This is best suited for up to 6 adults and 4-5 children. The home includes off-street parking spaces, a 4 car driveway, a fenced-in back yard with patio table and chairs & gas grill. Access to apps on Roku TV. We are located in a family oriented community, there is a strict 10pm noise ordinance and zero tolerance policy towards loud parties of any kind.
