, we got the ocean view room and it is indeed worth it. The view you wake up to in the morning is breathtaking. We have our 20 months with us, got us a crib. The service is outstanding. A few mins of requesting something from house keeping and there it is. So many pools - this hotel is also connected to another hotel. Only location wise is the downside. You need to drive almost an hour for a local market, a town."

"I stayed at Dhawa during the September holidays. Before going, I read several reviews, which were somewhat mixed. However, after our stay, my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Dhawa and had a very satisfying vacation. Of course, there were both positive aspects and some minor points of concern, but overall, I felt that this is a wonderful hotel. Pros: • The shuttle bus between Ho Chi Minh City and the hotel is included in the room rate, saving the hassle of arranging transportation. • The pool is not too deep; even in the adult pool, an average adult can stand upright with their face above water and breathe comfortably. • There are many child-friendly activities, including bubble pools, scheduled regularly, all at no extra cost. This is great since Ho Tram generally has limited entertainment options outside the resort. • All rooms have ocean views. While the rooms are not very large, the design is elegant. I especially liked the shower room design. • Most staff members can communicate in English. • Front desk, pool, kids’ club, spa, and bar staff were friendly and helpful. The staff at the kids’ club, bar, and spa left particularly positive impressions. • The breakfast buffet was satisfying, with especially delicious bread. • There is a free tea, coffee, and cookie service near the front desk; I particularly enjoyed the purple tea. Areas for improvement: • Some staff members were not familiar with the resort’s activity schedule. • Some vending machines were broken and could not be opened manually. • Combs and razors were not provided by default at the sink. I’m not sure if this is for cost-saving or environmental reasons, but it would be appreciated if these were provided in advance, as they are inexpensive items. Points understandable due to high occupancy during the holiday: • Long queues at the front desk caused some delays during check-in. This was likely due to overlapping arrival times from the complimentary shuttle buses. Other resorts offering free shuttles experience similar situations (e.g., Vung Tau Vias Hotel, Holiday Inn Ho Tram Resort). While the hotel technically meets the national 5-star standard for reception hall size (100m²), this is worth noting. • Breakfast buffet required a short wait. On both days, the wait was only about 5 minutes, which was acceptable, even for a hungry toddler. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay. We would gladly return and would recommend this hotel to others. Thank you very much."

"Il resort era molto pulito, modernamente attrezzato e il servizio era sempre cordiale e disponibile. La piscina era un vero piacere per rilassarsi. L'arrivo senza complicazioni con la navetta gratuita è stato particolarmente comodo. Anche il check-out posticipato di due ore è stato gestito senza problemi. Mi sono sentito molto a mio agio e tornerei in qualsiasi momento! Gli ospiti potevano anche utilizzare gratuitamente la piscina più grande dell'Holiday Inn."

"I stayed in Hotram Beach boutique in February 2025, previously i visited a lot a lot of hotels, all over Asia, and this one is in my TOP-3 so far. Firstly, the overall exterior and interiors of the place. I didn't get why people in previous reviews called it a dream, but it honestly felt like one so beautiful and picturesque is the greenery, the balance and mix of trees, flowers and architecture of the place. You can explore it for hours. Secondly, the service was superb: all the employees and waiters were super nice and helpful, and attentive to my comments. Moreover, the hotel can help you to arrange the transportation from Ho Chi Minh City to the hotel, so hit them up! Thirdly, the breakfast buffet was great, quite simple but had all I would need so I can't really complain. I also like the restaurant food - it was great and very beautifully styled. I definitely recommend visiting the place, and hopefully will be back as well:)"

"Carmelina Resort is a beautiful, clean sanctuary perfect for those seeking a remote escape. From the moment you arrive, the staff impresses with their genuine helpfulness and courtesy, even providing a personal tour of the grounds and a refreshing passion fruit juice. The resort’s commitment to sustainability is a highlight; they grow their own produce in on-site gardens, which adds a special touch to the experience. Families will find plenty to do: there are three swimming pools (including a saltwater option), an indoor kids' club, and an outdoor playground that, while a bit dated, appears mostly safe. Children will love feeding the fish and visiting the pet rabbits. For adults, there is a pool table and family movie nights. The breakfast spread was a highlight of our stay, featuring fresh, vibrant produce harvested directly from the resort's own organic gardens. It featured an egg station and two types of noodle soup. However, it became very crowded and busy during our weekend stay due to a large two-day corporate team-building event. Since the location is remote, you are limited to the hotel for other meals, which can be expensive and offer a smaller selection. Note that weekends can get crowded with corporate team-building events."

"A brand new resort with very friendly stuff . My husband and I spent 7 days at the resort in a standard king room with ocean views, the room is spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The best part was having a balcony with 2 chairs and a small table. Although the resort has good facilities 3 days to spend there is more than enough, during the week there is hardly any guest staying at the hotel, on the weekends is absolutely packed. Breakfast is good with lots of cooked Asian variety , but it can get very heavy for breakfast, apart from bacon and eggs and some pastries there is not much western food variety. Do not order cappuccino at the hotel restaurant as they don't know how to make it :( There is a pier about 700 m away from the resort - walking distance where there are a few restaurants as well as some water sports activities. Ho Tram city center is about 10 km away which is worth visiting as it is a lovely place, it comes alive at night with all the lights on. Overall a beautiful experience."
