Our home is truly lakefront with a completely unobstructed view of the lake year-round. Sit on the covered deck and enjoy the view and it's just a gentle walk straight to the water to swim, kayak, paddle board and fish. About the Space: Our home is a split level home - We do live on the bottom level, you will have complete and private access to the entire top level which is the main living quarters of the home with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen, laundry, living area and covered deck. Our guests have two private entrances to the home, one located next to the driveway and one from the private deck/balcony overlooking the lake. The water is right out the door! Beautiful lake view home tucked away in a quiet neighborhood near Beaver Lake. Located within walking distance (around 5 minutes) to shore where you can take a swim. Two state parks, Lost Bridge North and South, are approximately 4 miles where you can launch your boat or swim. The marina located at Lost Bridge North also offers boat rentals and overnight slip rental.This spacious home consist of 2 levels. The electronic keypad for entry is located on the lower level. Basement- Upon entering the home through the basement, you will enter into a second living area that is equipped with a couch, a smart TV so you can steam your favorite shows, and a foosball table. We also offer a few board games. You will also find the bunk room with twin/twin bunk beds, a half bath and the washer and dryer. Upstairs- When you head upstairs, you will enter into the living room. You can enjoy steaming your favorite show on the 58” TV, while snuggled up on the comfy couch. The living room also has an electric fireplace. Kitchen- The kitchen is located just off the living room. It has everything you should need to whip up a meal. Note: There is not a dining table inside the house. We find most guest will want to enjoy their meals outside. Awesome 2 Loft Lakefront Cabin with 2 sleeping lofts and everything you need PLUS Beaver Lake! There is a Queen size bed and queen size futon on the main level with 2 ladders that will take you to either a twin bed loft room or a king bed loft. For safety reasons, we suggest that little kids need to sleep in the queen bed or futon on the main level.This is a very rural area of the lake. It is quiet and provides lots of wildlife to watch.There are concrete stairs down to the shoreline making it so easy for everyone to enjoy the water. There is a nice deck overlooking the water and a propane grill for cooking outdoors. The fire pit is on the shoreline.This property has a steep winding paved driveway, and highly recommend all-wheel, front-wheel or 4-wheel drive vehicles.
